Abstract
A connection structure for tracks of baskets of a shelf, the shelf contains: at least two support posts, multiple recesses, and multiple brackets. A respective one bracket includes two hooks and two engagement tabs. The respective one bracket is configured to support a respective one of multiple holding plates for accommodating objects. The multiple baskets are connected on the shelf by using the connection structure which contains two U-shaped notches and two rectangular notches so that a respective one track of the multiple tracks is engaged with the two U-shaped notches and the two rectangular notches. The respective one track includes an inverted U-shaped post, two locating members, two retainers, two first locking protrusions, and two second locking protrusions, such that the respective one track is engaged with the respective one bracket, and a rib of a respective one basket is fitted and moved in the respective one track.
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a fixing structure for a connection structure for tracks of baskets of a shelf which is capable of connecting multiple baskets on the shelf by using multiple tracks and multiple brackets.


BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A conventional shelf is applied to display commodity or accommodate objects. The conventional shelf contains multiple support posts for connecting with multiple brackets, and multiple holding plates are mounted on the multiple brackets, thus connecting the shelf. Furthermore, a distance between the multiple brackets and the support posts are adjustable based on using requirements.


In the combination of the support posts and the brackets of the shelf, the support posts are provided with a plurality of pairs of slots arranged at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction, and in the brackets A pair of inserts are arranged on the upper edge of the insert end, and an insert groove is formed on the lower edge of the interface between the insert piece and the bracket, and a slightly lower position of the insert piece at the insert group end of the bracket is further protruded. For the inlaid cards, the distance between the pair of slots and the inlaid cards should be consistent with the distance between the slots of the support post. Therefore, using the insert at the insert end of the bracket to insert into the slot of the support post, and then inserting the bracket into the slot of the support post. Bending down slightly to insert the insert card at the lower end into the lower slot, and at the same time, make the insert slot at the lower edge of the insert clip fit into the lower edge of the slot, so as to complete the insertion of the bracket and the support post. The shelf bracket can be used to span the shelf of another shelf, and when you want to adjust the distance between the shelf shelves, you only need to pull the shelf away from the support post, and then select the appropriate slot as needed to re-install the shelf. The function of adjusting the spacing of the partitions can be achieved by inserting and combining them.


In view of the conventional combined shelf disclosed above, it uses the interposition of the support post and the bracket to give the shelf a straddle design. Although its structural assembly and use are still simple and convenient, but because the shelf is placed on the object, it can only be placed on a plane, and cannot limit the position of the item, which often causes the problem of the item falling from the shelf. On the other hand, the basket, which has better performance in item storage, cannot be integrated due to the structural design of the existing shelf, which affects the practical function of the shelf. In order to solve such problems, the basket is connected with the shelf, but the basket is troublesome to assemble, and it is not in stability and is even inflexible.


The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary object of the present invention is to provide a connection structure for tracks of baskets of a shelf is capable of overcoming the shortcomings of the conventional connection structure.


To obtain above-mentioned aspect, a connection structure for tracks of baskets of a shelf contains: two U-shaped notches defined on the respective one bracket away from the two hooks, two rectangular notches formed below the two U-shaped notches, such that a respective one track of the multiple tracks is engaged with the two U-shaped notches and the two rectangular notches. The respective one track includes an inverted U-shaped post, two locating members, two retainers extending from two predetermined positions of an outer wall of a respective one locating member, two first locking protrusions extending from the two retainers and configured to engage with the two U-shaped notches, and two second locking protrusions extending from the two first locking protrusions and configured to engage with the two rectangular notches, such that the respective one track is engaged with the respective one bracket of the respective one support post, and a rib of a top of a respective one basket is fitted and moved in the respective one track.


Thereby, the respective one track is fixed on the shelf by using two retainers of two locating members and multiple brackets to connect the multiple baskets and the shelf adjustably.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

With reference to FIGS. 1-7, a connection structure for tracks of baskets of a shelf according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the shelf comprises: at least two support posts 10, multiple recesses 11 equidistantly defined on a side of a respective one support post 10 of the at least two support posts 10, and multiple brackets 20 selectively inserted into any two horizontally adjacent recesses 11 of the multiple recesses 11, wherein a respective one bracket 20 includes two hooks 21 extending from an end thereof and two engagement tabs 22 extending from the end of the respective one bracket 20 below the two hooks 21, such that the respective one bracket 20 is inserted into the respective one support post 10 securely and easily, and the respective one bracket 20 is configured to support a respective one holding plate 30 of multiple holding plates 30 for accommodating objects, wherein the multiple baskets 40 are connected on the shelf by using the connection structure.


The connection structure comprises:


two U-shaped notches 23 defined on the respective one bracket 20 away from the two hooks 21, two rectangular notches 24 formed below the two U-shaped notches 23, such that a respective one track 50 of the multiple tracks 50 is engaged with the two U-shaped notches 23 and the two rectangular notches 24, wherein the respective one track 50 includes an inverted U-shaped post 51, two locating members 52, two retainers 53 extending from two predetermined positions of an outer wall of a respective one locating member 52, two first locking protrusions 54 extending from the two retainers 53 and configured to engage with the two U-shaped notches 23, and two second locking protrusions 55 extending from the two first locking protrusions 54 and configured to engage with the two rectangular notches 24, such that the respective one track 50 is engaged with the respective one bracket 20 of the respective one support post 10, wherein a rib 41 of a top of a respective one basket 40 is fitted and moved in the respective one track 50, and the respective one basket 40 includes two orifices 42 defined on two sides thereof, two abutting sheets 43 extending below the two orifices 42 and configured to contact with the inverted U-shaped post 51 of the respective one track 50, such that the respective one basket 40 is pulled and pushed smoothly in the respectively one track 50 to reduce noises and friction. Furthermore, two plugs 44 are received in two ends of the inverted U-shaped post 51 and configured to limit the two abutting sheets 43, thus fixing the respective one basket 40 in the respective one track 50 safely.


Thereby, the two U-shaped notches 23 are defined on the respective one bracket 20, and the two rectangular notches 24 are formed below the two U-shaped notches 23, wherein the respective one track 50 includes the two locating members 52, the two retainers 53 extending from the outer wall of the respective one locating member 52, the two first locking protrusions 54 extending from the two retainers 53 and configured to engage with the two U-shaped notches 23 of the respective one bracket 20, and the two second locking protrusions 55 extending from the two first locking protrusions 54 and configured to engage with the two rectangular notches 24 of the respective one bracket 20, such that the respective one track 50 is connected among the two support posts 10 and the respective one bracket 20 so that the respective one basket 40 is fixed on the shelf.


Referring to FIG. 6, the multiple baskets 40 are fixed on the shelf. Alternatively, the two baskets 40 and two holding plates 30 are fixed on the shelf, as shown in FIG. 7.


While the preferred embodiments of the invention have been set forth for the purpose of disclosure, modifications of the disclosed embodiments of the invention as well as other embodiments thereof may occur to those skilled in the art. Accordingly, the appended claims are intended to cover all embodiments which do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims
  • 1. A connection structure for tracks of baskets of a shelf, the shelf comprising: at least two support posts, multiple recesses equidistantly defined on a side of a respective one support post of the at least two support posts, and multiple brackets selectively inserted into any two horizontally adjacent recesses of the multiple recesses, wherein a respective one bracket includes two hooks extending from an end thereof and two engagement tabs extending from the end of the respective one bracket below the two hooks, such that the respective one bracket is inserted into the respective one support post securely and easily, and the respective one bracket is configured to support a respective one holding plate of multiple holding plates for accommodating objects, wherein the multiple baskets are connected on the shelf by using the connection structure; the connection structure comprises:two U-shaped notches defined on the respective one bracket away from the two hooks, two rectangular notches formed below the two U-shaped notches, such that a respective one track of the multiple tracks is engaged with the two U-shaped notches and the two rectangular notches, wherein the respective one track includes an inverted U-shaped post, two locating members, two retainers extending from two predetermined positions of an outer wall of a respective one locating member, two first locking protrusions extending from the two retainers and configured to engage with the two U-shaped notches, and two second locking protrusions extending from the two first locking protrusions and configured to engage with the two rectangular notches, such that the respective one track is engaged with the respective one bracket of the respective one support post, wherein a rib of a top of a respective one basket is fitted and moved in the respective one track.
  • 2. The connection structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein and the respective one basket includes two orifices defined on two sides thereof, two abutting sheets extending below the two orifices and configured to contact with the inverted U-shaped post of the respective one track, such that the respective one basket is pulled and pushed smoothly in the respectively one track to reduce noises and friction; and two plugs are received in two ends of the inverted U-shaped post and configured to limit the two abutting sheets, thus fixing the respective one basket in the respective one track safely.
