Abstract
A comfortable buoyancy garment includes a main body, a first arm circle, a second arm circle. The main body has a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion at two armpits thereof respectively. The first arm circle includes at least two first arm circle units, movably connected with the first connecting portion, any two adjacent of the first arm circle units are movably connected. The second arm circle includes at least two second arm circle units, movably connected with the second connecting portion, any two adjacent of the second arm circle units are movably connected. When a user wears the above comfortable buoyancy garment, the first arm circle units and the second arm circle units are convenient to wear and flexible to move, will not cause a burden on the user's activities, so as to enhance the comfort of wearing the buoyancy garment and reduce the burden when wearing them to move.
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to the technical field of buoyancy suits, particularly, a comfortable buoyancy garment.


BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Chinese Utility Model CN201020109756.7 discloses a buoyancy garment for children, which includes a swimming suit covered with buoyancy cotton on both shoulders thereof If the buoyancy garments adopt the above structure, children are safer when swimming, they can learn to swim in the shortest time. However, when the buoyancy garments are used, the buoyancy cotton makes it difficult for children to stretch their arms flexibly, which is inconvenient to move and low in practicability.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The objective of the present invention is to provide a comfortable buoyancy garment, aiming to resolve the deficiencies that buoyancy garments in the prior art make it difficult for children to stretch their arms flexibly, which is inconvenient to move and low in practicability.


To achieve the above objective, the embodyments in the present invention provide a comfortable buoyancy garment that includes a main body, a first arm circle, and a second arm circle. The main body has a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion at two armpits thereof respectively. The first arm circle includes at least two first arm circle units, movably connected with the first connecting portion, any adjacent two of the first arm circle units are movably connected. The second arm circle includes at least two second arm circle units, movably connected with the second connecting portion, adjacent two of the second arm circle units are movably connected.


Preferably, the comfortable buoyancy garment also includes a zipper having two zipper belts and a zipper head. The main body is a cardigan structure having a first connecting edge and a second connecting edge, The two zipper belts are arranged along the first connecting edge and the second connecting edge respectively. The zipper head can close the two zipper belts to connect the first connecting edge with the second connecting edge. The first connecting edge is fixedly provided with a fixing piece with a connecting end, the fixing piece can be folded and passed across the two zipper belts and the connecting end is detachably connected with the second connecting edge, when the two zipper belts are completely closed, the fixing piece lies below the zipper head to prevent the zipper head to move downward.


Preferably, the side surface of the fixing piece close to the zipper is provided with a first velcro, the second connecting edge is provided with a second velcro, and the first velcro is detachably attached to the second velcro.


Preferably, the comfortable buoyancy garment also includes a baffle, one side thereof is connected with the second connecting edge, the other side thereof extends out of the zipper belts, the baffle is arranged in an inner side of the zipper belts, and the upper end and the lower end of the baffle extends out of the zipper belts, the baffle and the fixing piece are oppositely arranged.


Preferably, the fixing piece is in a semi-circular shape with a chord edge and an arc edge, the length of the chord edge is 9 cm-13 cm, and the distance from the chord edge to the arc edge is 4-8 cm.


Preferably, the main body is a vest structure, the main body has a front accommodating cavity, a left-rear accommodating cavity and a right-rear accommodating cavity, the front accommodating cavity, the left-rear accommodating cavity, and the right-rear accommodating cavity all contain at least one of a first buoyancy member.


Preferably, the first arm circle units and the second arm circle units are both internally arranged with a semi-annular buoyant member. The semi-annular buoyant member includes multiple layers of a second buoyant member with increasing length from outside to inside. The second buoyant member with shorter length is wrapped on an outer side of the second buoyant member with longer length. A stepped structure is formed at both ends of the semi-annular buoyant member, and an open structure is formed between the two ends of the semi-annular buoyant member.


Preferably, the main body is made of polyester cloth, and the first buoyancy piece and the second buoyancy piece are both made of foam.


Preferably, a middle of the second arm circle units corresponds to the inner side of the upper arm, and an opening thereof corresponds to the outer side of the upper arm.


Preferably, the number of the first arm circle units and that of the second arm circle units are both two. A head end of one of the first arm circle units is sewn with a tail end of the other of the first arm circle units sewn with the first connecting portion; a head end of one of the second arm circle units is sewn with a tail end of the other of the second arm circle units sewn with the second connecting portion.


One or more of the technical schemes in the embodiments in the present invention have at least one of the following technical effects:

    • When a user wears the above comfortable buoyancy garment, the first arm circle units and the second arm circle units are convenient to wear and flexible to move, will not cause a burden on the user's activities, so as to enhance the comfort of wearing the buoyancy garment and reduce the burden when wearing them to move.

The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below. Examples of the embodiments are shown in the drawings, where the same or similar reference numerals throughout indicate the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions. The embodiments described below by referring to the accompanying drawings are exemplary and are intended to be used to explain the embodiments of the present invention, but cannot be understood as limiting the present invention.

According to an embodiment in the present invention, referring to FIG. 1-FIG. 6, it provides the comfortable buoyancy garment which includes a main body 10, a first arm circle 20, a second arm circle 30. The main body 10 has a first connecting portion 101 and a second connecting portion 102 at two armpits thereof respectively. The first arm circle 20 includes at least two first arm circle units 201a, 201b, movably connected with the first connecting portion 101, adjacent two of the first arm circle units 201a, 201b are movably connected. The second arm circle 30 includes at least two of a second arm circle units 301a, 301b, movably connected with the second connecting portion 102, adjacent two of the second arm circle units 301a, 301b are movably connected.


According to the other embodiment in the present invention, referring to FIG. 1, the comfortable buoyancy garment also includes a zipper 40 having two zipper belts 401a, 401b and a zipper head 402. The main body 10 is a cardigan structure having a first connecting edge 103 and a second connecting edge 104, The two zipper belts 401a, 401b are arranged along the first connecting edge 103 and the second connecting edge 104 respectively. The zipper head 402 can close the two zipper belts 401a, 401b to connect the first connecting edge 103 with the second connecting edge 104. The first connecting edge 103 is fixedly provided with a fixing piece 105 with a connecting end 106, the fixing piece 105 can be folded and passed across the two zipper belts 401a, 401b and the connecting end 106 is detachably connected with the second connecting edge 104, when the two zipper belts 401a, 401b are completely closed, the fixing piece 105 lies below the zipper head 402 to prevent the zipper head 402 to move downward, thereby preventing the buoyancy garment from loosening when in use, and improving the safety performance of the comfortable buoyancy garment. The buoyancy garment has a good stability.


According to the other embodiment in the present invention, referring to FIG. 1, the side surface of the fixing piece 105 close to the zipper 40 is provided with a first velcro 108, the second connecting edge 104 is provided with a second velcro 108, and the first velcro 107 is detachably attached to the second velcro 108. The attachment manner is flexible and easy to detach. Specifically, the connection manner of the fixing piece 105 and the second connecting edge 104 may also be button connection, snap connection, snap connection, etc.


According to the other embodiment in the present invention, referring to FIG. 1, the comfortable buoyancy garment also includes a baffle 50, one side thereof is connected with the second connecting edge 104, the other side thereof extends out of the zipper belts 401a, 401b, the baffle 50 is disposed in an inside of the zipper belts 401a, 401b, and the upper end and the lower end of the baffle 50 extends out of the zipper belts 401a, 401b, the baffle 50 and the fixing piece 105 are oppositely arranged. The baffle 50 can prevent the zipper 40 from being loosened due to the clothing of a user catching the zipper 40, and can also prevent the zipper 40 from catching the skin of the user when being pulled, and has good safety. When wearing, the baffle 50 can also avoid direct contact between the zipper 40 and the skin of the user, thereby improving comfort.


According to the other embodiment in the present invention, referring to FIG. 1, the number of the first arm circle units 201a, 201b and that of the second arm circle units 301a, 301b are both two. The head end of the first arm circle unit 201b at the beginning is sewn with the tail end of the first arm circle units 201a at the ending, and the first arm circle unit 201a is sewn with the first connecting portion 101. The head end of the second arm circle unit 301b at the beginning is sewn with the tail end of the second arm circle unit 301a at the ending, and the second arm circle unit 201a is sewn with the second connecting portion 101. With this structure, the comfortable buoyancy garment is more flexible and convenient for the user to activate.


According to the other embodiment in the present invention, referring to FIG. 1, the main body 10 is a vest structure, the main body 10 has a front accommodating cavity 109, a left-rear accommodating cavity 110, and a right-rear accommodating cavity 111, all containing at least one first buoyancy member 112a, 112b, and 112c. Specifically, the front accommodating cavity 109, the left-rear accommodating cavity 110, and the right-rear accommodating cavity 111 are all enclosed by two waterproof cloth sheets, and the first buoyancy member 112a, 112b and 112c are accommodated between the two waterproof sheets. The front accommodating cavity 109, the left-rear accommodating cavity 110 and the right-rear accommodating cavity 111 are independent. During use, the user's left arm stretches into the first arm circle units 201a, 201b, and the user's right arm stretches into the second arm ring units 301a, 301b, the front accommodating cavity 109 corresponds to the user's front chest, and the left-rear accommodating cavity 110 corresponds to the left side of the user's back, the right-rear accommodating cavity 111 corresponds to the right side of the user's back. Since the first buoyancy member 112a, 112b and 112c are separated and independent from each other, therefore, the movement of the user's torso is not hindered, and the float-suit body 10 has good fit with the user's body, the buoyancy garment is prevented from sliding out of the user's body with flexible and good safety.


According to the other embodiment in the present invention, referring to FIG. 4, the first arm circle units 201a, 201b and the second arm circle units 301a, 301b are both internally disposed with a semi-annular buoyant member 302. The semi-annular buoyant member includes multiple layers of a second buoyant member 302a, 302b, 302c, 302d with increasing length from outside to inside. The second buoyant member with shorter length is wrapped on an outer side of the second buoyant member with longer length. For example, the second buoyant member 302a is wrapped on an outer side of the second buoyant member 302b, the second buoyant member 302b is wrapped on an outer side of the second buoyant member 302c, the second buoyant member 302c is wrapped on an outer side of the second buoyant member 302d. Two stepped structures 303 are respectively formed at both ends of the semi-annular buoyant member. The second buoyant member 302a, 302b, 302c, 302d in the first arm circle units 201a, 201b and the second arm circle units 301a, 301b are respectively accommodated in a cavity enclosed by waterproof. Through the close cooperation of the step structures 303 and the waterproof cloth, the plurality of second buoyancy member 302a, 302b, 302c, 302d are fastened in the waterproof cloth and cannot be displaced easily, thereby ensuring the stability of the buoyancy garment in use.


According to the other embodiment in the present invention, referring to FIG. 3-4, the main body 10 is made of polyester cloth, and the first buoyancy member 112a, 112b, 112c and the second buoyancy member 302a, 302b, 302c, 302d are all made of foam. The polyester cloth has good wrinkle resistance and formability, poor hygroscopicity, and good washing performance, and is easy to dry after washing. The foam is preferably made of EPE, EPS, and PE, and is a buoyant material with good weather ability, and has advantages such as moisture-proof, vibration-proof, thermal insulation, good moldability, strong toughness, recycled, environmental protection and strong anti-collision force, and also has strong buoyancy.


According to the other embodiment in the present invention, referring to FIG. 5, the fixing piece 105 is in a semi-circular shape with a chord edge and an arc edge, the length of the chord edge L is 9 cm-13 cm, specifically, 9 cm, 10 cm, 11 cm and 13 cm. The distance from the chord edge to the arc edge is 4-8 cm. With this structure design, the fixing piece 105 can be easily operated when being broken by hand.


According to the other embodiment in the present invention, referring to FIG. 6, an opening structure 304 is formed between both ends of the semi-annular buoyant member 302, the opening structure 304 corresponds to the outside of the user's arm so that the user's arm is not limited by the first arm circle units 201a and 201b and the second circle coil units 301a and 301b, and when the user moves, it is more flexible and convenient.

  • 1. A comfortable buoyancy garment, comprising: a main body, said main body has a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion at two armpits thereof respectively; wherein also comprising:a first arm circle, comprising at least two of a first arm circle units, movably connected with said first connecting portion, adjacent two of said first arm circle units are movably connected;a second arm circle, comprising at least two of a second arm circle units, movably connected with said second connecting portion, adjacent two of said second arm circle units are movably connected.
  • 2. The comfortable buoyancy garment according to claim 1, wherein said comfortable buoyancy garment also comprising a zipper having two zipper belts and a zipper head; said main body is a cardigan structure having a first connecting edge and a second connecting edge; said two zipper belts are arranged along said first connecting edge and said second connecting edge respectively; said zipper head can close said two zipper belts to connect said first connecting edge with said second connecting edge; said first connecting edge is fixedly provided with a fixing piece with a connecting end, said fixing piece can be folded and passed across said two zipper belts and said connecting end is detachably connected with said second connecting edge, when said two zipper belts are completely closed, said fixing piece lies below said zipper head to prevent said zipper head to move downward.
  • 3. The comfortable buoyancy garment according to claim 2, wherein a side surface of said fixing piece close to said zipper is provided with a first velcro, said second connecting edge is provided with a second velcro, and said first velcro is detachably attached to said second velcro.
  • 4. The comfortable buoyancy garment according to claim 2, wherein said comfortable buoyancy garment also comprising a baffle, one side thereof is connected with said second connecting edge, said other side thereof extends out of said zipper belts, said baffle is arranged in an inside of said zipper belts, and said upper end and said lower end of said baffle extends out of said zipper belts, said baffle and said fixing piece are oppositely arranged.
  • 5. The comfortable buoyancy garment according to claim 2, wherein said fixing piece is in a semi-circular shape with a chord edge and an arc edge, a length of said chord edge is 9 cm-13 cm, and a distance from said chord edge to said arc edge is 4-8 cm.
  • 6. The comfortable buoyancy garment according to claim 1, wherein said first arm circle units and said second arm circle units are both internally disposed with a semi-annular buoyant member; said semi-annular buoyant member includes multiple layers of a second buoyant member with increasing length from outside to inside; said second buoyant member with shorter length is wrapped on an outer side of said second buoyant member with longer length; a stepped structure is formed at both ends of said semi-annular buoyant member, and an open structure is formed between said both ends of said semi-annular buoyant member.
  • 7. The comfortable buoyancy garment according to claim 1, wherein said main body is a vest structure, said main body has a front accommodating cavity, a left-rear accommodating cavity, and a right-rear accommodating cavity; said front accommodating cavity, said left-rear accommodating cavity, and said right-rear accommodating cavity all contains at least one of a first buoyancy member.
  • 8. The comfortable buoyancy garment according to claim 7, wherein said main body is made of polyester cloth, and said first buoyancy piece and said second buoyancy piece are both made of foam.
  • 9. The comfortable buoyancy garment according to claim 8, wherein an opening structure is formed between both ends of said semi-annular buoyant member, said opening structure corresponds to said outside of said user's arm.
  • 10. The comfortable buoyancy garment according to claim 8, wherein said number of said first arm circle units and that of said second arm circle units are both two; a head end of one of said first arm circle units is sewn with a tail end of the other of said first arm circle units sewn with said first connecting portion; a head end of one of said second arm circle units is sewn with a tail end of the other of said second arm circle units sewn with said second connecting portion.
