Claims
- 1. A method of producing a conductive pigment powder, comprising:coprecipitating one or more hydroxides by reacting a mixed aqueous solution comprising an indium salt, a tin salt and a gold salt, with an alkaline aqueous solution, to obtain one or more hydroxides; and heating said hydroxides.
- 2. The method according to claim 1, wherein said heating is carried out at a temperature in the range of 350 to 1100° C.
- 3. The method according to claim 1, wherein said heating comprises heating said hydroxides in an inert gas atmosphere comprising at least one alcohol gas selected from the group consisting of methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, and mixtures thereof.
- 4. The method according to claim 1, wherein said heating comprises heating said hydroxides in an inert gas atmosphere comprising at least one gas selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, ammonia, carbon monoxide, and mixtures thereof.
- 5. The method according to claim 1, wherein said powder has an average primary particle diameter in the range of 0.005 to 0.5 μm.
- 6. A method of forming a transparent conductive film comprising;mixing an aqueous solution comprising indium ions, an aqueous solution comprising tin ions, and an aqueous solution comprising gold ions, to form a mixture; reacting said mixture with an alkaline aqueous solution to form at least one coprecipitated hydroxide; heating said coprecipitated hydroxide at 350 to 1100° C. to form a conductive pigment powder; mixing said conductive pigment powder with a solvent comprising one or both of an organic solvent and water, to form a dispersion solution; coating said dispersion solution on a transparent substrate to form a deposited film; and burning said deposited film at a predetermined temperature to form a transparent conductive film.
- 7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the tin ions are selected from the group consisting of Sn2+ ions, Sn4+ ions, and combinations thereof.
- 8. The method according to claim 6, further comprising heat-treating said conductive pigment powder at a temperature ranging from 150 to 450° C. in an atmosphere comprising at least one gas selected from the group consisting of methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, and mixtures thereof.
- 9. The method according to claim 6, wherein said predetermined temperature ranges from 70 to 500° C.
