- 22. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically effective amount of a compound according to claims 1 or 11 and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carriers or adjuvants.
- 23. A method of modulating an autoimmune disease, said method comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment a pharmaceutically effect amount of a compound according to claims 1 or 11.
- 24. The method according to claim 23 wherein the autoimmune disease is selected from the group consisting of: rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, multiple sclerosis, Guillain-Barre syndrome, psoriasis, Grave's disease, myasthenia gravis, scleroderma, glomerulonephritis, atopic dermatitis and insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus.
- 25. A method of treating Alzheimer's disease comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment a pharmaceutically effective amount of a compound according to claims 1 or 11.
- 26. A method of treating atherosclerosis comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment a pharmaceutically effective amount of a compound according to claims 1 or 11.
