Abstract
The disclosure provides a connecting tube and a heat exchanger. The connecting tube is configured to be connected with flat tubes. The connecting tube includes: two connection sections and a bent section, the two connection sections are disposed at two ends of the bent section respectively, the two connection sections are connected with the bent section to form a U-shaped tube, and an end, far away from the bent section, of the connection section is provided with a connection port; and the connection port has a flat mouth structure. According to a technical solution provided by the disclosure, a technical problem that a manufacturing process of a flat tube in the art known to inventors is complicated can be solved.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of heat exchangers, in particular to a connecting tube and a heat exchanger.


BACKGROUND

At present, staggered double-row microchannel heat exchangers in the art known to inventors include two staggered rows of flat tubes, that is, front row of flat tubes and rear row of flat tubes are spaced by a certain height and are not on the same plane.


Two independent core structures are adopted in the staggered double-row heat exchangers in the art known to inventors and are connected through a bent section to form a complete flat tube. In this way, a manufacturing process of the flat tube is complicated, which is not conducive to reduction of manufacturing cost of the flat tube.


SUMMARY

A main objective of the disclosure is to provide a connecting tube and a heat exchanger for solving a technical problem that a manufacturing process of a flat tube in the art known to inventors is complicated.


In order to achieve the above purpose, the disclosure provides a connecting tube. The connecting tube is configured to be connected with flat tubes. The connecting tube includes: two connection sections and a bent section, the two connection sections are disposed at two ends of the bent section respectively, the two connection sections are connected with the bent section to form a U-shaped tube, and an end, far away from the bent section, of each of the two connection sections is provided with a connection port; and the connection port has a flat mouth structure.


In some embodiments, the bent section is a round tube, each of the two connections section includes a transition zone and a flat tube zone, an end, connected with the bent section, of the transition zone is provided with a round mouth, and an end, connected with the flat tube zone, of the transition zone is provided with a flat mouth.


In some embodiments, each of the two connection sections further includes a connection flange, and the connection flange is disposed at an end, far away from the transition zone, of the flat tube zone.


In some embodiments, the connection flange is folded towards an outer side of the connecting tube.


In some embodiments, the two connection sections are disposed at an interval, and a projection of one connection section on a central plane of an other connection section is disposed to be staggered from the central plane of the other connection section.


In some embodiments, a longitudinal distance between the two connection sections is set as H1, and 5 mm<H1≤15 mm; or, a transverse distance between the two connection sections is set as W, and 12 mm<W≤45 mm.


In some embodiments, the two connection sections are disposed at an interval, and a projection of one connection section on a central plane of the other connection section is disposed to coincide with the central plane of the other connection section.


In some embodiments, a longitudinal distance between the two connection sections is set as H2, and 5 mm<H2≤15 mm.


In some embodiments, a length of the bent section is set as L1, and 15 mm≤L1≤35 mm; or, a length of each of the two connection sections is set as L2, and 0 mm<L2≤8 mm.


In some embodiments, a width of the connection port is set as d, and 5 mm≤d≤30 mm; or, a height of the connection port is set as h, and 1.3 mm≤h≤4.5 mm. In some embodiments, a diameter of the bent section is set as φA, and 5 mm≤φA≤15.88 mm.


According to another aspect of the disclosure, a heat exchanger is provided. The heat exchanger includes a plurality of flat tubes, and the plurality of flat tubes are disposed at intervals; and a connecting tube, where the connecting tube is the connecting tube provided above, and the connecting tube is disposed between two adjacent flat tubes, such that the two adjacent flat tubes are in communication with each other through the connecting tube.


By applying the technical solution of the disclosure, the connecting tube is disposed between two adjacent flat tubes, such that two flat tubes can be conveniently connected with each other, a bent flat tube is formed, and the manufacturing process of the bent flat tube is simplified. In view of that, according to the technical solution provided by the disclosure, the technical problem that the manufacturing process of the flat tube in the art known to inventors is complicated can be solved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

It is to be noted that the embodiments and features in the embodiments of the disclosure may be combined with each other without conflict. The disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the embodiments.


As shown in FIGS. 1-8, some embodiments of the present disclosure provides a connecting tube 10. The connecting tube 10 is configured to be connected to a flat tube 20. The connecting tube 10 includes: two connection sections 11 and a bent section 12, the two connection sections 11 are disposed at two ends of the bent section 12 respectively, the two connection sections 11 are connected with the bent section 12 to form a U-shaped tube structure, and an end, far away from the bent section 12, of each of the two connection sections 11 is provided with a connection port; and the connection port has a flat mouth structure.


By adopting such a structural arrangement, a connecting tube 10 is arranged, and the connecting tube 10 is disposed between two adjacent flat tubes 20, such that the two adjacent flat tubes 20 are conveniently connected with each other, a bent flat tube is formed, and the manufacturing process of the bent flat tube 20 is simplified.


In some embodiments, the bent section 12 is a round tube, each of the two connection sections 11 includes a transition zone 111 and a flat tube zone 112, an end, connected with the bent section 12, of the transition zone 111 is provided with a round mouth, and an end, connected with the flat tube zone 112, of the transition zone 111 is provided with a flat mouth. By adopting such a structural arrangement, a transition zone 111 is arranged, such that smooth transition is facilitated, and a strength of the entire structure is improved. In addition, production, manufacturing and molding is facilitated, and an integrated molded structure is formed conveniently.


In some embodiments, each of the two connecting sections further includes a connection flange 113, and the connection flange 113 is disposed at an end, far away from the transition zone 111, of the flat tube zone 112. By adopting such a structural arrangement facilitates connection by the connection flange.


In some embodiments, the connection flange 113 is folded towards the outer side of the connecting tube 10, and is conveniently inserted at an outer side of the flat tube 20, such that assembly and disassembly are facilitated.


As shown in FIGS. 1-4, the two connection sections 11 are disposed at an interval, and a projection of one connection section 11 on a central plane of the other connection section 11 is disposed to be staggered from the central plane of the other connection section 11. The connecting tube 10 is configured to be connected with flat tubes 20 in different rows, so as to cause flat tubes 20 in different rows to be in communication with each other.


In some embodiments, a longitudinal distance between the two connection sections 11 is set as H1, and 5 mm<H≤15 mm.


In some embodiments, a transverse distance between the two connection sections 11 is set as W, and 12 mm<W≤45 mm.


In some embodiments, a longitudinal distance between the two connection sections 11 is set as H1, and 5 mm<H≤15 mm. A transverse distance between the two connection sections 11 is set as W, and 12 mm<W≤45 mm.


In some embodiments, the longitudinal distance between the two connection sections 11 is set as H1, and 5 mm<H≤15 mm.


The transverse distance between the two connection sections 11 is set as W, 12 mm<W≤45 mm. By adopting such a structural arrangement, a heat exchange effect can be improved and a heat loss can be reduced as much as possible on the basis that structural compactness of the flat tube 20 of the heat exchanger is improved.


As shown in FIGS. 5-8, the two connection sections 11 are disposed at an interval, and a projection of one connection section 11 on a central plane of the other connection section 11 is arranged to coincide with the central plane of the other connection section 11. The connecting tube 10 is configured to connect two adjacent flat tubes 20 among a plurality of flat tubes 20 in the same row, so as to communicate the plurality of flat tubes 20 in the same row.


In some embodiments, a longitudinal distance between the two connection sections 11 is set as H2, and 5 mm<H2≤15 mm. By adopting such a structural arrangement, a heat exchange effect is improved and a heat loss is reduced as much as possible on the basis that structural compactness of the flat tube 20 of the heat exchanger is improved.


In some embodiments, a length of the bent section 12 is set as L1, and 15 mm≤L1≤35 mm; or, a length of each of the two connection sections 11 is set as L2, and 0 mm<L2≤8 mm; or, a width of the connection port is set as d, and 5 mm≤d≤30 mm; or, a height of the connection port is set as h, and 1.3 mm≤h≤4.5 mm; or, a diameter of the bent section 12 is set as φA, and 5 mm≤φA≤15.88 mm.


In some embodiments, a length of the bent section 12 is set as L1, and 15 mm≤L1≤35 mm; a length of each of the connection sections 11 is set as L2, and 0 mm<L2≤8 mm; a width of the connection port is set as d, and 5 mm≤d≤30 mm; a height of the connection port is set as h, and 1.3 mm≤h≤4.5 mm; and a diameter of the bent section 12 is set as φA, and 5 mm≤φA≤15.88 mm. By adopting such a structural arrangement, layout compactness of the entire structure is optimized, a heat exchanger effect is improved, and a heat loss is reduced conveniently.


In some embodiments, the connecting tube 10 is obtained by bending and flaring a circular tube. The connecting tube 10 is made of aluminum, composite aluminum or copper. The connecting tube 10 is applicable to a connection of the flat tubes 20, a simple implementation process and high precision of finished products are achieved, and applicability to a staggered double-row heat exchanger is achieved.


As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, in some embodiments, a heat exchanger is provided. The heat exchanger includes a plurality of flat tubes 20 and a connecting tube 10. The plurality of flat tubes 20 are disposed at intervals. A connecting tube 10 is the connecting tube 10 provided in the above embodiments, and the connecting tube 10 is disposed between two adjacent flat tubes 20, such that two adjacent flat tubes 20 are in communication with each other through the connecting tube 10.


In some embodiments, the connecting tube 10 is welded to the flat tube 20, such that design of a flow path of the heat exchanger is implemented.


From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the disclosure achieves the following technical effects: a simple implementation process and high precision of finished products are achieved.

Claims
  • 1. A connecting tube, configured to be connected with flat tubes, and comprising: two connection sections and a bent section, the two connection sections are disposed at two ends of the bent section respectively, the two connection sections are connected with the bent section to form a U-shaped tube, and an end, far away from the bent section, of each of the two connection sections is provided with a connection port; andthe connection port has a flat mouth structure.
  • 2. The connecting tube as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bent section is a round tube, each of the two connection sections comprises a transition zone and a flat tube zone, an end, connected with the bent section, of the transition zone is provided with a round mouth, and an end, connected with the flat tube zone, of the transition zone is provided with a flat mouth.
  • 3. The connecting tube as claimed in claim 2, wherein each of the two connection sections further comprises a connection flange, and the connection flange is disposed at an end, far away from the transition zone, of the flat tube zone.
  • 4. The connecting tube as claimed in claim 3, wherein the connection flange is folded towards an outer side of the connecting tube.
  • 5. The connecting tube as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two connection sections are disposed at an interval, and a projection of one connection section on a central plane of an other connection section is disposed to be staggered from the central plane of the other connection section.
  • 6. The connecting tube as claimed in claim 5, wherein a longitudinal distance between the two connection sections is set as H1, and 5 mm<H1≤15 mm; or,a transverse distance between the two connection sections is set as W, and 12 mm<W≤45 mm.
  • 7. The connecting tube as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two connection sections are disposed at an interval, and a projection of one connection section on a central plane of an other connection section is disposed to coincide with the central plane of the other connection section.
  • 8. The connecting tube as claimed in claim 7, wherein a longitudinal distance between the two connection sections is set as H2, and 5 mm<H2≤15 mm.
  • 9. The connecting tube as claimed in claim 1, wherein a length of the bent section is set as L1, and 15 mm≤L1≤35 mm; or,a length of each of the two connection sections is set as L2, and 0 mm<L2≤8 mm.
  • 10. A heat exchanger, comprising: a plurality of flat tubes, and the plurality of flat tubes are disposed at intervals; anda connecting tube, wherein the connecting tube is the connecting tube as claimed in claim 1, and the connecting tube is disposed between two adjacent flat tubes, the two adjacent flat tubes are in communication with each other through the connecting tube.
  • 11. The connecting tube as claimed in claim 1, wherein a width of the connection port is set as d, and 5 mm≤d≤30 mm; or, a height of the connection port is set as h, and 1.3 mm≤h≤4.5 mm
  • 12. The connecting tube as claimed in claim 1, wherein a diameter of the bent section is set as φA, and 5 mm≤φA≤15.88 mm
  • 13. A heat exchanger, comprising: a plurality of flat tubes, and the plurality of flat tubes are disposed at intervals; anda connecting tube, wherein the connecting tube is the connecting tube as claimed in claim 4, and the connecting tube is disposed between two adjacent flat tubes, the two adjacent flat tubes are in communication with each other through the connecting tube.
