Claims
- 1. A composition comprising in admixture a cyclic oligomer of the formula ##STR10## and a cyclic oligomer of the formula ##STR11## wherein X is selected from the group consisting of alkylene of two to twelve carbon atoms, inclusive, alkylidene of one to twelve carbon atoms, inclusive, cycloalkylene of four to twelve carbon atoms, inclusive, cycloalkylidene of four to twelve carbon atoms, inclusive, --S--, --O--, --S--S--, ##STR12## a is zero or 1; n and m are the same or different and are integers of one to about fifteen;
- R is alkylene of two to eight carbon atoms, inclusive or alkylidene of one to eight carbon atoms, inclusive, phenylene or R is a single bond;
- R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are the same or different and are alkyl of one to four carbon atoms, inclusive or halo;
- b and c are the same or different and are integers of zero to four; and
- R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are the same or different and are alkyl of one to eight carbon atoms, inclusive, phenyl, hydrogen or R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are taken together to form an alkylene of two to eight carbon atoms inclusive.
- 2. The composition in accordance with claim 1 wherein X is alkylene of two to six carbon atoms, inclusive, alkylidene of one to six carbon atoms, inclusive, cyclalkylidene of six to twelve carbon atoms, inclusive, --S--, --O--, --S--S--, ##STR13## a is 1; R is alkylene of two to four carbon atoms, inclusive;
- R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are the same or different and are alkyl of one to three carbon atoms, inclusive, chloro or bromo;
- b and c are the same or different and are 0, 1 or 2;
- R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are the same or different and are alkyl of one to four carbon atoms, inclusive, or taken together form an alkylene of two to four carbon atoms, inclusive.
- 3. The composition in accordance with claim 2 wherein X is isopropylidene, a is 1, b and c are both zero.
- 4. The composition in accordance with claim 3 wherein R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are methyl and R is ethylene.
- 5. A composition comprising in admixture a cyclic oligomer of the formula ##STR14## and a cyclic oligomer of the formula ##STR15## wherein X is selected from the group consisting of alkylene of two to twelve carbon atoms, inclusive, alkylidene of one to twelve carbon atoms, inclusive, cycloalkylene of four to twelve carbon atoms, inclusive, cycloalkylidene of four to twelve carbon atoms, inclusive, --S--, --O--, --S--S--, ##STR16## a is zero or 1; n and m are the same or different and are integers of one to about fifteen;
- R is alkylene of two to eight carbon atoms, inclusive or alkylidene of one to eight carbon atoms, inclusive, phenylene or R is a single bond;
- R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are the same or different and are alkyl of one to four carbon atoms, inclusive, or halo;
- b and c are the same or different and are integers of zero to four; and
- R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are the same or different and are alkyl of one to eight carbon atoms, inclusive, phenyl, hydrogen or R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are taken together to form an alkylene of two to eight carbon atoms inclusive.
- 6. The composition in accordance with claim 5 wherein X is alkylene of two to six carbon atoms, inclusive, alkylidene of one to six carbon atoms, inclusive, cyclalkylidene of six to twelve carbon atoms, inclusive, --S--, --O--, --S--S--, ##STR17## a is 1; R is alkylene of two to four carbon atoms, inclusive;
- R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are the same or different and are alkyl of one to three carbon atoms, inclusive, chloro or bromo;
- b and c are the same or different and are 0, 1 or 2;
- R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are the same or different and are alkyl of one to four carbon atoms, inclusive, or taken together form an alkylene of two to four carbon atoms, inclusive.
- 7. The composition in accordance with claim 6 wherein X is isopropylidene, a is 1, b and c are both zero.
- 8. The composition in accordance with claim 7 wherein R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are methyl and R is ethylene.
