Abstract
A device for connecting two portions of a cremone-bolt mechanism related to parts having a different diameter of the leaf of a tilting window of the porthole type, comprising: a flat guide applied astride the two parts with a different diameter of the frame of the leaf, a longitudinal lamina slidable within the flat guide astride the two parts, a connection for the longitudinal lamina to the two mechanism portions of the two parts of the leaf. The flat guide is formed by at least three separate portions, of which a first portion to be fixed to a first one of the two parts, a second portion to be fixed to the second of the two parts, and a third inclined portion for connecting together the first and second portions.
Description

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

Further characteristics and advantages of the invention will become better apparent from the following detailed description of a preferred but not exclusive embodiment thereof, illustrated by way of non-limiting example in the accompanying drawings, wherein:

FIG. 1 is a schematic front view of the leaf of a tilting window of the porthole type, with a device according to the invention applied thereto;

FIG. 2 is a sectional front view of the portion of the tilting window of the porthole type to which a device according to the invention is applied;

FIG. 3 is a sectional side view of a portion of a cremone-bolt mechanism associated with a portion of the device according to the invention.

Claims
  • 1. A connection device for connecting two portions of a cremone-bolt mechanism related to parts having a different diameter of a leaf of a tilting window of a porthole type, the device comprising: a flat guide for application astride said parts having a different diameter of a frame of said leaf,a longitudinal lamina, which is slidable within said flat guide and also running substantially astride said parts having a different diameter of the frame of the leaf,connection means for connecting said longitudinal lamina to said two mechanism portions of said parts having a different diameter of the frame of the leaf, and whereinsaid flat guide is formed by at least three separate portions, respectively a first portion to be fixed to a first one of said parts having a different diameter of the frame of the leaf, a second portion to be fixed to a second one of said parts having a different diameter of the frame of the leaf, and a third inclined portion for connecting to each other said first and second portions.
  • 2. The device of claim 1, wherein said connection means comprise two elements which are fixed at said longitudinal lamina and connect the lamina respectively to said two mechanism portions.
  • 3. The device of claim 2, wherein each element of said elements has two mutually opposite toothed sides with respective teeth, and a respective longitudinal body of a corresponding mechanism portion located between said opposite toothed sides, said body having edges thereof shaped complementarily with respect to the teeth of said mutually opposite sides of the element.
  • 4. The device of claim 1, comprising a block for locking ends of first and second elongated bases, which are fixed components of the two mechanism portions, which end at a diameter variation region of the leaf.
  • 5. The device of claim 4, wherein said block is fixed on said second portion and has a first containment abutment for an end of the first elongated base and a second containment abutment for an end of the second elongated base.
  • 6. The device of claim 5, wherein both the first containment abutment and the second containment abutment have an L-shaped profile and are rigidly coupled to a side of said block which is substantially perpendicular to said second portion of said flat guide that has longitudinal extension, said first containment abutment being arranged at an outer end of said block, and said second containment abutment being arranged at an inner end of said block.
  • 7. The device of claim 6, wherein said L-shaped profile of said containment abutments has a side that is shaped complementarily with respect to a dovetail guide which is formed on said side of said block, said containment abutments being fitted on said dovetail guide, said first containment abutment being locked on said block by way of a screw, said second containment abutment being locked between a stroke limit of said dovetail guide and said first containment abutment.
  • 8. The device of claim 6, wherein said flat, longitudinal guide has respective bushes which are provided in said first and second portions thereof and is fixed to the frame of the leaf by way of screws which are arranged so as to pass through said respective bushes.
  • 9. A cremone-bolt mechanism for tilting windows of a porthole type, comprising: two cremone-bolt mechanism portions that are related to parts having a different diameter of a leaf of a window, and a device as set forth in claim 1.
