Claims
- 1. An azeotropic or azeotrope-like composition consisting essentially of effective amounts of HFC-32 (CH2F2) and HFE-236faE (CF3OCH2CF3) to form an azeotropic or azeotrope-like composition, wherein after 50 weight percent of said composition has evaporated, the difference in vapor pressure between the original composition and the remaining composition is less than 10 percent.
- 2. An azeotropic or azeotrope-like composition consisting essentially of HFC-32 (CH2F2) and HFE-236faE (CF3OCH2CF3), wherein said HFC-32 and HFE-236faE composition has a vapor pressure of from about 237.3 to about 248.6 psia at 25° C.; and wherein after 50 weight percent of said composition has evaporated, the difference in vapor pressure between the original composition and the remaining composition is less than 10 percent.
- 3. An azeotropic or azeotrope-like composition consisting essentially of from about 45.0 to about 99.0 weight percent weight percent HFC-32 (CH2F2) and from about 1.0 to about 55.0 weight percent HFE-236faE (CF3OCH2CF3) having a vapor pressure of from about 237.3 to about 248.6 psia at 25° C., and wherein after 50 weight percent of said composition has evaporated, the difference in vapor pressure between the original composition and the remaining composition is less than 10 percent.
- 4. A process of heating comprising the step of condensing a composition of claim 1, 2 or 3 in the vicinity of an object to be heated.
- 5. A process of refrigeration comprising the step of evaporating a composition of claim 1, 2 or 3 in the vicinity of an object to be cooled.
