Abstract
A connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod includes a cigarette rod body, a cigarette cartridge body and a decompression assembly. A first surface of the cigarette rod body is provided with a sealing ring, and the first surface of the cigarette rod body and the sealing ring are enclosed to form a groove. The cigarette cartridge body is configured to press against the sealing ring, a second surface of the cigarette cartridge body is sealed at an opening of the groove, and the second surface and the groove form a sealing cavity. The decompression assembly is configured to reduce an air pressure in the sealing cavity.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of electronic cigarettes, and in particular to, a connection structure of a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod, an electronic cigarette, and a connection method of a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod.


BACKGROUND

Traditional cigarettes are consumer goods that can cause addiction and harm health, generating various harmful substances during combustion. When smoked, traditional cigarettes produce an open flame, which can easily lead to fires. Therefore, electronic cigarettes were invented. One large category of electronic cigarettes is heating-not-combustible electronic cigarettes. They employ a built-in heating mechanism to bake traditional cigarettes at a low temperature, producing smoke for consumption. This reduces the harmful substances released during high-temperature combustion and prevents the generation of an open flame. Another category of electronic cigarettes is atomized electronic cigarettes, which use heating or ultrasonic vibration to atomize the oil in the cartridge for inhalation. The oil does not contain harmful substances produced by the high-temperature combustion of traditional cigarettes, and there is no open flame.


Typically, many methods connect atomizable and detachable cartridges and rods. In addition to the commonly used method of attaching a magnet fixed on the rod to a magnet fixed on the cartridge, or attaching a magnet fixed on the rod to a material such as tinplate fixed on the cartridge, plastic, a metal snap-in structure, or a threaded structure may also be used to connect the rod and the cartridge.


The connection methods described above have several drawbacks: firstly, magnets contain rare earth materials, which lack cost advantages. Moreover, whether the magnets are fixed on the rod or the cartridge, they require glue dispensing and pressure maintenance, processes that are time-consuming and can easily lead to the magnets falling off. Also, when mounting the magnets, one must consider the issue of magnetic pole reversal. Using plastic or a metal snap-in to connect the cartridge results in a relatively complex structure, which increases part and assembly costs. The threaded structure used for connecting the rod and the cartridge lacks speed and the threads are easily damaged.


Therefore, there is an urgent need to research a connection structure between a cartridge and a rod, an electronic cigarette, and a connection method between a cartridge and a rod, aiming to solve problems of high connection costs and low disassembly and assembly efficiency between a cartridge body and a rod body.


SUMMARY

The present disclosure provides a connection structure of a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod, an electronic cigarette, and a connection method of a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod, so as to solve the problems of high connection cost and low detachment and assembly efficiency between a cigarette cartridge body and a cigarette rod body.


The present disclosure adopts the following technical schemes.


In a first aspect, the present disclosure provides a connection structure of a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod. The connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod includes a cigarette rod body, a cigarette cartridge body and a decompression assembly. The cigarette rod body is provided with a sealing ring, and a first surface of the cigarette rod body and the sealing ring are enclosed into a groove. The cigarette cartridge body is configured to press against the sealing ring, a second surface of the cigarette cartridge body is sealed at an opening of the groove, and the second surface and the groove form a sealing cavity. The decompression assembly is configured to reduce an air pressure in the sealing cavity.


In an optional technical scheme of the connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod, the decompression assembly includes a trigger assembly arranged on the first surface, the cigarette cartridge body is provided with an avoidance groove and an air outlet hole communicating with the avoidance groove, the connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod includes an elastic member, the elastic member is arranged on the second surface and is sealed at an opening of the avoidance groove, in a state that the cigarette cartridge body abuts against the cigarette rod body, the second surface, the elastic member and the groove are enclosed into the sealing cavity, the trigger assembly triggers the elastic member, so that the elastic member is recessed into the avoidance groove, and the air pressure in the sealing cavity is reduced.


In an optional technical scheme of the connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod, the trigger assembly includes an ejection portion convexly arranged on the first surface, the elastic member is a sheet-like structure, the elastic member has a first state and a second state, the elastic member protrudes from the avoidance groove when the elastic member is in the first state, the elastic member is recessed inside of the avoidance groove when the elastic member is in the second state, and in a state that the cigarette cartridge body abuts against the cigarette rod body, the elastic member is triggered by the ejection portion and moved from the first state to the second state.


In an optional technical scheme of the connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod, the elastic member includes an elastic portion and a fixing portion, the fixing portion surrounds an outer side of the elastic portion, the elastic portion is movable between the first state and the second state, and the fixing portion is configured to be connected to the cigarette cartridge body.


In an optional technical scheme of the connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod, the cigarette cartridge body includes an inserting portion, the cigarette rod body includes an inserting groove, the first surface is arranged at a groove bottom of the inserting groove, the second surface is arranged at an end of the inserting portion, and the inserting portion is configured to be inserted into the inserting groove.


In an optional technical scheme of the connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod, the connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod includes a first positive connection terminal, a first negative connection terminal, a second positive connection terminal and a second negative connection terminal, the first positive connection terminal and the first negative connection terminal are arranged on the cigarette rod body, the second positive connection terminal and the second negative connection terminal are arranged on the cigarette cartridge body, when the cigarette cartridge body is docked with the cigarette rod body, the first positive connection terminal abuts against the second positive connection terminal, and the first negative connection terminal abuts against the second negative connection terminal.


In an optional technical scheme of the connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod, the connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod includes a first sealing member, the cigarette rod body is provided with a first mounting hole, the first positive connection terminal is configured to pass through the first mounting hole, and the first sealing member is arranged between the first positive connection terminal and the first mounting hole; and the connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod includes a second sealing member, the cigarette rod body is provided with a second mounting hole, the first negative connection terminal is configured to pass through the second mounting hole, and the second sealing member is arranged between the first negative connection terminal and the second mounting hole.


In an optional technical scheme of the connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod, the first sealing member is a cylindrical structure and includes a first sealing cylinder, the first positive connection terminal is configured to pass through the first sealing cylinder, and a first spring is arranged between the first sealing member and the first positive connection terminal for enabling the first positive connection terminal to approach the second positive connection terminal; and the second sealing member is a cylindrical structure and includes a second sealing cylinder, the first negative connection terminal is configured to pass through the second sealing cylinder, and a second spring is arranged between the second sealing member and the first negative connection terminal for enabling the first negative connection terminal to approach the second negative connection terminal.


In a second aspect, the present disclosure provides an electronic cigarette, the electronic cigarette includes the connection structure of a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod described in any one of the above-described schemes.


In a third aspect, the present disclosure provides a method for assembling and detaching a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod, the method is applied to the connection structure of a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod described in any one of the schemes. That the cigarette cartridge body is mounted on the cigarette rod body includes that: the cigarette cartridge body is made to approach the cigarette rod body until the second surface abuts against the opening of the groove, and the second surface and the groove are enclosed into the sealing cavity; and the decompression assembly lowers the air pressure in the sealing cavity to make the cigarette cartridge body and the cigarette rod body tightly held by an adsorption force generated by an internal and external air pressure difference of the sealing cavity; and that the cigarette cartridge body is detached from the cigarette rod body includes that: the cigarette rod body is fixed firstly, then the cigarette cartridge body is pulled in a direction facing away from the cigarette rod body, when a pulling force is greater than the adsorption force generated by the internal and external air pressure difference of the sealing cavity, the cigarette cartridge body is made to be separated from the cigarette rod body.


Beneficial effects of the present disclosure are as follows.


The present disclosure provides a connection structure of a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod, an electronic cigarette, and a method for connecting a cigarette cartridge with a cigarette rod. In the connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod, the cigarette rod body is provided with the sealing ring, so that the first surface of the cigarette rod body and the sealing ring are enclosed to form the groove. The cigarette cartridge body is configured to press against the sealing ring, the second surface of the cigarette cartridge body is sealed at the opening of the groove, and the second surface and the groove form the sealing cavity. The decompression assembly is configured to reduce the air pressure in the sealing cavity. By means of the above-described arrangement, the external air pressure is made greater than the air pressure inside the sealing cavity, under the action of the external air pressure, the cigarette rod body and the cigarette cartridge body are firmly connected, no additional magnetic suction structure is required, and thus the cost is low. When the detachment is performed, the cigarette rod body and the cigarette cartridge body are directly pulled by force, and when the pulling force between the cigarette rod body and the cigarette cartridge body is greater than the adsorption force generated by the internal and external air pressure difference of the sealing cavity, the cigarette rod body is separated from the cigarette cartridge body, whereby the detachment and assembly efficiency is effectively improved.

Embodiment One

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, this embodiment provides a connection structure of a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod, the connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod includes a cigarette rod body 1, a cigarette cartridge body 2, and a decompression assembly. A first surface 12 of the cigarette rod body 1 is provided with a sealing ring 11, and the first surface 12 of the cigarette rod body 1 and the sealing ring 11 are enclosed into a groove. The cigarette cartridge body 2 is configured to press against the sealing ring 11, a second surface 21 of the cigarette cartridge body 2 is sealed at an opening of the groove, and the second surface 21 and the groove form a sealing cavity. The decompression assembly is configured to reduce an air pressure in the sealing cavity.


By means of the above-described arrangement, an external air pressure is made greater than an air pressure inside the sealing cavity, under the action of the external air pressure, so that the cigarette rod body 1 and the cigarette cartridge body 2 are firmly connected, whereby no additional magnetic suction structure is required, and thus the cost is low. When the detachment is performed, the cigarette rod body 1 and the cigarette cartridge body 2 are directly pulled by force, so that when a pulling force between the cigarette rod body 1 and the cigarette cartridge body 2 is greater than the adsorption force generated by an internal and external air pressure difference of the sealing cavity, the cigarette rod body 1 is separated from the cigarette cartridge body 2, effectively enhancing the assembly and disassembly efficiency of the cigarette cartridge body 2.


In this embodiment, the decompression assembly includes a trigger assembly arranged on the first surface 12, and the cigarette cartridge body 2 is provided with an avoidance groove 22 and an air outlet hole 23 communicating with the avoidance groove 22. The connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod includes an elastic member 3, the elastic member 3 is arranged on the second surface 21 of the cigarette cartridge body 2 and is sealed at an opening of the avoidance groove 22. In a state that the cigarette cartridge body 2 abuts against the cigarette rod body 1, the second surface 21, the elastic member 3 and the groove are enclosed into the sealing cavity, the trigger assembly triggers the elastic member 3, so that the elastic member 3 is recessed into the avoidance groove 22, and the air pressure in the sealing cavity is reduced. By the arrangement of the above-described structure, the elastic member 3 may be triggered during a pressing process, whereby the connection speed between the cigarette rod body 1 and the cigarette cartridge body 2 is greatly improved. When the elastic member 3 is recessed into the avoidance groove 22, the air outlet hole 23 may discharge the gas.


In other embodiments, the gas in the sealing cavity may be discharged by squeezing or extracting to achieve the decompression effect. In order to improve the convenience of operation, in this embodiment, a manner that the elastic member 3 is recessed is preferred.


Regarding the structure of the trigger assembly and the elastic member 3, the trigger assembly specifically includes an ejection portion 13 convexly arranged on the first surface 12 of the cigarette rod body 1. The elastic member 3 has a sheet-like structure, with a first state and a second state. In the first state, the elastic member 3 is hemispherical and protrudes from the avoidance groove 22. In the second state, the elastic member 3 remains hemispherical but is recessed inside the avoidance groove 22. When the cigarette cartridge body 2 abuts against the cigarette rod body 1, the ejection portion 13 triggers the elastic member 3, shifting the elastic member 3 from the first state to the second state. Furthermore, there is a certain gap between the elastic member 3 in the second state and the ejection portion 13. The elastic member 3 can be made of rubber or steel. The above arrangement ensures the elastic member 3 can only be in the first or second state. Therefore, when the elastic member 3 in the first state is pushed by the ejection portion 13, the elastic member 3 directly jumps to the second state. At this point, the volume of the gas in the sealing cavity remains constant, but the sealing cavity's volume increases, resulting in a decrease in internal pressure of the sealing cavity.


It should be noted that after the elastic member 3 in the first state is pushed to a certain degree by the ejection portion 13, the elastic member 3 automatically springs to the second state.


In other embodiments, the trigger assembly includes a piston, the piston is slidably arranged in the avoidance groove 22. When the piston is far away from the elastic member 3, the elastic member 3 moves closer to the piston and moves to the second state, thereby reducing the air pressure of the sealing cavity.


In this embodiment, the elastic member 3 includes an elastic portion 31 and a fixing portion 32. The fixing portion 32 surrounds an outer side of the elastic portion 31, the elastic portion 31 is movable between the first state and the second state, and the fixing portion 32 is configured to be connected to the cigarette cartridge body 2. In this embodiment, the fixing portion 32 has an annular structure and is adhered to the cigarette cartridge body 2, and surrounds the outer periphery of the avoidance groove 22. The elastic portion 31 and the fixing portion 32 are integrally formed to improve the durability of the elastic member 3.


In order to improve the firmness of the connection between the cigarette cartridge body 2 and the cigarette rod body 1, in this embodiment, the cigarette cartridge body 2 includes an inserting portion 24, the cigarette rod body 1 includes an inserting groove 14, the first surface 12 is arranged at a groove bottom of the inserting groove 14, the second surface 21 is arranged at an end of the inserting portion 24, and the inserting portion 24 may be inserted into the inserting groove 14. By means of the above-described arrangement, before the air pressure of the sealing cavity is reduced, the cigarette cartridge body 2 and the cigarette rod body 1 may only move relative to each other along an axis L1 of the cigarette rod body 1, after the air pressure of the sealing cavity is reduced, the cigarette cartridge body 2 and the cigarette rod body 1 cannot move relative to each other along the axis L1 of the cigarette rod body 1. In this embodiment, a cross-sectional shape of the inserting portion 24 is non-circular, and a shape of the inserting groove 14 is adapted to the inserting portion 24, so that each degree of freedom between the cigarette cartridge body 2 and the cigarette rod body 1 is limited. The inserting groove 14 is enclosed by a housing 15 on the outer side of the cigarette rod body 1 and the first surface 12 of the cigarette rod body 1.


In order to achieve the electrical connection between the cigarette rod body 1 and the cigarette cartridge body 2, in this embodiment, the connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod includes a first positive connection terminal 41, a first negative connection terminal 42, a second positive connection terminal 43, and a second negative connection terminal 44. The first positive connection terminal 41 and the first negative connection terminal 42 are arranged on the cigarette rod body 1. The second positive connection terminal 43 and the second negative connection terminal 44 are arranged on the cigarette cartridge body 2. When the cigarette cartridge body 2 is docked with the cigarette cartridge body 1, the first positive connection terminal 41 abuts against the second positive connection terminal 43, and the first negative connection terminal 42 abuts against the second negative connection terminal 44.


In this embodiment, the connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod includes a first sealing member 45, the cigarette rod body 1 is provided with a first mounting hole, the first positive connection terminal 41 is configured to pass through the first mounting hole, and the first sealing member 45 is arranged between the first positive connection terminal 41 and the first mounting hole. The connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod includes a second sealing member 46, the cigarette rod body 1 is provided with a second mounting hole, the first negative connection terminal 42 is configured to pass through the second mounting hole, and the second sealing member 46 is arranged between the first negative connection terminal 42 and the second mounting hole. By means of the above-described arrangement, the convenience of the mounting of the connection terminal is improved, and the sealing of the sealing cavity can be ensured.


The first sealing member 45 includes a sealing ring, and the first sealing member 45 is sleeved on the first positive connection terminal 41 and is located inside the first mounting hole. The second sealing member 46 includes a sealing ring, and the second sealing member 46 is sleeved on the first negative connection terminal 42 and is located inside the second mounting hole.


In order to improve the stability of the connection between the first positive connection terminal 41 and the second positive connection terminal 43, as well as between the first negative connection terminal 42 and the second negative connection terminal 44, in this embodiment, the first sealing member 45 is a cylindrical structure and includes a first sealing cylinder, the first positive connection terminal 41 is configured to pass through the first sealing cylinder, and a first spring 47 is arranged between the first sealing member 45 and the first positive connection terminal 41 for enabling the first positive connection terminal 41 to approach the second positive connection terminal 43. The second sealing member 46 is a cylindrical structure and includes a second sealing cylinder, the first negative connection terminal 42 is configured to pass through the second sealing cylinder, and a second spring 48 is arranged between the second sealing member 46 and the first negative connection terminal 42 for enabling the first negative connection terminal 42 to approach the second negative connection terminal 44.


An outer wall of the first positive connection terminal 41 abuts against an inner arm of the first sealing cylinder to achieve the sealing between the first positive connection terminal 41 and the first sealing cylinder. However, under the action of the first spring 47, after a frictional force between the outer wall of the first positive connection terminal 41 and the inner arm of the first sealing cylinder is overcome, the first positive connection terminal 41 moves toward the second positive connection terminal 43, so as to ensure the stability of the connection between the first positive connection terminal 41 and the second positive connection terminal 43. In this embodiment, the first sealing member 45 may not only function as a sealing between the first positive connection terminal 41 and the cigarette rod body 1, but also guide the first positive connection terminal 41 to move along its own axis L2. With respect to a manner of guiding the movement of the first positive connection terminal 41 along its own axis L2, in this embodiment, specifically, the first sealing cylinder is a stepped cylinder, the first positive connection terminal 41 includes a first positive end head 411 and a first positive connecting rod 412. The first positive end head 411 has an outer diameter dimension larger than an outer diameter dimension of the first positive connecting rod 412, the first positive end head 411 is arranged at an end of the first positive connecting rod 412, the first positive connecting rod 412 is configured to pass through the first sealing cylinder, the first positive end head 411 is located in the sealing cavity, the first spring 47 is located in the first sealing cylinder, an end of the first spring 47 abuts against a step 451 of the first sealing cylinder, and another end of the first spring 47 abuts against an end of the first positive end head 411 close to the first positive connecting rod 412. By means of the above-described structure and the arrangement of parts, the driving and guiding actions of the first positive connection terminal 41 can be simultaneously achieved.


Similarly, an outer wall of the first negative connection terminal 42 abuts against an inner arm of the second sealing cylinder, so that the sealing between the first negative connection terminal 42 and the second sealing cylinder is achieved. However, under the action of the second spring 48, once a frictional force between the outer wall of the first negative connection terminal 42 and the inner arm of the second sealing cylinder is overcome, the first negative connection terminal 42 moves toward the second negative connection terminal 44. This ensures the stability of the connection between the first negative connection terminal 42 and the second negative connection terminal 44. In this embodiment, the second sealing member 46 may not only function as a sealing between the first negative connection terminal 42 and the cigarette rod body 1, but also guide the first negative connection terminal 42 to move along its own axis L3. With regard to a manner of guiding the movement of the first negative connection terminal 42 along its own axis L3, in this embodiment, specifically, the second sealing cylinder is a stepped cylinder, the first negative connection terminal 42 includes a first negative end head and a first negative connecting rod. The first negative end head has an outer diameter dimension larger than an outer diameter dimension of the first negative connecting rod, the first negative end head is arranged at an end of the first negative connecting rod, the first negative connecting rod is configured to pass through the second sealing cylinder, the first negative end head is located in the sealing cavity, the second spring 48 is located in the second sealing cylinder, and an end of the second spring 48 abuts against a step of the second sealing cylinder, and another end of the second spring 48 abuts against an end of the first negative end head close to the first negative connecting rod. By means of the arrangement of the above-described structure and parts, the driving and guiding action of the first negative connection terminal 42 can be simultaneously achieved.


It should be noted that L1, L2, and L3 are parallel to each other.


As the air pressure in the sealing cavity decreases, the following measures are taken in this embodiment to avoid the first sealing member 45 and the second sealing member 46 from being close to the inside of the sealing cavity during the sealing process under the action of atmospheric pressure, thereby leading to reduce the volume of the sealing cavity and thus increase the air pressure. In this embodiment, the cigarette rod body 1 is provided with a first annular groove on the side wall of the first mounting hole, and a first engagement portion 452 on the outside of the first sealing member 45 is located in the first annular groove. The cigarette rod body 1 is provided with a second annular groove on the side wall of the second mounting hole, and the second engagement portion on the outside of the second sealing member 46 is located in the second annular groove. By means of the above-described arrangement, the first sealing member 45 and the second sealing member 46 can be limited, so that the first sealing member 45 and the second sealing member 46 are prevented from being close to the inside of the sealing cavity, thereby ensuring the stability of the air pressure of the sealing cavity.


In other embodiments, the first positive connection terminal 41 and the first negative connection terminal 42 may also be plastically sealed in the cigarette rod body 1 to achieve the sealing of the sealing cavity.


In this embodiment, the elastic member 3 is located between the second positive connection terminal 43 and the second negative connection terminal 44. By means of the arrangement of the above-described position, an area of the elastic member 3 may be enlarged as much as possible, so as to improve the influence on the air pressure of the sealing cavity.


Since a cross-sectional shape of the cigarette rod body 1 is elliptical, a projection of the elastic member 3 in a plane where the second surface 21 is located is elliptical. With this shape configuration, the area of the elastic member 3 can be maximized as much as possible, so that the influence of the elastic member 3 on the volume of the sealing cavity is improved after the elastic member 3 moves from the first state to the second state.


In conjunction with FIGS. 8 and 9, concerning the magnitude of the adsorption force produced by the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the sealing cavity, the elastic member 3 is in the first state in FIG. 8 and transitions to the second state in FIG. 9. The derivation process is as follows.


The principle refers to the gas state equation PV=nRT, where P is a gas pressure, V is a gas volume, n is an amount of gas substance, R is a constant, and T is a constant temperature. In a normally-temperatured closed space, as n and T are constants, PV=nRT is also a constant value.


That is, P0V0=P1V1, when the volume V of the closed space increases, the gas pressure P inside the closed space V decreases.


In comparison with the existing common magnetic suction connection manners, the weight of the cigarette rod is about 30 g, and the magnet adsorption force is about 150 gf. For the connection manner of this embodiment, the binding force of the cigarette cartridge body 2 and the cigarette rod body 1 is set to be F=150 gf≈1.5N, the external atmospheric pressure is taken to be P0=1.0×105 pa, S is an projection area of the sealing cavity in the Z direction, which is about 0.6×10−4 m2, and P1 is the gas pressure inside the sealing cavity:

This results in (P0−P1)/P0=2.5×104/1.0×105=¼, and P0/P1=4/3. When translated into the variation relation of V, V0/V1=¾ is had. That is, when the gas pressure difference with a volume change of ¼V0 can achieve the same binding force as the current magnetic attraction method, the cigarette cartridge body 2 and the cigarette rod body 1 can be connected.

This embodiment further provides an electronic cigarette including the connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod in the above-described schemes.


Embodiment Three

This embodiment further provides a method for assembling and detaching a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod. The method is applied to the connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod in the above-described schemes. That the cigarette cartridge body 2 is mounted on the cigarette rod body 1 includes the following steps: the cigarette cartridge body 2 is made close to the cigarette rod body 1 until the second surface 21 abuts against the opening of the groove, and the second surface 21 and the groove are enclosed into the sealing cavity; and the decompression assembly lowers the pressure in the sealing cavity to make the cigarette cartridge body 2 and the cigarette rod body 1 tightly held by the adsorption force generated by an internal and external air pressure difference of the sealing cavity.


That the cigarette cartridge body 2 is detached from the cigarette rod body 1 includes the following steps: one hand fixes the cigarette rod body 1, the other hand grasps the cigarette cartridge body 2 and pulls the cigarette cartridge body 2 in a direction facing away from the cigarette rod body 1, when the pulling force is greater than the adsorption force generated by the internal and external air pressure difference of the sealing cavity, the cigarette cartridge body 2 is separated from the cigarette rod body 1.

Claims
  • 1. A connection structure of a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod, comprising: a cigarette rod body, wherein the cigarette rod body is provided with a sealing ring, and a first surface of the cigarette rod body and the sealing ring are enclosed to form a groove:a cigarette cartridge body, wherein the cigarette cartridge body is configured to press against the sealing ring, a second surface of the cigarette cartridge body is sealed at an opening of the groove, and the second surface and the groove form a sealing cavity; anda decompression assembly, wherein the decompression assembly is configured to reduce an air pressure in the sealing cavity.
  • 2. The connection structure of a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod of claim 1, wherein the decompression assembly comprises a trigger assembly arranged on the first surface, the cigarette cartridge body is provided with an avoidance groove, and an air outlet hole communicating with the avoidance groove, the connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod comprises an elastic member, the elastic member is arranged on the second surface and is sealed at an opening of the avoidance groove, in a state that the cigarette cartridge body abuts against the cigarette rod body, the second surface, the elastic member and the groove are enclosed to form the sealing cavity, the trigger assembly triggers the elastic member, so that the elastic member is recessed into the avoidance groove and the air pressure in the sealing cavity is reduced.
  • 3. The connection structure of a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod of claim 2, wherein the trigger assembly comprises an ejection portion convexly arranged on the first surface, the elastic member is a sheet-like structure, the elastic member has a first state and a second state, the elastic member protrudes from the avoidance groove when the elastic member is in the first state, and the elastic member is recessed inside of the avoidance groove when the elastic member is in the second state; and in a state that the cigarette cartridge body abuts against the cigarette rod body, the elastic member is triggered by the ejection portion and moved from the first state to the second state.
  • 4. The connection structure of a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod of claim 3, wherein the elastic member comprises an elastic portion and a fixing portion, the fixing portion surrounds an outer side of the elastic portion, the elastic portion is movable between the first state and the second state, and the fixing portion is configured to be connected to the cigarette cartridge body.
  • 5. The connection structure of a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod of claim 1, wherein the cigarette cartridge body comprises an inserting portion, the cigarette rod body comprises an inserting groove, the first surface is arranged at a groove bottom of the inserting groove, the second surface is arranged at an end of the inserting portion, and the inserting portion is configured to be inserted into the inserting groove.
  • 6. The connection structure of a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod of claim 1, further comprising a first positive connection terminal, a first negative connection terminal, a second positive connection terminal and a second negative connection terminal, the first positive connection terminal and the first negative connection terminal are arranged on the cigarette rod body, the second positive connection terminal and the second negative connection terminal are arranged on the cigarette cartridge body; when the cigarette cartridge body is docked with the cigarette rod body, the first positive connection terminal abuts against the second positive connection terminal, and the first negative connection terminal abuts against the second negative connection terminal.
  • 7. The connection structure of a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod of claim 6, further comprising a first sealing member, wherein the cigarette rod body is provided with a first mounting hole, the first positive connection terminal is configured to pass through the first mounting hole, and the first sealing member is arranged between the first positive connection terminal and the first mounting hole; and further comprising a second sealing member, wherein the cigarette rod body is provided with a second mounting hole, the first negative connection terminal is configured to pass through the second mounting hole, and the second sealing member is arranged between the first negative connection terminal and the second mounting hole.
  • 8. The connection structure of a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod of claim 7, wherein the first sealing member is a cylindrical structure and comprises a first sealing cylinder, the first positive connection terminal is configured to pass through the first sealing cylinder, and a first spring is arranged between the first sealing member and the first positive connection terminal for enabling the first positive connection terminal to approach the second positive connection terminal; and the second sealing member is a cylindrical structure and comprises a second sealing cylinder, the first negative connection terminal is configured to pass through the second sealing cylinder, and a second spring is arranged between the second sealing member and the first negative connection terminal for enabling the first negative connection terminal to approach the second negative connection terminal.
  • 9. A method for assembling and detaching a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod, the method being applied to a connection structure of a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod, wherein, the connection structure of a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod, comprises: a cigarette rod body, wherein the cigarette rod body is provided with a sealing ring, and a first surface of the cigarette rod body and the sealing ring are enclosed to form a groove:a cigarette cartridge body, wherein the cigarette cartridge body is configured to press against the sealing ring, a second surface of the cigarette cartridge body is sealed at an opening of the groove, and the second surface and the groove form a sealing cavity; anda decompression assembly, wherein the decompression assembly is configured to reduce an air pressure in the sealing cavity,wherein the method comprises at least one of mounting the cigarette cartridge body on the cigarette rod body, or detaching the cigarette cartridge body from the cigarette rod body:wherein mounting the cigarette cartridge body on the cigarette rod body comprises: making the cigarette cartridge body approach the cigarette rod body until the second surface abuts against the opening of the groove, and the second surface and the groove are enclosed to form the sealing cavity; and lowering, by the decompression assembly, the air pressure in the sealing cavity to make the cigarette cartridge body and the cigarette rod body tightly held by an adsorption force generated by an internal and external air pressure difference of the sealing cavity:wherein detaching the cigarette cartridge body from the cigarette rod body comprises: firstly fixing the cigarette rod body, then pulling the cigarette cartridge body in a direction facing away from the cigarette rod body, so that when a pulling force is greater than the adsorption force generated by the internal and external air pressure difference of the sealing cavity, the cigarette cartridge body is separated from the cigarette rod body.
  • 10. The method for assembling and detaching a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod of claim 9, wherein the decompression assembly comprises a trigger assembly arranged on the first surface, the cigarette cartridge body is provided with an avoidance groove, and an air outlet hole communicating with the avoidance groove, the connection structure of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod comprises an elastic member, the elastic member is arranged on the second surface and is sealed at an opening of the avoidance groove, in a state that the cigarette cartridge body abuts against the cigarette rod body, the second surface, the elastic member and the groove are enclosed to form the sealing cavity, the trigger assembly triggers the elastic member, so that the elastic member is recessed into the avoidance groove and the air pressure in the sealing cavity is reduced.
  • 11. The method for assembling and detaching a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod of claim 10, wherein the trigger assembly comprises an ejection portion convexly arranged on the first surface, the elastic member is a sheet-like structure, the elastic member has a first state and a second state, the elastic member protrudes from the avoidance groove when the elastic member is in the first state, and the elastic member is recessed inside of the avoidance groove when the elastic member is in the second state; and in a state that the cigarette cartridge body abuts against the cigarette rod body, the elastic member is triggered by the ejection portion and moved from the first state to the second state.
  • 12. The method for assembling and detaching a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod of claim 11, wherein the elastic member comprises an elastic portion and a fixing portion, the fixing portion surrounds an outer side of the elastic portion, the elastic portion is movable between the first state and the second state, and the fixing portion is configured to be connected to the cigarette cartridge body.
  • 13. The method for assembling and detaching a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod of claim 9, wherein the cigarette cartridge body comprises an inserting portion, the cigarette rod body comprises an inserting groove, the first surface is arranged at a groove bottom of the inserting groove, the second surface is arranged at an end of the inserting portion, and the inserting portion is configured to be inserted into the inserting groove.
  • 14. The method for assembling and detaching a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod of claim 9, further comprising a first positive connection terminal, a first negative connection terminal, a second positive connection terminal and a second negative connection terminal, the first positive connection terminal and the first negative connection terminal are arranged on the cigarette rod body, the second positive connection terminal and the second negative connection terminal are arranged on the cigarette cartridge body, when the cigarette cartridge body is docked with the cigarette rod body, the first positive connection terminal abuts against the second positive connection terminal, and the first negative connection terminal abuts against the second negative connection terminal.
  • 15. The method for assembling and detaching a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod of claim 14, further comprising a first sealing member, wherein the cigarette rod body is provided with a first mounting hole, the first positive connection terminal is configured to pass through the first mounting hole, and the first sealing member is arranged between the first positive connection terminal and the first mounting hole; and further comprising a second sealing member, wherein the cigarette rod body is provided with a second mounting hole, the first negative connection terminal is configured to pass through the second mounting hole, and the second sealing member is arranged between the first negative connection terminal and the second mounting hole.

The method for assembling and detaching a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod of claim 15, wherein the first sealing member is a cylindrical structure and comprises a first sealing cylinder, the first positive connection terminal is configured to pass through the first sealing cylinder, and a first spring is arranged between the first sealing member and the first positive connection terminal for enabling the first positive connection terminal to approach the second positive connection terminal; and the second sealing member is a cylindrical structure and comprises a second sealing cylinder, the first negative connection terminal is configured to pass through the second sealing cylinder, and a second spring is arranged between the second sealing member and the first negative connection terminal for enabling the first negative connection terminal to approach the second negative connection terminal.
