Claims
- 1. A stranded conductor for an electrical power cable constituted by a plurality of stranded cooper strands, at least one of said strands being covered with a cupric oxide film having a thickness of from about 0.3 to about 3 .mu.m, free from exfoliation, and formed by oxidizing said one strand and forming an insulating film for electrically insulating said one strand from the other strands.
