FIG. 1 is a front, right and top perspective view of the combined box and holder showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a front, right and top perspective view of the combined box and holder in a partially open configuration;

FIG. 8 is a bottom view of the combined box and holder in a partially open configuration; and,

FIG. 9 is a right side elevational view of the combined box and holder in a partially open configuration, the left side elevational view being a mirror of FIG. 9 apart from the detail in the handle which is visible in FIG. 5.

The broken lines near the periphery of the panels and on the handle depict environmental subject matter, specifically areas where graphic and/or textual illustration may be applied upon, and form no part of the claimed design.

The broken lines in the holder part of the article in FIG. 7 depict a portion, specifically a recess, of the combined box and holder that forms no part of the claimed design.
