- 2. The compact camera of claim 1, wherein said means for controllably introducing light through said front panel is located on one of said two adjacent regions of said front panel.
- 3. The compact camera of claim 1, wherein said means for controllably introducing light through said front panel is a lens and shutter mechanism.
- 4. The compact camera of claim 1, wherein said light-sensitive medium is a digital film capture device.
- 5. The compact camera of claim 1, wherein said front panel and said rear panel are movable into communication with one another to form a configuration substantially equal to a credit card.
- 6. The compact camera of claim 1, wherein said means for maintaining said front panel and said rear panel a distance apart from one another is at least one strut.
- 7. The compact camera of claim 1, wherein said collapsible camera is of a rectangular configuration with four sides.
- 8. The compact camera of claim 1, further comprising:
a viewfinder positioned through said front panel and said rear panel.
- 9. The compact camera of claim 1, wherein said light-sensitive medium is photographic film.
- 10. The compact camera of claim 1, wherein said photographic film is curved slightly before exposure.
- 11. The compact camera of claim 9, wherein said photographic film is 35 mm film.
- 12. The compact camera of claim 9, wherein said photographic film is an individual frame of film.
- 13. The compact camera of claim 9, wherein said photographic film is a stack of frames of film; upon exposure of one of said frames of film in said stack creating an exposed frame, said exposed frame being movable to a storage location proximal to said window to permit exposure to a subsequent frame of film in said stack of frames of film.
- 14. The compact camera of claim 13, further comprising:
a layer of light-blocking material behind each of said individual frames of film.
- 15. The compact camera of claim 13, further comprising tabs respectively connected to each of said frames of film; said tabs being manipulateable by a user to advance said stack of film from one frame to the next.
- 16. The compact camera of claim 15, wherein said tabs are connected to respective frames of film in said stack of film at different respective locations.
