Claims
- 1. A lamination product having a barrier property, the lamination product comprising:a base material layer comprising at least a polyolefin resin layer constituting an outermost layer and a paper support; and five layers of a second polyolefin resin layer, a second adhesive layer, a barrier layer comprising polyamide resin represented by the following chemical formula; a first adhesive layer and a first polyolefin resin layer constituting an innermost layer, said five layers being arranged in this order on an inner surface side of the base material layer, wherein said five layers are laminated, at the same time respectively, on an exposed surface of the paper support through a coextrusion of fused resin of the respective five layers, and wherein said barrier layer contains said polyamide resin at an amount of 20 weight % or more blended with another aliphatic polyamide resin at an amount of 80 weight % or less.
- 2. A lamination product having a barrier property according to claim 1, wherein said barrier layer is formed by coextrusion lamination at an extruding resin temperature of 260-300° C.
- 3. A lamination product having a barrier property according to claim 1, wherein said first and second adhesive layers comprise an adhesive polyolefin resin.
- 4. A lamination product having a barrier property according to claim 1, wherein said barrier layer has a thickness in a range of 2.0 to 30 μm.
- 5. A lamination product having a barrier property, and comprising a packaging material, the packaging material comprising:a base material layer comprising at least a polyolefin resin layer constituting an outermost layer and a paper support; and three layers of a barrier layer comprising polyamide resin represented by the following chemical formula; an adhesive layer and a polyolefin resin layer constituting an innermost layer, said three layers being arranged in this order on an inner surface side of the base material layer, wherein said three layers are laminated, at the same time respectively, on an exposed surface of the paper support through a coextrusion of fused resin of the respective three layers, and Wherein said barrier layer contains said polyamide resin at an amount of 20 weight % or more blended with another aliphatic polyamide resin at an amount of 80 weight % or less.
- 6. A lamination product having a barrier property according to claim 5, wherein said barrier layer is formed by coextrusion lamination at an extruding resin temperature 260-300° C.
- 7. A lamination product having a barrier property according to claim 5, wherein said adhesive layer comprises an adhesive polyolefin resin.
- 8. A lamination product having a barrier property according to claim 5, wherein said barrier layer has a thickness in a range of 2.0 to 30 μm.
- 9. A composite container having a barrier property, and comprising a packaging material, the packaging material comprising:a base material layer comprising at least a polyolefin resin layer constituting an outermost layer and a paper support; and five layers of a second polyolefin resin layer, a second adhesive layer, a barrier layer comprising polyamide resin represented by the following chemical formula; a first adhesive layer and a first polyolefin resin layer constituting an innermost layer, said five layers being arranged in this order on an inner surface side of the base material layer, wherein said five layers are laminated, at the same time respectively, on an exposed surface of the paper support through a coextrusion of fused resin of the respective five layers, and wherein said barrier layer contains said polyamide resin at an amount of 20 weight % or more blended with another aliphatic polyamide resin at an amount of 80 weight % or less.
- 10. A composite container having a barrier property according to claim 9, wherein said barrier layer is formed by coextrusion lamination at an extruding resin temperature of 260-300° C.
- 11. A composite container having a barrier property according to claim 9, wherein said first and second adhesive layers comprise an adhesive polyolefin resin.
- 12. A composite container having a barrier property according to claim 9, wherein said barrier layer has a thickness in a range of 2.0 to 30 μm.
- 13. A composite container having a barrier property according to claim 9, wherein the composite container is a carton for liquid.
- 14. A composite container having a barrier property, and comprising a packaging material, the packaging material comprising:a base material layer comprising at least a polyolefin resin layer constituting an outermost layer and a paper support; and three layers of a barrier layer comprising polyamide resin represented by the following chemical formula; an adhesive layer and a polyolefin resin layer constituting an innermost layer, said three layers being arranged in this order on an inner surface side of the base material layer, wherein said Three layers are laminated, at the same time respectively, on an exposed surface of the paper support through a coextrusion of fused resin of the respective three layers, and wherein said barrier layer contains said polyamide resin at an amount of 20 weight % or more blended with another aliphatic polyamide resin at an amount of 80 weight % or less.
- 15. A composite container having a barrier property according to claim 14, wherein said barrier layer is formed by coextrusion lamination at an extruding resin temperature of 260-300° C.
- 16. A composite container having a barrier property according to claim 14, wherein said adhesive layer comprises an adhesive polyolefin resin.
- 17. A composite container having a barrier property according to claim 14, wherein said barrier layer has a thickness in a range of 2.0 to 30 μm.
- 18. A composite container having a barrier property according to claim 14, wherein the composite container is a carton for liquid.
