Claims
- 1. Component having an acoustically active material (2) whose acoustic constants are modifiable at least in part, characterized in that
the acoustically active material is located at least in part at a phase transition point and/or in the vicinity of a phase transition point.
- 2. Component according to claim 1, characterized in that
the acoustically active material (2) is at least in part a piezoelectric material.
- 3. Component according to claim 2, characterized in that
the phase transition point is the phase transition point between the ferroelectric phase and the paraelectric phase.
- 4. Component according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that
one part of the acoustically active material (2) is situated in the one phase while another part of the acoustically active material (2) is situated in the other phase.
- 5. Component according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that
the component (1) contains means (3, 4, 5) for modifying the acoustic constants of the acoustically active material and/or connections for such means.
- 6. Component according to at least claim 5, characterized in that
the means (3, 4) for modifying the acoustic constants contain elements for applying an electrical voltage, by means of which the acoustic constants of the acoustically active material (2) can be modified.
- 7. Component according to at least claim 5, characterized in that
the means (5) for modifying the acoustic constants contain elements for setting the temperature, by means of which the acoustic constants of the acoustically active material (2) can be modified.
- 8. Component according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that
the component (1) is a surface acoustic wave component, a bulk acoustic wave component and/or a diaphragm resonator.
- 9. Component according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the component (1) is a filter.
- 10. Method for the operation of a component (1) having an acoustically active material (2), whereby
the acoustic constants of the acoustically active material (2) are modified, and the acoustically active material (2) is operated at least in part at a phase transition point and/or in the vicinity of a phase transition point.
