CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED TO A SEAL IN A BEVERAGE PACKAGE

Abstract
The invention provides a beverage package, having a seal on a container for beverages or any other liquid products, the seal having a variety of geometric shapes, such as triangular, elliptical or semicircular, and is generally attached to the lid of the container by a central articulation pin. A sealing tab is generally provided on the lower face of the seal and attached to the seal through the central core, and teeth are provided in the peripheral region close to the base of the seal, serving to penetrate into the edge between the sealing tab and the opening provided in the lid of the container.
Description
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION

The present utility model application refers to a constructive arrangement applied to a seal in a package for beverages or any other liquid products, pertaining to the technical field of package accessories in general, more particularly, it is a new seal for cans containing beverages such as beer, juice, milk, soft drinks or any other beverages and products that use the respective conditioning package, through which advantageous practical, safe and functional results may be attained.


STATE OF THE ART

Beverage packages in the form of cans are widely known, however in many of them the seal is removed and thrown away, thus polluting the environment, besides being a risk when people discard same in beaches, parks or entertainment sites, where a child may step on a seal and get wounded.


Thus, a new seal for beverage package was developed which, with its constructive arrangement, provides safer packages whose seal remains attached to the same, besides contributing to the environment, mitigating the above mentioned drawbacks, besides providing other advantages in view of its conception with a new, hygienic, customized practical opening.

In accordance with FIGS. 1.1 through 1.11, the present utility model comprises a seal (1) for beverage cans (2), said seal (1) having a geometric configuration like that of a triangle, forming side concavities (11) and a convex base (12) of a higher thickness, said upper end being formed by a semicircle (13) provided with an articulation pin (3) in the center thereof that passes through the orifice (41) and is also attached to the lid (4), for example, by riveting. A sealing tab (14) is also provided on the lower face of the seal (1), which tab is attached to the seal through the central core (15), and teeth (16) are provided in the peripheral region close to the convex base (12), which teeth penetrate into the edge between the sealing tab (14) and the opening (42) provided in the lid (4) that is tightly closed onto in the edge (21) of the beverage can (2). Projections (17) are also provided on the upper face of the seal (1) for identification purposes and to better manipulate the seal (1) at the time it is radially opened.


In accordance with FIGS. 2.1 and 2.6, in a first constructive variant, the present utility model comprises a seal (10) for beverage cans (2), said seal (10) having a geometric configuration like that of an ellipse, forming a front convex region (101) and a rear concave region (102) having one and the same thickness, so that the edge of the rear concave region (102) is connected to a lever (5) having the same curvature as that of the rear concave region (102), provided in the center thereof with a circular projection (51) that forms an articulation pin (52) that passes through the orifice (41) and is also attached to the lid (4), for example, by riveting. A tooth (53) is provided below the circular projection (51), which tooth, when compressed, penetrates into the edge between the rear concave region (102) and the opening (42) whose shape is identical to that of the seal (10) provided in the lid (4) that is tightly closed onto the edge (21) of the beverage can (2). Two projections (54) are also provided on the upper face of the lever (5) for assisting the radial displacement of the seal (10) at the time it is opened.


In accordance with FIGS. 2.7 and 2.8, optionally, the inner edge of the lid (4) shall be provided with a curved projection (43) that travels along the curvature of the inner edge of the opening (42) and provided with two projections (44).


In accordance with FIGS. 3.1 through 3.9, in a second constructive variant, the present utility model comprises a seal (10) for beverage cans (2), said seal (10) having a geometric configuration like that of an ellipse, forming a front convex region (101) and a rear concave region (102), both having one and the same thickness, so that the edge of the rear concave region (102) is connected to a Y-shaped lever (50) forming a front convex region (101) having the same thickness as that of the rear concave region (102), and a rod (502) provided in the center thereof with an articulation pin (503) that passes through the orifice (41) and is also attached to the lid (4), for example, by riveting. A tooth (504) is provided on the lower portion of the curved region (501) of the lever (50) in the central end thereof, which tooth, when compressed, penetrates into the edge between the rear concave region (102) and the opening (42) having a shape identical to that of the seal (10), provided in the lid (4) that is tightly closed onto the edge (21) of the beverage can (2). Two projections (54) are also provided on the upper face of the lever (50) for assisting the radial displacement of the seal (10) at the time it is opened.


In accordance with FIGS. 3.10 through 3.14, in an option of the second constructive variant, the seal (10) shall have a smaller area narrowing the front convex region (101) and the rear concave region (102), forming a seal (10′), and the curved region (501) of the lever (50) shall follow the same curvature, thus forming a curved region (501′).


In accordance with FIGS. 4.1 through 4.6, in a third constructive variant, the present utility model comprises a seal (20) for beverage cans (2), said seal (20) having a sealing tab (200) with a geometric configuration like that of an ellipse, forming a front convex region (201) and a rear concave region (202), both having one and the same thickness, a projection (203) being provided on the upper portion and creating a void (204) on the front portion and teeth (205) being provided on the end thereof, which teeth, when compressed, penetrate into the edge between the front convex region (201) and a sealed opening having a shape identical to that of the seal (20) provided in the lid (4) that is tightly closed onto the edge (21) of the beverage can (2). An articulation pin (206) is provided on the other end of the projection (203) and passes through the orifice of the lid (4) and is attached thereto, for example, by riveting; a curved rod (207) is then actuated (207) for assisting the radial displacement of the seal (20) at the time it is opened.


In accordance with FIGS. 4.7 through 4.9, in an option of the third constructive variant of a package, the seal (20) comprises a sealing tab (200), on the front portion of which a projection (203′) is provided, thus creating a void (204′) on the front portion, and teeth (205′) at the center thereof that, when compressed, penetrate into the edge between the rear concave region (202) and the opening sealed by the seal (20).


In accordance with FIGS. 4.10 through 4.13, in a second option of the third constructive variant of a package, the seal (20′) comprises a sealing tab (210) on the lower face thereof, which tab is attached to the seal through the core (211) and provided in the peripheral region with teeth (215) that, when compressed, penetrate into the edge between the front convex region (201) and the sealed opening having a shape identical to that of the seal (20′), an articulation pin (216) being provided in the central of the lid (4) and passing through the orifice of the lid (4) and being attached thereto, for example, by riveting; the curved rod (207) is then actuated for assisting the radial displacement of the seal (20′) at the time it is opened.


In accordance with FIGS. 5.1 through 5.8, in a fourth constructive variant the package comprises a seal (30) for beverage cans (2) provided with a recess (22), said seal (30) having an elliptical configuration over which an L-shaped lever (31) is attached through a pin (32), thus keeping the vertical region free, and the horizontal opposite end terminates in a rod (33) whose tip (33′) is attached to the lid (4) that is provided with a recess (34) having a shape identical to that of the lever (31), and the seal (30) for accommodating same when the package is opened with a 180 degree movement due to the deformation of the tip (33′) that remains fixed, thus keeping the seal (30) and the lever (31) attached to the package, preventing same from being thrown away randomly into inappropriate places.


In accordance with FIGS. 6.1 through 6.7, in a fifth constructive variant the package is provided with a seal (40) for cans of a square cross-section containing beverages and other products (2′), said seal (40) having a rectangular configuration on which a rectangular lever (401) is fixed through a pin (402), thus keeping a balanced projection (403) provided in the center of a curvature that forms the tooth (404) that, when compressed, penetrates into the edge between the front side of the seal (40) and the opening (408) sealed thereby, a vertical wall (405) being provided on the opposite end the sides of which are extended forming an axis that travels under the horizontal channel (406) formed on the sides of the recess (407) of the lid (4′) for sliding the seal (40) along with the lever (401), thus keeping the same attached to the package, preventing same from being thrown away randomly into inappropriate places, as already specified hereinabove.


In accordance with FIGS. 6.8 through 6.18, in an option of the fifth constructive variant the package is provided with a seal (40′) for beverage cans (2′) of a square cross-section, said seal (40′) having a rectangular configuration, on which a square-shaped lever (401′) is fixed through a pin (402′), keeping a balanced projection (403) provided in the center of a curvature that forms the tooth (404) that, when compressed, penetrates into the edge between the rear side of the seal (40′) and the opening (408) sealed thereby, a vertical wall (405′) being provided on the opposite end whose sides extend forming an axis that runs under the horizontal channel in the form of a track (406) formed on the sides of the recess (407) of the lid (4′) and a central pin (409) that restrains the sliding movement of the seal in the form of a track (40′) along with the lever (401′) actuated, thus keeping same attached to the package, preventing same from being thrown away randomly into inappropriate places.


In accordance with FIGS. 6.19 through 6.28, in a second option of the fifth constructive variant the square-shaped lever (401′) shall be provided in the center of a flat curvature (4011′), keeping a balanced projection (4012′), with a supporting base for the axis to split the lid that will then run over a track, and the lid (4′) shall be provided with an opening (41′) on the front edge thereof.


In accordance with FIGS. 7.1 through 7.5, in a sixth constructive variant, the present utility model comprises two seals (60; 60′) for beverage cans (2), said seals (60; 60′) having geometric configurations like those of an ellipse, forming a peripheral curved region (601; 601′) and a central curved region (602; 602′) having one and the same thickness, levers (61; 61′) being independently coupled to the opposite side edges of the central curved regions (602; 602′), said lever (61) having a concave curved region (611) and said lever (61′) having a convex curved region (611′), both of which are attached to the raised center (62) of the lid (4), through a pin (63), thus allowing the seals (60; 60′) to move independently on the openings (64), thus creating an inner wall in the can (2).


In accordance with FIGS. 7.6 through 7.10, in an option of the sixth constructive variant, the levers (61; 61′) shall be provided with vertical curves and attached close to one of the opposite side edges of the central curved regions (602; 602′) of the seals (60; 60′).


In accordance with FIGS. 7.11 and 7.12, in a second option of the sixth constructive variant, the levers (61; 61′) shall be provided with slightly wide vertical curves.


In accordance with FIGS. 7.13 through 7.15, in a third option of the sixth constructive variant, the levers (61; 61′) shall be provided with wide vertical curves.


In accordance with FIGS. 8.1 through 8.9, in a seventh constructive variant the package is provided with a seal (70) for beverage cans (2) that comprises an elliptical configuration, to which the lowered portion (711) of the lever is attached (71) and the front portion (712) of which is projected, provided with teeth (713) on the end of the lower face that, when compressed, penetrate into the edge between the front side of the seal (70) and the opening (72) provided in the lid (4) sealed thereby, thus making it easy to open same; said lever (71) is also provided in the rear region with an orifice into which a pin (73) that is also inserted into an orifice provided in the lid (4) is connected, thus allowing the lever (71) to turn; finally, a grasping region (714) is provided on the recess (74) of the lid (4) that is attached to the edge of the can (2), thus keeping the seal (70) and the lever (71) attached to the package, preventing same from being thrown away randomly into inappropriate places.


In accordance with FIGS. 9.1 through 9.4, in an eighth constructive variant the package is provided with a seal (80) for beverage cans (2) having an elliptical configuration, on which the lowered portion (811) of the lever (81) is fixed through the connecting pin (82) whose front portion (812) is projected, provided in the end of the lower face with teeth (813) that, together with the tooth (814) provided in the curvature of the rear portion (815), which tooth, when pressured, penetrate into the edge of the seal (80) and the opening (83) provided in the lid (4) sealed thereby, thus making it easy to open same; said lever (81) is also provided in the rear region with an orifice to which an articulation pin (85) is connected, which pin is also inserted into an orifice provided in the lid (4), thus allowing the lever (81) to turn; finally, a grasping region (816) is provided in the circular recess (84) of the lid (4) that it is attached to the edge of the can (2), thus keeping the seal (80) and the lever (81) attached to the package, preventing same from being thrown away randomly into inappropriate places.


In accordance with FIGS. 9.5 through 9.8, in an option of the eighth constructive variant of the package, the lever (81) shall be provided with a semi-circular grasping region (817), thus making the opening and the side turn in the same way as that shown above.


In accordance with FIGS. 9.9 through 9.12, in a second option of the eighth constructive variant the package, the lever (81) shall be provided with a straight grasping region (818), thus making the opening and the side turn in the same way as that shown above.


In accordance with FIG. 9.13, in a third option of the eighth constructive variant the package, the lever (81) shall be provided with a straight grasping region (818), and a half-moon-shaped recess (86) shall be at a distance from the edge of the lid (4), thus making the opening and the side turn in the same way as that shown above.


In accordance with FIGS. 9.14 through 9.17, in a fourth option of the eighth constructive variant of the package, the lever (81) shall be attached directly to the seal (80) without a connecting pin, and the half-moon-shaped recess (86′) shall be at a distance from the edge of the lid (4), thus making the opening and the side turn in the same way as that shown above.


In accordance with FIGS. 10.1 through 10.4, in a ninth constructive variant the package is provided with a seal (90) for beverage cans (2) having an elliptical configuration, on which the front portion (911) of the lever (91) is attached through the connecting pin (92) that is also provided in the central curvature with a tooth (913) and a rear tooth (913′) in the grasping region (912) that, when compressed, allows the gas to exit, and the tooth (913) penetrates into the edge of the seal (90) and the opening (93) provided in the lid (4) sealed thereby, thus making it easy to open same; said lever (91) is also provided in the central region of an orifice in which a connecting pin (95) is connected that is also inserted into an orifice provided in the lid (4), thus allowing the lever (91) to turn; finally, a moon-shaped recess (94) of the lid (4) that is attached to the edge of the can (2) is provided under the grasping region (912), thus keeping the seal (90) and the lever (91) attached to the package, preventing same from being thrown away randomly into inappropriate places.


In accordance with FIGS. 11.1 through 11.5 in a tenth constructive variant, the package comprises a seal (100) for beverage cans (2), said seal (100) having a geometric configuration like that of an ellipse, forming a front convex region (1001) and a rear concave region (1002), both having one and the same thickness, in the inner central end of which there is an extension (1003) provided with an articulation pin (1004) that passes through the orifice in the lid (4), for example, by riveting. In the front region the seal (100) there is a slit (1005) forming a coupling (1006) like a “track” that will run thereon, and on the upper face there is a circular grasping region (1007) having a tooth (1008) that, when compressed, penetrates into the edge of the opening (1009) provided in the lid (4) that is tightly closed onto the edge of the beverage can (2).


In accordance with FIGS. 11.6 and 11.7, in an option of the tenth constructive variant of a package, the grasping region shall be formed by a curved edge (1006′).


In accordance with FIGS. 12.1 through 12.5 in an eleventh constructive variant, the package comprises a curved seal (110) for beverage cans (2), said curved seal (110) being provided on the lower portion thereof with a sealing tab (1101) that is provided thereon with a grasping region (1102) having about half the width thereof and provided on its front end with a wall having a circular projection (1103) at its end that travels on a channel-type track (1104) provided in the lid (4) that is tightly closed onto the edge of the beverage can (2), after the sealing tab (1101) is broken, thus releasing the opening (1105) also provided in the lid (4).


In accordance with FIGS. 12.6 through 12.12, in an option of the eleventh constructive variant of a package, the curved seal (110) shall also be provided in the grasping region (1102) with teeth (1106) besides the wall provided with a circular projection (1103) at its end, which teeth, when compressed, penetrate into the edge of the opening (1105) provided in the lid (4) for breaking the seal (110), and the grasping region is also provided with projections (1107) for identifying same, besides more curved sides (1108).


In accordance with FIGS. 12.13 through 12.16 in a second option of the eleventh constructive variant, a rod (1109) provided at the other end thereof with a ring that is attached to the lid (4) through an articulation pin (1109′) shall extend from the inner end of the sealing tab (1101) of the seal (110).


In accordance with FIGS. 13.1 through 13.3 in a twelfth constructive variant, the package comprises a curved seal (120) for beverage cans (2), said curved seal (120) being provided on the lower portion thereof with a sealing tab (1201) that is provided thereon with a grasping region (1202) having about half the width thereof and provided on its front end with a projection that travels on a channel (1203) provided in the lid (4) that is tightly closed onto the edge of the beverage can (2), after the sealing tab (1201) is broken, thus releasing the opening (1204) also provided in the lid (4), which is also provided with peripheral (1205) and central (1205′) horizontal L-shaped tabs, thus keeping a channel (1206) between same where it is coupled and over which the sealing tab (1201) travels, and the grasping region (1202) travels on the peripheral border (1205), thus keeping a circular recess (1207) in the center of the lid (4).


In accordance with FIGS. 13.4 through 13.6 in an option of the twelfth constructive variant, the curved seal (120) for beverage cans (2) shall be provided on the lower portion of the sealing tab (1201) with an inverted T-shaped projection (1208) that travels on a channel (1209) provided in the lid (4) that is also provided with a circular peripheral channel (1210). Moreover, teeth (1211) are provided in the grasping region (1202), which teeth, when compressed, penetrate into the edge of the opening (1204) provided in the lid (4) for breaking the seal (120).


In accordance with FIGS. 13.7 through 13.16, in a second option of the twelfth constructive variant, the curved seal (120) for beverage cans (2) shall be provided on the sides of the sealing tab (1201) with L-shaped projections (1208′) that run on a channel (1209′) provided in the lid (4).


In accordance with FIGS. 13.17 through 13.25, in a third option of the twelfth constructive variant, the curved seal (120) for beverage cans (2) shall be provided on the lower part thereof with a sealing tab (1201′) attached in its rear portion to the grasping region (1202′) that extends to the rear edge of the sealing tab (1201′), forming a single body which will form a slit (1212) that shall couple the peripheral border (1205) provided in the lid (4) that shall also be provided with an inverted T-shaped channel (1209″) and a high relief flat central region.


In accordance with FIGS. 13.26 through 13.37 in a fourth option of the twelfth constructive variant, the curved seal (120) for beverage cans (2) shall be provided on the lower portion of the sealing tab (1201″) attached in the center thereof to the grasping region (1202″), forming a single body, a rod (1213) being provided with a ring (1214) in the center of the rear edge at the other end extending therefrom, into which ring the articulation pin (1215) that shall also pass through the orifice (1216) provided in the center of the lid (4) shall fit; and teeth (1217) are provided on the front edge of the grasping region (1202″), which teeth, when compressed, penetrate into the edge of the opening (1218) provided in the lid (4) for breaking the seal (120).


In accordance with FIGS. 14.1 through 14.11, in a thirteenth constructive variant, the package comprises a seal (130) for beverage cans (2) provided with a recess (22), said seal (130) having an elliptical configuration, with a tip (1300) attached to the lid (4), an L-shaped lever (131) being attached to said seal (130) through the pin (132), thus keeping the vertical region free so that the horizontal opposite end terminates in an extension (133) on the tip (1300) that is attached to the tip (4) and allows same to effect a 180 degree movement due to the deformation thereof, thus keeping the seal (130) and the lever (131) attached to the package, preventing same from being thrown away randomly into inappropriate places.


In accordance with FIGS. 14.12 through 14.17, in an option of the thirteenth constructive variant, the lid (4) shall be provided with a recess (134) for accommodating the seal (130) and the lever (131) when the package is opened in a 180 degree movement due to the deformation of the tip (1300), thus keeping the seal (130) and the lever (131) attached to the package.


In accordance with FIGS. 15.1 through 15.8, in a fourteenth constructive variant the package comprises a seal (140) for beverage cans (2), having an elliptical configuration, on which the pin (142) couples the recessed portion (1411) of the lever (141) whose rear portion (1412) is projected and located on the recess (144) provided in the lid (4), and also provided in the central curvature with a tooth (1413) that, when compressed, penetrates into the edge between the rear side of the seal (140) and the opening (143) that is also provided in the lid (4) and sealed thereby, thus making it easy to break same; said lever (141) is also provided on the front region with a tip (1414) that is retained between the lid (4) and the edge of the can (2), thus allowing a 180 degree movement of the lever (141) due to the deformation thereof, thus keeping said lever and the seal (130) attached to the package, preventing same from being thrown away randomly into inappropriate places.


In accordance with FIGS. 15.9 through 15.16, in an option of the fourteenth constructive variant, the beverage can (2) shall be provided with a recess (145) for accommodating the seal (140) and the lever (141) when the package is opened in a 180 degree movement due to the deformation of the tip (1414), thus keeping the seal (140) and the lever (141) attached to the package.


In accordance with FIGS. 16.1 though 16.6, in a fifteenth constructive variant the package is provided with a seal (150) for cans having a square cross-section containing beverages (2′) or any other liquid products, said seal (150) having a rectangular configuration and its inner side (1501) attached to the inner edge of the opening (155) of the lid (4′); a rectangular lever (151) being attached to the seal (150) through the pin (152), thus keeping a balanced front projection (153) which is formed by a curvature that forms the tooth (154) that, when compressed, penetrates into the edge between the front side of the seal (150) and the opening (155) sealed thereby, and having another projection (153′) provided on the other end; said lid (4′) is also provided with a recess (42′) for accommodating the seal (150) along with the lever (151), thus keeping same attached to the package, preventing same from being thrown away randomly into inappropriate places.


The constructive arrangement to be applied to a seal in a beverage package thus attained offers the following advantages in relation to similar packages known to date:


An easy practical way to open the seal;


It is more hygienic, since that seal/lid does contact the liquid;


Better levering effect that makes it easy to open the seal;


It makes it possible to use of recyclable materials in the lid;


It keeps the seal and the lever attached to the package; and


It prevents the seal from being thrown away into inappropriate places.


The scope of the present utility model, demonstrates its innovation both in the national and world market, and therefore shall not be limited to the use of packages, but to the terms defined in the claims and several equivalents thereof.

Claims
  • 1. A beverage package, comprising: a) a container (2), having a lid (4) fitted onto an edge (21) of the container (2), the lid having an opening (42); andb) a seal attached to the lid and having a shape identical to the opening, the seal comprising: an inner edge and an outer edge, wherein at least a section of the outer edge is arranged along and aligns with a peripheral edge of the container;an articulation pin (3) located in the center of the container towards the inner edge of the seal, the articulation pin passing through an orifice (41) and also attaching to the lid (4);a lower face, having at least one tooth (16), wherein the at least one tooth penetrates the opening when compressed; andan upper face, having multiple projections (17) constructed and arranged to enable opening of the seal (1) to access contents of the container.
  • 2. The beverage package according to claim 1, wherein the seal is substantially triangular-shaped, and wherein the inner edge having two side concavities (11) of an identical thickness to each other, and a semicircular apex (13), the articulation pin (3) located in the center of the semicircular apex, andwherein the outer edge forming a convex base (12) and the thickness of the seal increases towards the convex base, andthe lower face further comprising: a sealing tab (14) attached to the seal by a central core piece (15), the sealing tab having multiple teeth (16) located in a peripheral region next to the convex base (12) and penetrating an edge between the sealing tab (14) and the opening (42) in the lid (4) of the container (2).
  • 3. The beverage package according to claim 1, wherein the seal is elliptical-shaped, having an identical thickness throughout, a front convex region (101) along the outer edge, and a rear concave region (102) along the inner edge, and wherein an edge of the rear concave region (102) is connected to a lever (5), the lever further comprising: an identical curvature to the rear concave region (102);a central circular projection (51) on the upper face forming the articulation pin (52), passing through the orifice (41) and attaching to the lid (4); andtwo projections (54) on the upper face;wherein the at least one tooth (53) is located beneath the circular projection (51) on the lower face and, when compressed, penetrates an edge between the rear concave region (102) and the opening (42).
  • 4. The beverage package according to claim 3, wherein the opening having an inner edge and an outer edge, and wherein the inner edge of the opening aligns with the inner edge of the seal and the outer edge of the opening aligns with the outer edge of the seal; and the inner edge of the opening further comprising: a curved ridge (43) located along a curvature of the inner edge of the opening (42), the ridge having two projections (44).
  • 5. The beverage package according to claim 1, wherein the seal is elliptical-shaped, having an identical thickness throughout, a front convex region (101) along the outer edge, and a rear concave region (102) along the inner edge, and wherein an edge of the rear concave region (102) is connected to a Y-shaped lever (50), the articulation pin (503) passing through the center of the lever, and the lever further comprising: a front convex region (101) and a rear concave region (102) of identical thickness, forming a curved region (501);a central rod (502); andtwo projections (54) on the upper face;wherein the at least one tooth (504) is centrally located on a lower face of the curved region (501) of the lever (50), and when compressed, penetrates an edge between the rear concave region (102) and the opening (42).
  • 6. The beverage package according to claim 1, the seal further comprising: a sealing tab (200), wherein the sealing tab is elliptical-shaped, having a front convex region (201) along the outer edge of the seal and a rear concave region (202), both regions having an identical thickness throughout;a curved rod (207), constructed and arranged to enable opening of the seal to access contents of the container, the rod extending from the articulation pin in a direction away from the sealing tab; anda projection (203) located on an upper face of the sealing tab, the projection further comprising: an upper face and a lower face;a recessed segment towards the outer edge of the seal, the recessed segment defining a hollow beneath a segment of the projection towards the outer edge; andmultiple teeth (205) located on the lower face of the projection on an end thereof, the teeth, when compressed, penetrating into an edge between the front convex region (201) and the opening in the lid, and wherein an opposite end of the projection having the articulation pin attached to and passing through the orifice of the lid.
  • 7. The beverage package according to claim 1, the seal further comprising: a sealing tab (200), wherein the sealing tab is elliptical-shaped, having a front convex region (201) along the outer edge of the seal and a rear concave region (202), both regions having an identical thickness throughout;a curved rod (207), constructed and arranged to enable opening of the seal to access contents of the container, the rod extending from the articulation pin in a direction away from the sealing tab; anda projection (203′) located on an upper face of the sealing tab, the projection further comprising: an upper face and a lower face;a recessed segment towards the outer edge of the seal, the recessed segment defining a hollow (204′) beneath a segment of the projection towards the outer edge; andmultiple teeth (205′) centrally located on the lower face of the projection, the teeth, when compressed, penetrating into an edge between the rear concave region (202) and the opening in the lid, and wherein an opposite end of the projection having the articulation pin attached to and passing through the orifice of the lid.
  • 8. The beverage package according to claim 1, wherein the seal is elliptical-shaped, having an identical thickness throughout, a front convex region (201) along the outer edge, and a rear concave region (202) along the inner edge, the seal further comprising: a sealing tab (210) located on the lower face of the seal and attached to the seal by a central core piece (211), the sealing tab having multiple teeth (215) located in a peripheral region next to the outer edge of the seal, that when compressed, penetrate an edge between the front convex region (201) and the opening in the lid;an extension extending from the central end of the rear concave region towards the center of the container, the extension also attached to the central articulation pin; anda curved rod (207), constructed and arranged to enable opening of the seal to access contents of the container, the rod extending from the articulation pin in a direction away from the elliptical segment of the sealing tab.
  • 9. The beverage package according to claim 1, wherein the seal is elliptical-shaped, having an identical thickness throughout, a front convex region (1001) along the outer edge, and a rear concave region (1002) along the inner edge, the seal further comprising: an extension extending from the central end of the rear concave region towards the center of the container, the extension also attached to the central articulation pin (1004);a slit (1005) located within the seal in an area towards the outer edge of the seal (100), the slit having a coupling piece (1006) at an end at the outer edge of the seal; anda circular raised grasping region (1007) located on the upper face of the seal above the slit, the grasping region having on an underside the at least one tooth (1008) that, when compressed, penetrates an edge of the opening (1009) in the lid (4).
  • 10. The beverage package according to claim 9, wherein the raised grasping region (1006′) is formed by a curved edge segment and runs along the entire outer edge of the seal.
  • 11. A beverage package, comprising: a) a container (2), having a lid (4) fitted onto an edge (21) of the container (2), the lid having an opening (42); andb) a seal (30), the seal attached to the lid and having an identical thickness throughout, and the seal having a shape identical to the opening, the seal comprising: an inner edge and an outer edge, wherein at least a section of the outer edge is arranged along and aligns with a peripheral edge of the container; anda lever attached to and fixed overtop the seal by a pin, the lever constructed and arranged to enable opening of the seal to access contents of the container, and wherein the seal and the lever are secured and both remain fixed together and attached to the container after opening.
  • 12. The beverage package according to claim 11, wherein the seal is elliptical-shaped and the lever is L-shaped, and wherein the lever having a vertical region and a horizontal region, the horizontal region further comprising: a rod (33) with a tip (33′), the tip attached to the lid at the terminal end of the horizontal region towards the center of the container, and the pin attaching the lever to the seal through the horizontal region,wherein the container further comprising: a first recess on an upper side external wall of the container, the vertical region of the lever fitting within the first recess when the seal is closed; anda second recess (34), located on the lid (4), the second recess shaped identically to the lever and the seal, and positioned to receive and accommodate the lever (31) and the seal (30) when the seal is opened using a 180-degree movement, wherein the rod tip (33′) remains fixed, keeping the seal (30) and the lever (31) attached to the container.
  • 13. The beverage package according to claim 11, wherein the container is a square cross-section container, and wherein the seal (40) and the lever (401) are both rectangular-shaped, the lever further comprising: a curved projection (403) at an end of the lever towards the outer edge of the seal, the curved projection fitting over an external edge of the lid, and an internal edge of the projection having a central curvature forming a tooth (404), wherein the tooth, when compressed, penetrates into an edge between the outer edge of the seal (40) and the opening (408); anda vertical wall (405) located on an end of the lever towards the inner edge of the seal;wherein the lid (4) further comprising: a recess (34), forming a horizontal channel corresponding in shape to the vertical wall of the lever, the channel positioned to receive and accommodate the vertical wall, allowing the sliding of the seal and the lever along the channel when the seal is opened, and keeping the seal and the lever attached to the container after opening.
  • 14. The beverage package according to claim 11, wherein the container is a square cross-section container and the seal is rectangular-shaped, and wherein the lever is square-shaped (401′), the lever further comprising: an upper face and a lower face, the lower face having a central pin (409);a curved raised projection (403′) at an end of the lever facing towards the outer edge of the seal, wherein an internal edge of the projection having a central curvature forming a tooth (404), the tooth, when compressed, penetrates into the edge between the inner edge of the seal (40′) and the opening (408); anda vertical wall (405′) located on an end of the lever towards an opposite side of the container from the seal;wherein the lid (4) further comprising: a recess, having sides forming a horizontal channel, corresponding in shape to the vertical wall of the lever, and wherein sides of the vertical wall extend, forming an axis running under the horizontal channel in the form of a track (406) formed along sides of the recess, andwherein the central pin (409) of the lever fitting within the horizontal channel and restraining sliding movement of the seal when the lever is actuated, allowing the seal and the lever to remain attached to the container after opening.
  • 15. The beverage package according to claim 11, wherein the container is a square cross-section package and the seal is rectangular-shaped, and wherein the lever further comprising: a central raised curvature (4011′) and a projection (4012′) at a higher end facing away from the seal, the projection having a supporting base, andwherein the lid (4′) further comprising: an opening (41′) on a peripheral central edge corresponding with the central outer edge of the seal; anda recess, having sides forming a horizontal channel corresponding in shape to the supporting base of the lever, and wherein the sides of the recess extend forming an axis running under the horizontal channel as a track formed along lower sides of the recess;wherein the supporting base fitting within and restraining sliding movement of the seal when the lever is actuated, allowing the seal and the lever to remain attached to the container after opening.
  • 16. The beverage package according to claim 11, the container further comprising a recess on an upper side external wall of the container, and wherein the seal is elliptical-shaped, further comprising a tip (1300) centrally at the inner edge, the tip extending towards the center of the container and attached to the lid, andwherein the lever is L-shaped, having a vertical region and a horizontal region, the horizontal region terminating in an extension atop of and attached to the tip of the seal by the pin through the horizontal region, the vertical region fitting within the recess, andwherein 180-degree movement of the lever and the attached seal occurs when the lever is actuated, due to deformation of the tip, allowing the seal (130) and the lever (131) to remain attached to the container after opening.
  • 17. The beverage package according to claim 16, the lid further comprising a second recess (134) shaped identically to the lever and the seal, the second recess positioned to receive and accommodate the seal (130) and the lever (131) together when the package is opened by a 180-degree movement, due to the deformation of the tip (1300), allowing the seal (130) and the lever (131) to remain attached to the container after opening.
  • 18. The beverage package according to claim 11, wherein the seal is elliptical-shaped, and wherein the lever having a lower recessed front segment (1411) and a higher raised rear segment (1412), the pin (142) coupling the recessed front segment (1411) to the seal, andwherein the lid further comprising: an elliptical-shaped first recess shaped identically to and corresponding to the seal, the seal sitting within the first recess when the seal is in a closed position; anda second recess (144), shaped identically to and corresponding to the rear segment (1412) of the lever, with the raised rear segment projected and fitting into the second recess (144);wherein the lever also having a central curvature forming a tooth (1413) that when compressed, penetrates into the edge between inner edge of the seal (140) and the opening (143) of the lid, and the lever also having a tip (1414) on a central region along the outer edge of the seal, the tip retained between the lid (4) and an edge of the container (2), and when the lever is actuated, the tip deformation allowing 180-degree movement, allowing the seal and the lever to remain attached to the container after opening.
  • 19. The beverage package according to claim 18, the container further comprising a third recess (145) located on an upper side external wall of the container and shaped identically to the lever and the seal, the third recess positioned to receive and accommodate the seal (140) and the lever (141) when the package is opened in a 180-degree movement, due to deformation of the tip (1414), allowing the seal (140) and the lever (141) to remain attached to the container after opening.
  • 20. The beverage package according to claim 11, wherein the container is a square cross-section container, and wherein the seal is rectangular-shaped, and the inner edge (1501) of the seal is attached to a corresponding inner edge of the opening (155) of the lid (4′), andwherein the lever is rectangular-shaped (151), the lever further comprising: a curved front projection (153) at an end of the lever towards the outer edge of the seal, the curved projection fitting over an external edge of the lid, and an internal edge of the projection having a central curvature forming a tooth (154), wherein the tooth, when compressed, penetrates into an edge between the outer edge of the seal (150) and the opening (155); anda rear projection (153′) on an opposite end of the lever to the front projection;wherein the lid (4′) further comprising a rectangular-shaped recess (42′) shaped identically to and corresponding to the seal, the recess accommodating the seal (150) and the lever (151) after opening, allowing the seal and the lever to remain attached to the container after opening.
  • 21. A beverage package, comprising: a) a container, having a lid (4) fitted onto an edge (21) of the container (2), the lid having two elliptical-shaped openings (42); andb) two seals, attached to the lid and having an identical thickness throughout, both having elliptical shapes identical to the openings, and each comprising: a peripheral curved region (601; 601′), wherein at least a section of the peripheral curved region is arranged along and aligns with a peripheral edge of the container;a central curved region (602; 602′); andtwo levers (61; 61′), wherein each lever is independently coupled to one of the seals at an opposite side edge of the central curved region of the seal (602; 602′), and wherein both levers are attached to the center of the lid (4) by a central pin (63), allowing the seals (60; 60′) to move independently on the openings (64).
  • 22. The beverage package according to claim 21, the lid further comprising a raised central section, the pin attached through the central section, and wherein a first lever (61) having a concave curved region (611) and a second lever (61′) having a convex curved region (611′).
  • 23. The beverage package according to claim 21, wherein both levers (61; 61′) having vertical curves, and each lever is attached within an inner area of one of the opposite side edges of the central curved regions (602; 602′) of one of the seals (60; 60′).
  • 24. A beverage package, comprising: a) a container (2), having a lid (4) fitted onto an edge (21) of the container (2), the lid having an elliptical-shaped opening (42), and comprising a recessed region on an opposite side of the container to the opening; andb) a seal attached to the lid, the seal having an elliptical shape identical to the opening, and comprising: an inner edge and an outer edge, wherein at least a section of the outer edge is arranged along and aligns with a peripheral edge of the container, anda lever attached to and fixed overtop the seal at an end, the lever comprising: an upper face;a lower face, having at least one tooth, that when compressed, penetrates the lid; anda grasping region located at an opposite end of the lever to the seal, wherein the seal and the lever are secured and both remain fixed together and attached to the container after opening.
  • 25. The beverage package according to claim 24, wherein the lever having three segments, a front projecting segment (712), a lowered central segment fixed to the seal, and a rear segment including the grasping region, and wherein the at least one tooth is located on an end of the front segment of the lever, and when compressed penetrates into an edge between the outer edge of the seal (70) and the opening (72), andwherein the rear segment of the lever is connected to the lid by a pin inserted into an orifice within the lid (4), allowing the lever (71) to turn.
  • 26. The beverage package according to claim 24, wherein the lever having three segments, a front projecting segment (812), an adjacent lowered segment (811) fixed to the seal, and a rear segment including the grasping region, and wherein the lowered segment of the lever is connected to the seal by a connecting pin (82), and wherein the at least one tooth is located on an end of the front segment of the lever, and an additional tooth is located on a curvature of the rear segment (815), andwherein the rear segment of the lever is connected to the lid by an articulation pin inserted into an orifice within the lid (4), allowing the lever (81) to turn, andwherein the grasping region is located above the recessed region (84) of the lid (4), the shape of the recessed region selected from the group consisting of: circular and crescent-shaped, and the shape of the grasping region selected from the group consisting of: circular, semi-circular, and rectangular.
  • 27. The beverage package according to claim 24, wherein the lever has three segments, a front projecting segment, an adjacent lowered segment that is fixed to the seal, and a rear segment that includes the grasping region, and wherein the lowered segment of the lever is directly attached to the seal, the at least one tooth is located on an end of the front segment of the lever, and an additional tooth is located on a curvature of the rear segment (815), andwherein the rear segment of the lever is connected to the lid through an articulation pin inserted into an orifice within the lid (4), allowing the lever to turn, andwherein the grasping region rectangular in shape and located above the recessed region (84) of the lid (4), and the recessed region is crescent-shaped.
  • 28. The beverage package according to claim 24, wherein the lever having a front segment (911) attached to the seal by a connecting pin (92), the lever also having a central segment (91) connected to the lid by an articulation pin (95) inserted into an orifice within the lid (4), allowing the lever (91) to turn, and the lever having a central curvature having the least one tooth (913), and a second rear tooth (913′) located on the grasping region (912), and wherein the grasping region is located above the recessed region of the lid (4), and the recessed region is crescent-shaped.
  • 29. A beverage package, comprising: a) a container (2), having a lid (4) fitted onto an edge (21) of the container (2), the lid having a curved opening (42); andb) a seal attached to the lid and having a curved shape identical to the opening, the seal comprising: an inner edge and an outer edge, wherein at least a section of the outer edge is arranged along and aligns with a peripheral edge of the container;a sealing tab; anda grasping region located atop the sealing tab.
  • 30. The beverage package according to claim 29, wherein the grasping region (1102) is half the width of the sealing tab and having a wall running along the outer edge of the seal, the grasping region further comprising: a circular projection (1103) upon a bottom end of the wall; andthe lid further comprising a channel (1104) along a peripheral circumference of the container, the projection fitting within the channel (1104) in the lid (4) and moving along the channel after breaking of the seal, allowing the seal to remain attached to the container after opening.
  • 31. The beverage package according to claim 30, wherein the grasping region (1102) having curved sides and further comprising: multiple projections (1107) located on an upper face of the grasping region; andmultiple teeth (1106) located on a lower face of the grasping region, that, when compressed, penetrate an edge of the opening (1105) of the lid, breaking the seal (110).
  • 32. The beverage package according to claim 29, wherein the grasping region (1102) is half the width of the sealing tab, the grasping region further comprising: a rod (1109) attached at the center of the inner edge of the seal, the rod having a ring attached to the center of the lid (4) by an articulation pin (1109′).
  • 33. The beverage package according to claim 29, the lid further comprising: a raised peripheral (1205) horizontal L-shaped tab;a raised central (1205′) horizontal L-shaped tab, defining a central circular recess (1207) on the lid, and the peripheral and central tabs also defining an inner channel (1206), over which the sealing tab (1201) travels, and an outer channel (1203) over which the grasping region (1202) travels; and
  • 34. The beverage package according to claim 29, the lid further comprising: a recessed inner channel (1209) located beneath the sealing tab; anda circular peripheral channel (1210) located along the edge of the lid;
  • 35. The beverage package according to claim 29, the lid further comprising: a recessed inner channel (1209) located beneath a segment of the seal; and
  • 36. The beverage package according to claim 29, the lid further comprising: an inverted T-shaped channel (1209″);a raised flat central region; anda raised peripheral border (1205);

The beverage package according to claim 29, wherein the sealing tab is located on a lower face of the seal and centrally attached to the grasping region (1202″), forming a single body, the single body comprising: a rod (1213), extending towards the center of the container and ending at the center of the container in a ring-shaped piece (1214), an articulation pin (1215) attaching through the ring and through a corresponding orifice (1216) located in the center of the lid (4); and
