Abstract
The invention relates to a connection device for connecting a line for the transport of media, comprising a flange with a medium passage for passing through a medium along a flow direction, preferably along an axis of symmetry, and comprising a clamping means, the flange comprising a contact section and the clamping means comprising a clamping section, and the flange and the clamping means being separably connectable, so that an end section of the line can be clamped between the contact section and the clamping section, wherein the contact section is inclined with respect to the flow direction at least in sections, and the clamping section is inclined with respect to the flow direction at least in sections in the assembled state.

Claims
  • 1. Connection device for connecting a line for the transport of media, comprising a flange with a medium passage for passing through a medium along a flow direction, preferably along an axis of symmetry, and comprising a clamping means, the flange comprising a contact section and the clamping means comprising a clamping section, and the flange and the clamping means being separably connectable, so that an end section of the line can be clamped between the contact section and the clamping section, characterized in that wherein the contact section is, at least in sections, inclined with respect to the flow direction, and the clamping section is, in the assembled state, at least in sections inclined with respect to the flow direction.
  • 2. Connection device according to claim 1, wherein the contact section and/or the clamping section have at least in sections an essentially conical design.
  • 3. Connection device according to claim 1, wherein the contact section and/or the clamping section have an annular design.
  • 4. Connection device according to at least claim 1, wherein the internal diameter of the medium passage at least in sections essentially corresponds to the internal diameter of the line.
  • 5. Connection device according to at least claim 1, wherein at least the section of the medium passage facing the line has an internal diameter essentially corresponding to the internal diameter of the line.
  • 6. Connection device at least according to claim 1, wherein the contact section follows the medium passage in the direction radially facing outwards.
  • 7. Connection device at least according to claim 1, wherein the contact section is arranged outside.
  • 8. Connection device at least according to claim 1, wherein the surfaces forming the outer contour of the contact section form a cone and include an angle a of between 30° and 90°.
  • 9. Connection device at least according to claim 1, wherein the surfaces forming the outer contour of the contact section form a cone and include an angle a of 60°.
  • 10. Connection device at least according to claim 1, wherein the contact section comprises at least one projection.
  • 11. Connection device at least according to claim 1, wherein the at least one projection surrounds the contact section.
  • 12. Connection device according to at least claim 1, wherein an annular female section for at least partially receiving the end section of the line follows the contact section in the direction radially facing outwards.
  • 13. Connection device at least according to claim 1, wherein the female section comprises a groove.
  • 14. Connection device according to at least claim 1, wherein the width of the groove of the female section essentially corresponds to the wall thickness of the line.
  • 15. Connection device according to at least claim 1, wherein a fixing section follows the female section of the flange in the direction radially facing outwards.
  • 16. Connection device according to at least claim 1, wherein the thickness of the fixing section corresponds to between one third and one sixth of the maximum height of the flange in the area of the contact section.
  • 17. Connection device according to at least claim 1, wherein the fixing section comprises at least one through bore for fixing the flange at another part.
  • 18. Connection device according to at least claim 1, wherein the fixing section comprises at least one fixing means for fixing the clamping means at the flange.
  • 19. Connection device according to at least claim 1, wherein the fixing means comprises a thread.
  • 20. Connection device according to at least claim 1, wherein the clamping means comprises a clamping ring with two opposite, essentially parallel surfaces, the distance of which essentially corresponds to the maximum height of the flange in the area of the contact section.
  • 21. Connection device at least according to claim 1, wherein the clamping ring comprises at least the clamping section at its interior surface.
  • 22. Connection device according to claim 1, wherein the clamping section extends at least to one of the surfaces of the clamping ring.
  • 23. Connection device according to claim 1, wherein the surfaces forming the inner contour of the clamping section and forming the outer contour of the contact section in the assembled state are arranged essentially in parallel one to another, the end section of the line being clamped between them.
  • 24. Connection device at least according to claim 1, wherein the clamping section comprises at least one projection.
  • 25. Connection device at least according to claim 1, wherein the at least one projection surrounds the clamping section.
  • 26. Connection device according to at least claim 1, wherein the clamping ring comprises at least one transition section following the clamping section in the axial direction.
  • 27. Connection device according to claim 1, wherein the clamping ring comprises a minimum inner radius in the area of the transition section essentially corresponding to the outer radius of the line.
  • 28. Connection device at least according to claim 1, wherein the transition section comprises a radius in the cross-section.
  • 29. Connection device according to claim 1, wherein the transition section extends to one of the two surfaces of the clamping ring.
  • 30. Connection device according to claim 1, wherein the transition section has a smaller extension in the axial direction than the clamping section.
  • 31. Connection device according to claim 1, wherein the clamping means comprises at least one through bore.
  • 32. Connection device according to claim 1, wherein the clamping means comprises at least one fixing area for fixing the clamping means with the flange.
  • 33. Connection device according to claim 1, wherein the end section of the line has an essentially conical shape.
  • 34. Connection device according to claim 1, wherein the surfaces forming the outer contour of the end section of the line form a cone and include an angle corresponding to the angle β included by the surfaces forming the inner contour of the clamping section and forming a cone, and the surfaces forming the inner contour of the end section of the line include an angle corresponding to the angle a included by the surfaces forming the outer contour of the contact section and forming a cone.
  • 35. Connection device according to claim 1, wherein the end section of the line can be clamped between the contact section and the clamping section so as to be impermeable to media.
  • 36. Connection device according to claim 1, wherein the end section of the line is at least in sections non-positively held between the contact section and the clamping section.
  • 37. Connection device according to claim 1, wherein the end section of the line is at least in sections positively held between the contact section and the clamping section.
  • 38. Connection device according to claim 1, wherein the line is flexible.
  • 39. Connection device according to claim 1, wherein the line consists of a polymer material, preferably of an elastomer.
  • 40. Connection device according to claim 1, wherein the flange and the clamping means are rigid.
  • 41. Connection device according to claim 1, wherein the flange and the clamping means consist of a metallic material, preferably of aluminium.
  • 42. Line for the transport of media with the connection device according to claim 1.
