1. Field of the Invention
The invention relates to a constant frequency power supply, and more particularly, to a constant frequency power supply applied in a bridge-type circuit that is capable of replacing the inductance in the primary winding.
2. Description of the Prior Art
In recent years, the high technology makes giant strides. Especially, it changes with each passing day in the field of micro-electronic relevant manufacturing process technology. Therefore, the electronic-related products having gone deep into each family and all walks of life become an indispensable portion in modern life. Certainly, the fact that the demands of human being are getting more and more makes the electronic devices become multi-functional. Consequently, the electronic devices have stepped into the target of having the multi-functional efficacy. In addition, in order to ensure that the damage or destruction of the electronic products to the human being or electronic peripherals be reduced to the minimum, the testing of the voltage and current loadings and supply becomes necessary.
There are a first-and-second diode D1 and a first-and-second diode D2 in parallel that are having an inductance L1 and a capacitor C1 in series at the primary winding. The required voltage is obtained by having the characteristics of the first-and-second diode D1 and the first-and-second diode D2 accommodate the switching of the four switches SW1, SW2, SW3, and SW4 of the circuit of the secondary winding. The inductance L1, which is called current check ring, is capable of having the function of limiting the peak current of the semiconductor to prevent the peak value of the current from being excessive that results in the damage of the electronic device in the circuit.
However, under the current trend of light, thin, short, and small of the electronic products in the electronic industry, it is a urgent issue just how to achieve the merit of further reducing the number of device, lowering the cost, diminishing the space in order to elevate the products' possession rate in the market.
In light of the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art, the invention provides a constant frequency power supply that aims to ameliorate at least some of the disadvantages of the prior art or to provide a useful alternative. The primary objective of the invention is to provide a constant frequency power supply that being applied in an exchange-type circuit and having a current check coil for achieving the merits of reducing the device, lowering the cost and diminishing the space.
The secondary objective of the invention is to provide a constant frequency power supply that being applied in an exchange-type circuit is capable of adjusting the inductance to achieve the object of having an equivalent efficacy without equipping a current check ring.
To achieve the above-mentioned objective, a constant frequency power supply applied in an exchange-type circuit having a primary winding and a secondary winding includes a first core, a second core, a first bobbin, and a second bobbin. The first core and the second core being disposed in opposite position have a first protruded body and a second protruded body respectively. The first bobbin being positioned on the first protruded body and having a first set of coils wound around thereof is electrically connected to a first set of connecting pins of the primary winding The second bobbin being positioned on the second protruded body and having a second set of coils wound around thereof is electrically connected to the second set of connecting pins of the secondary winding. The first bobbin further includes a slip opening that is capable of slipping on the second bobbin. A sliding telescopic combination is formed by making use of the slipping opening to perform displacement motion on the first protruded body and the second protruded body in order to perform the action of adjusting the inductance between the primary winding and the secondary winding

The first bobbin 3 being positioned on the first protruded body 11 and having a first set of coils 31 wound around thereof with a first set of connecting pins 32 attached thereon is capable of performing a displacement motion along the extended direction of the first protruded body 11. Similarly, the second bobbin 4 being positioned on the second protruded body 21 and having a second set of coils 41 wound around thereof with a second set of connecting pins 42 that are attached thereon and electrically connected to the secondary winding is capable of performing a displacement motion along the extended direction of the second protruded body 21. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the first bobbin 3 and the second bobbin 4 have at least a partition plates 33 and 34 respectively and a wire slots 34, 44 partitioned by the partition plates 33 and 34 making the first set of coils 31 and the second set of coils 41 partition and pass through. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the first bobbin 3 further includes a slip opening 35 capable of slipping on the second bobbin 4. This slip opening 35 has an inside diameter that is greater than the outside diameter of the second bobbin 4 such that a sliding telescopic combination is formed by combining the first bobbin 3 and the second bobbin 4, together with the slipping opening 35 to perform displacement motion on the first protruded body 11 and the second protruded body 21.
Under the trend that the criteria of compact, environmental and safety regulated products are getting more and more severe, in addition to have the transistor directly packaged within the exchange-type circuit device by the externally added-on type of the prior art to save the volume and the manufacturing process, the constant frequency power supply provided by the invention is capable of further build in a mechanism of adjustable inductance within the constant frequency power supply to omit the externally added-on device to save the manufacturing process and significantly diminish the volume of the device.
It will become apparent to those people skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to the structure of the invention without departing from the scope or spirit of the invention. In view of the foregoing description, it is intended that all the modifications and variation fall within the scope of the following appended claims and their equivalents.
