Claims
- 1. A pharmaceutical composition which comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier in a capable or tablet containing an amount of tellurium dioxide which is effective to stimulate the production of lymphokines in a mammal.
- 2. A pharmaceutical composition as defined in claim 1, wherein the tellurium dioxide comprises an amount to provide a dose of from 0.05.times.10.sup.-3 to 1.times.10.sup.-3 g/Kg of body weight of a mammal.
- 3. A pharmaceutical composition which comprises an amount of tellurium dioxide which is effective to stimulate the production of lymphokines in a mammal and a solvent which comprises:
- NaCl 8.0 g;
- K Cl 200 mg;
- Na.sub.2 HPO.sub.4 1150 mg;
- KH.sub.2 PO.sub.4 200 mg;
- Ca Cl.sub.2 anhyd. 100 mg;
- Mg Cl.sub.2 6H.sub.2 O 100 mg; and
- H.sub.2 O sufficient to make 1 liter.
