COMPRESSION SHAPEWEAR SYSTEM

Abstract

A compression shapewear system to create the illusion of smooth, toned legs and buttocks for a user with a mesh undergarment having right and left thigh pockets, right and left buttock pockets, and right and left calf pockets, with 3 or 4D foam inserts, gel inserts or a combination of foam and gel inserts for insertion to simulate the flexibility and feel of the human body parts selected. Also provided is an outer garment of lightweight high compression material with 4-way stretch where the outer surface of the material is embellished with computer generated contoured shadowing to create a halo effect around thighs, buttocks, calves, knees and shins to create the illusion of smooth, toned legs and buttocks. The system also provides a combination of the undergarment and outer garment worn together.

Description

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is a general object of this invention to provide a comfortable and fashionable compression shaping system that creates the illusion of smooth, toned legs and buttocks.

In one embodiment the system would be a high waisted undergarment meant to be worn under outer garments and made of 4-way stretch compression mesh with removable 3d or 4d foam or gel padding or a combination of foam and gel padding inserted or sewn into pockets for. the buttocks, thigh and calf areas to give a more balanced look to the wearer.

In an alternative embodiment the system would be worn as exterior clothing as seamless high waisted compression leggings made of high compression material such as a combination of nylon, polyester and elastane with contouring with shadowing to create a halo effect around thighs (quads), buttocks (glutes) and calves, knees and shins to create the illusion of a more toned/muscular appearance appearance of the legs, buttocks and calves. This system could be made in two ways: the first having 3d or 4d foam padding, gel padding or foam and gel padding inserted or sewn into the contoured areas of the buttocks, thigh and calves: the second would not have padding around the thighs, calves and buttocks but would have computer generated contoured shadowing to create a halo effect around thighs (quads), buttocks (glutes) and calves, knees and shins to create the illusion of a more toned/muscular appearance of the legs, buttocks and calves, knees and shins.

Either embodiment could be fitted with optional detachable shoulder straps and either long length or thigh cut with a zipper and possibly books and eyes as needed.

In a third embodiment the high waisted undergarment of the first embodiment made of 4-way stretch compression mesh with removable 3d or 4d foam padding inserted or sewn into pockets for the buttocks, thigh and calf areas could be worn under the unpadded version of the second embodiment with shadowing contoured to create a halo effect around thighs (quads), buttocks (glutes) and calves, knees and shins to create the illusion of a more toned/muscular appearance of the legs, buttocks and calves.

FIG. 6 is a rear view of a second alternative embodiment of the inventive shapewear garment system worn as an outer garment with computer generated contoured shadowing to create a halo effect around thighs (quads), buttocks (glutes) and calves, knees and shins to create the illusion of a more toned/muscular appearance of the legs, buttocks and calves, but without molded foam or gel inserts.

FIG. 7 is a rear view photographic depiction of a second alternative embodiment of the inventive shapewear garment system worn as an outer garment on a human model.

FIG. 8 is an alternate rear view photographic depiction of a second alternative embodiment of the inventive shapewear garment system worn as an outer garment on a human model.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The front view of the inventive shapewear garment system 100 worn as a high waisted undergarment 101 is shown in FIG. 1 with a high waistband 2, optional detachable shoulder straps 10. thigh pockets 4 and lower leg bands 5. It is intended that molded foam inserts be placed in the thigh pockets 4. It is intended that the thigh pockets 4 and lower leg bands S as shown on the left leg 11 are mirrored on the right leg 12.

The rear view of the inventive shapewear garment system 100 worn as a high waisted undergarment 101 is shown in FIG. 2 with the high waistband 2, optional detachable shoulder straps 10. buttocks pocket 9. It is intended that molded foam inserts be inserted into the buttocks pocket 9. Also shown in FIG. 2 are call pockets & for insertion of molded foam inserts.

The preferred fabric 13 for the inventive garment system 100 worn as a high waisted undergarment 101 is lightweight high compression mesh with 4-way stretch. It is also noted that the thigh pockets 4, buttocks pockets 9, and calf pockets & would be sewn into the fabric 13 of the inventive shapewear garment 101. While not shown, it is intended that the inserts be 3d or 4d foam padding contoured and sized for the thigh, buttocks and calves of the user and be of such material as to simulate the human body parts selected.

In FIGS. 3 and 4 are shown front and rear views of a first alternate embodiment of the inventive shapewear garment system 200 as an outer gam wing high waisted compression leggings 202. In this embodiment the high waisted compression leggings 202 would be of lightweight high compression material 213 with an outer surface 214 with 4-way stretch such as a combination of nylon, polyester and elastane. The outer surface of the high compression material 213 can be embellished with computer generated contoured shadowing to create a halo effect around thighs (quads) 204, buttocks (glutes) 203 and calves 205 to create the illusion of a more toned/muscular appearance of the thighs 204, the buttocks 203 and the calves 205.

The outer garment high waisted compression leggings 202 can be made with inserts of 3d or 4d foam padding or gel padding or a combination of foam and gel padding built in to the contoured areas and sized for the thigh, buttocks and calves of the user and be of such material as to simulate the flexibility and feel of the human body parts selected.

In FIGS. 5 and 6 are shown front and rear views of a second alternate embodiment of the inventive shapewear garment system 300 as an outer garment showing high waisted compression leggings 302, with computer generated contoured shadowing on the outer surface 306 to create a halo effect around thighs (quads) 304, buttocks (glutes) 303 and calves 305, knees and shins to create the Illusion of a more toned/muscular appearance appearance of the thighs 304, buttocks 303 and calves 305, but without padding inserts for the thigh, buttocks and calves of the user.

FIGS. 7 and 8 are rear photographic depictions of a human model wearing the second alternate embodiment of the inventive shapewear garment system 300 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 as an outer garment showing high waisted compression leggings 302, with computer generated contoured shadowing to create a halo effect around thighs (quads) 304, buttocks (glutes) 303 and calves 305, knees and shins to create the illusion of a more toned/muscular appearance appearance of the thighs 304, buttocks 303 and calves 305, but without padding inserts for the thigh, buttocks and calves of the user.

As a third alternative embodiment, the inventive shapewear garment system 100 worn as a high waisted undergarment 101 with molded foam inserts could be worn under the high waisted compression leggings 302 of the second alternative embodiment of the inventive shapewear garment system 300.

Claims

1. A compression shapewear system to create the illusion of smooth, toned legs and buttocks for a user, comprising a undergarment of lightweight mesh meant to be worn under outer garments where the undergarment has right and left thigh pockets, right and left buttock pockets, and right and left calf pockets, with inserts for insertion in the thigh pockets, buttock pockets and calf pockets where the inserts would be foam padding or gel padding or a combination of foam and gel padding contoured and sized for the thighs, buttocks and calves of the user to simulate the flexibility and feel of the human body parts selected.

2. The compression shapewear system of claim 1 where the undergarment would be made of 4-way stretch compression mesh and the thigh, buttock and calf inserts would be sewn into the high waisted undergarment.

3. The compression shapewear system of claim 1 where the undergarment would have a high waistband, detachable shoulder straps and lower leg bands.

4. The compression shapewear system of claim 3 where the undergarment would be worn as a high waisted logging outer garment and made of a lightweight high compression material having an outer surface with 4-way stretch where thigh, buttock and calf inserts would be sewn into the high waisted undergarment.

5. The compression shapewear system of claim 4 where the outer surface of the lightweight high compression material would be embellished with computer generated contoured shadowing to create a halo effect around thighs, buttocks and calves to create the illusion of smooth, toned legs and buttocks.

A compression shapewear system to create the illusion of smooth, toned legs and buttocks for a user, comprising an undergarment of lightweight mesh meant to be worn under an outer garment where the undergarment has right and lent thigh pockets. right and left buttock pockets, and right and left calf pockets, with inserts for insertion in the thigh pockets, buttock pockets and calf pockets where the inserts would be 3 or 4D foam padding, gel padding or combination of foam and gel padding contoured and sized for the thighs, buttocks and calves of the user to simulate the flexibility and feel of the human body parts selected, and the outer garment comprises lightweight high compression material with an outer surface where the material outer surface would be embellished with contoured shadowing to create a halo effect around thighs, buttocks and calves to create the illusion of smooth, toned legs and buttocks.

7. The compression shapewear system of claim 6 where the outer garment would have a high waistband, detachable shoulder straps and lower leg bands.
