Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The utility model relates to the technical field of commodity pushing, in particular to a commodity pusher.

BACKGROUND

A commodity pusher is an automatic display device applied to the shelves of supermarkets, convenience stores, department stores and other retail sectors, which is convenient for consumers to freely pick up and automatically replenish commodities. At present, the structure of the commodity pusher mainly consists of a base plate and the commodity shelf mounted on the base plate in an axial reciprocating sliding manner.

However, the shelves of most of the existing commodity pushers are set to have a fixed length, so that it is impossible for flexible adjustment according to the demand for commodity placement. In the prior art, some push-pull shelves also exist. Although length adjustment can be realized, the bottom of the commodity shelf can overlap during the adjustment process, resulting in poor smoothness of sliding and affecting the use effect.

Apparently, the described embodiments are some rather than all the embodiments of the utility model. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the utility model without inventive efforts fall within the scope of protection of the utility model.

In the description of the utility model, it should be noted that orientations or position relationships indicated by terms such as “upper”, “lower”, “left”, “right”, “vertical”, “horizontal”, “inner”, “outer”, “front”, “rear” and the like are orientations or position relationships as shown in the drawings, and these terms are merely used to facilitate description of the utility model and simplify the description, but not to indicate or imply that the mentioned device or elements must have a specific orientation and must be established and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, these terms cannot be understood as a limitation to the utility model.

In the description of the utility model, it should be noted that, unless otherwise specified and defined, the terms “mount”, “connected to” and “connection” should be understood in a broad sense. For example, the connection may be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral connection; may be a mechanical connection or a direct connection; and may be an indirect connection by using an intermediate medium. For a person of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meaning of the terms in the utility model can be understood in specific cases.

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, the commodity pusher in this embodiment includes a commodity shelf 1, an extension frame 2, a push plate 3 and a push piece 4, where a baffle 5 is arranged at one end of the commodity shelf 1;

    • the extension frame 2 is clamped at one end, away from the baffle 5, of the commodity shelf 1, and the extension frame 2 and the commodity shelf 1 form the storage groove;
    • the push plate 3 is mounted in the storage groove in a sliding manner; and
    • the push piece 4 is mounted in the commodity shelf 1, and is connected to the push plate 3 to drive the push plate 3 to slide in the storage groove so as to push commodities.

The commodity pusher according to this embodiment is simple in structure and reasonable in design. The extension frame 2 is clamped on the commodity shelf 1, and a length of the storage groove can be flexibly adjusted, thereby better meeting the demand for commodity placement.

Specially, the extension frame 2 is formed by sequentially clamping several extension grooves 21 with the same structure.

In this embodiment, the extension frame 2 consists of several extension grooves 21 with the same structure. In the use process, the extension grooves 21 with the number determined according to actual use demand can be purchased to form the extension frame 2 so as to adjust the length of the storage length. Specifically, in this embodiment, the length of each of the extension grooves 21 can be set as a unit length for flexible length adjustment according to the commodity categories, such as beverage. As shown in FIG. 3, the extension frame 2 is set as the extension groove 21 with a single length. As shown in FIG. 4, the extension frame is set as the extension frame 2 formed by splitting three extension grooves 21. Referring to the figure, the commodity shelf 1 with a fixed length in the prior art is generally set to have the commodity shelf length of three or six units. If the commodity shelf 1 with another unit length needs to be used, only the commodity shelf 1 with a larger unit length can be purchased, and then the extra long part is cut, resulting in inconvenient adjustment and use, and waste.

Specially, in this embodiment, each of the extension grooves 21 is provided with an extension clamping groove 211 and an extension clamping block 212.

In this embodiment, it is shown that the extension clamping grooves 211 is matched and clamped with the extension clamping blocks 212, so as to assemble the extension frame 2 of any length. Because the structures of the extension grooves 21 are the same, the extension grooves 21 may be combined without limitation of the number, and are connected through a buckling structure, thereby facilitating disassembling and connection.

Specifically, the commodity shelf 1 can be provided with a clamping groove structure 11 matched with the extension clamping block 212. Because the extension frame 2 is assembled by any number of the extension grooves 21, the clamping groove structure 11 matched with the extension grooves 21 is arranged on the commodity shelf 1, when it is necessary to adjust the length of the storage groove, the extension frame 2 is first assembled by any number of the extension grooves 21, and then the extension clamping blocks 212 on the extension grooves 21 at one end of the extension frame 2 are clamped into the clamping groove structure 11 on the commodity shelf 1 to achieve a portable and stable clamping connection, and the commodity pusher is simple in structure and convenient to disassemble and use.

In this embodiment, a first sliding groove 12 is formed in the commodity shelf 1, and a second sliding groove 22 is formed in the extension frame 2; and

    • when the extension frame 2 is connected to the commodity shelf 1, the second sliding groove 22 is engaged with the first sliding groove 12 so as to form a guiding sliding groove for allowing the push plate 3 to slide.

In this embodiment, after the commodity shelf 1 is connected to the extension frame 2, the first sliding groove 12 and the second sliding groove 22 are engaged to form the guiding sliding groove so as to guide the sliding process of the push plate 3, thereby stably pushing commodities. In some embodiments, the push piece 4 is set as a coil spring, a wire puller or a push spring.

In this embodiment, the push piece 4 may be selectively set as the coil spring, the wire puller or the push spring having return tension, thereby stably pushing commodities. See FIG. 1 for details, the shown push piece 4 is specifically the coil spring.

In some embodiments, the baffle 5 is detachably mounted on the commodity shelf 1.

In this embodiment, the baffle 5 is detachably arranged on the commodity shelf 1, thereby facilitating disassembling, change, assembling and use.

The above embodiments are merely illustrative of several implementations of the utility model, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed. However, these embodiments may not be construed as a limitation to the patentable scope of the utility model. It should be pointed out that several variations and improvements may be made by those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the conception of the utility model, but such variations and improvements should fall within the protection scope of the utility model. Therefore, the patent protection scope of the utility model should be subject to the appended claims.
