- 3. The composite handle of claim 1, wherein said flexible portion comprises a plug which is inserted into said central area of said rigid portion.
- 4. The composite handle of claim 1, wherein said rigid portion of said handle is bulbous in shape thereby further facilitating gripping by a user.
- 5. The composite handle of claim 3, wherein said flexible portion of said handle comprises a plug inserted into and extending completely through said rigid portion thus forming flexible surfaces on opposite sides of said rigid portion thereby permitting a user to grip said handle at said flexible portion on opposite sides of said handle with at least one finger and a thumb.
- 6. The composition handle of claim 5, wherein said plug is secured in within said rigid portion by a snap fit.
- 7. The composite handle of claim 5, wherein said plug contains a slot which is adapted to be connected to receive and become affixed with an end portion of a grooming implement.
- 8. The composite handle of claim 5, wherein said flexible portion surfaces are rounded and are flush with said rigid surfaces thereby forming a smooth surface.
- 9. The composite handle of claim 5, wherein said flexible portion surfaces contain a raised portion relative to said rigid surfaces.
- 10. A grooming implement having a composite handle comprising a bulbous rigid portion and a flexible portion contained within said rigid portion and located at a central area of such rigid portion, said flexible portion of said handle comprising a plug inserted into and extending completely through said rigid portion thus forming flexible surfaces on opposite sides of said rigid portion thereby permitting a user to grip said handle at said flexible portion at opposite sides of said handle with at least one finger and a thumb, said handle being connected to an end portion of a functional member of said grooming implement.
- 11. A grooming implement having a composite handle comprising a rigid portion and a flexible portion contained within said rigid portion and located at a central area of said rigid portion, said flexible portion of said handle adapted to be contacted by a hand of a user thereby facilitating gripping and control by said user.
- 12. The grooming implement of claim 11, wherein said flexible portion comprises a plug which is inserted into said central area of said rigid portion.
- 13. The grooming implement of claim 10, wherein said implement comprises a nail file.
- 14. The grooming implement of claim 11, wherein said implement comprises a nail file.
- 15. The grooming implement of claim 12, wherein said implement comprises a nail file.
- 16. The grooming implement of claim 10, wherein said implement comprises a brush.
- 17. The grooming implement of claim 11, wherein said implement comprises a brush.
- 18. The grooming implement of claim 12, wherein said implement comprises a brush.
- 19. The grooming implement of claim 10, wherein said implement comprises a comb.
- 20. The grooming implement of claim 11, wherein said implement comprises a comb.
- 21. The grooming implement of claim 12, wherein said implement comprises a comb.
- 22. The grooming implement of claim 10, wherein said implement comprises a nail clipper.
- 23. The grooming implement of claim 11, wherein said implement comprises a nail clipper.
- 24. The grooming implement of claim 12, wherein said implement comprises a nail clipper.
- 25. The grooming implement of claim 10, wherein said implement comprises a mirror.
- 26. The grooming implement of claim 11, wherein said implement comprises a mirror.
