Abstract
A hollow wooden football comprised of multiple pieces to be used as a display piece.
Description

The item being patented is a hollow wood football with individual logos added to the ball, once construction is completed. Logos on the ball will differ from which team is being represented. The exact dimension of the ball will remain the same for each hollow ball being produced. The pre-cut pieces of wood as shown in the design are assembled by hand with our unique engineered format to form the ruff football piece by piece and then shaped(cut and turned by lathe) until the exact dimensions are met according to the specification given by the drawings rendered.


BACKGROUND

The wooden football is for commemorative and ornamental display purposes. This product a wooden ball will not deflate or shrink due to sealers applied to the raw wood and epoxy coating as a final finish.


SUMMARY OF INVENTION

The present invention comprises a hollow wooden football used for display purposes with logos and laces affixed with the ability for signatures that will not degrade over time.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

FIG. 1—The heart—1—is the center piece of the football, the spine—2 is adhered to the heart, then part 3 is attached between two parts 4, then 4 is adhered to the heart 1 and the spine 2.

Claims
  • 1. The football is made from uniquely proprietary cuts of wood as laid out in the drawings provided.
  • 2. The technique that the wood is assembled and arranged is purely unique and exclusive to our design.
  • 3. This is not a solid piece of wood.
  • 4. The football remains hollow inside after it is turned on a lathe for final shape.
  • 5. There is not any other way to replicate or duplicate this process.
  • 6. The football is within specifications laid out by drawings.
