Claims
- 1. An apparatus, comprising:a flexible tube; a plastic top member connected to an opening of the flexible tube, the plastic top member having, a neck having a ring-shaped inner rim that defines an outlet opening, a tearable ring-shaped part, a cover connected to the ring-shaped inner rim by the tearable ring-shaped part so as to provide an impervious stopper for the flexible tube prior to a user tearing the tearable ring-shaped part when opening the flexible tube for a first time, the cover having a same axis of symmetry as the outlet opening, and having, a closing portion connected to said tearable ring-shaped part; a circular plate connected to said closing portion and extending perpendicularly from the axis of symmetry, and at least three lugs projecting radially from a periphery of the circular plate; a skirt having a common axis of symmetry as the axis of symmetry of the cover, the skirt having, an open end, wherein an inner surface of the open end is at least partially cylindrical and follows a same shape as the periphery of the circular plate, except for at least three cavities formed in the inner surface that are positioned to receive the at least three lugs of the periphery of the cover, wherein the skirt is configured to be passed along a direction of the axis of symmetry over the cover such that the at least three cavities of the skirt receive the at least three lugs of the cover immobilizing the skirt with respect to the plastic top member, and to closely encircle an outer surface of the neck, and the skirt and cover are configured to cap the flexible tube after tearing the tearable ring-shaped part.
- 2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein:the at least three cavities formed in the inner surface of the skirt are configured to be closer to an opposing end of the skirt than the open end.
- 3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein:the tearable ring-shaped part is configured to be less thick than the ring-shaped inner rim and the cover.
- 4. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein:said closing portion has a shape of at least one of a crown and a nipple, said closing portion being configured to serve as an impervious member after the tearable ring-shaped part is torn.
- 5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein:the closing portion is configured to close the outlet opening of the plastic top member by driving an end of the closing portion into the ring-shaped inner rim.
- 6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein:the neck has a shoulder configured to serve as a tamper-proof indicator, a predetermined separation distance between the shoulder and the open end of the skirt being indicative of the container being open.
- 7. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein:the skirt is connected to the circular plate at the open end of the skirt by bridge extensions of material such that the skirt and the plastic top member are a single unit, the bridge extensions of material being configured to be broken by passing the skirt over the cover such that the at least three cavities of the skirt receive the at least three lugs of the cover.
- 8. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein:the inner surface of the skirt is configured to have longitudinal grooves thereon between the open end and the at least three cavities, the longitudinal grooves having a depth being less than a projection length of the at least three cavities, and having a width being at least equal to that of the at least three lugs on the circular plate and configured to guide the at least three lugs into the at least three cavities as the skirt is passed along a direction of the axis of symmetry over the cover.
- 9. An apparatus, comprising:a flexible tube; a plastic top member connected to an opening of the flexible tube, the plastic top member having, a neck having a ring-shaped inner rim that defines an outlet opening, a tearable ring-shaped part, a cover connected to the ring-shaped inner rim by the tearable ring-shaped part so as to provide an impervious stopper for the flexible tube prior to a user tearing the tearable ring-shaped part when opening the flexible tube for a first time, the cover having a same axis of symmetry as the outlet opening, and having, a closing portion connected to said tearable ring-shaped part; a circular plate connected to said closing portion and extending perpendicularly from the axis of symmetry, and an interlocking mechanism configured to interlock the cover with a skirt that fits over a periphery of the circular plate; the skirt having a common axis of symmetry as the axis of symmetry of the cover, the skirt having, an open end, wherein an inner surface of the open end is at least partially cylindrical and follows a same shape as the periphery of the circular plate, and a receiving mechanism configured to receive at least a portion of the interlocking mechanism, wherein the skirt is configured to be passed along a direction of the axis of symmetry over the cover such that the interlocking mechanism is at least partially inserted into the receiving mechanism immobilizing the skirt with respect to the plastic top member, and is further configured to closely encircle an outer surface of the neck, and the skirt and cover are configured to cap the flexible tube after tearing the tearable ring-shaped part.
- 10. An apparatus, comprising:a container; a plastic top member connected to an opening of the container, the plastic top member having, a neck having a ring-shaped inner rim that defines an outlet opening, a tearable ring-shaped part, a cover connected to the ring-shaped inner rim by the tearable ring-shaped part so as to provide an impervious stopper for the container prior to a user tearing the tearable ring-shaped part when opening the container for a first time, the cover having a same axis of symmetry as the outlet opening, and having, a closing portion connected to said tearable ring-shaped part; a circular plate connected to said closing portion and extending perpendicularly from the axis of symmetry, and at least three lugs projecting radially from a periphery of the circular plate; a skirt having a common axis of symmetry as the axis of symmetry of the cover, the skirt having, an open end, wherein an inner surface of the open end is at least partially cylindrical and follows a same shape as the periphery of the circular plate, except for at least three cavities formed in the inner surface that are positioned to receive the at least three lugs of the periphery of the cover, wherein the skirt is configured to be passed along a direction of the axis of symmetry over the cover such that the at least three cavities of the skirt receive the at least three lugs of the cover immobilizing the skirt with respect to the plastic top member, and to closely encircle an outer surface of the neck, and the skirt and cover are configured to cap the container after tearing the tearable ring-shaped part.
- 11. apparatus of claim 10, wherein:the at least three cavities formed in the inner surface of the skirt are configured to be closer to an opposing end of the skirt than the open end.
- 12. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein:the tearable ring-shaped part is configured to be less thick than the ring-shaped inner rim and the cover.
- 13. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein:said closing portion has a shape of at least one of a crown and a nipple, said closing portion being configured to serve as an impervious member after the tearable ring-shaped part is torn.
- 14. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein:the closing portion is configured to close the outlet opening of the plastic top member by driving an end of the closing portion into the ring-shaped inner rim.
- 15. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein:the neck has a shoulder configured to serve as a tamper-proof indicator, a predetermined separation distance between the shoulder and the open end of the skirt being indicative of the container being open.
- 16. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein:the skirt is connected to the circular plate at the open end of the skirt by bridge extensions of material such that the skirt and the plastic top member are a single unit, the bridge extensions of material being configured to be broken by passing the skirt over the cover such that the at least three cavities of the skirt receive the at least three lugs of the cover.
- 17. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein:the inner surface of the skirt is configured to have longitudinal grooves thereon between the open end and the at least three cavities, the longitudinal grooves having a depth being less than a projection length of the at least three cavities, and having a width being at least equal to that of the at least three lugs on the circular plate and configured to guide the at least three lugs into the at least three cavities as the skirt is passed along a direction of the axis of symmetry over the cover.
- 18. An apparatus, comprising:a container; a plastic top member connected to an opening of the container, the plastic top member having, a neck having a ring-shaped inner rim that defines an outlet opening, a tearable ring-shaped part, a cover connected to the ring-shaped inner rim by the tearable ring-shaped part so as to provide an impervious stopper for the container prior to a user tearing the tearable ring-shaped part when opening the container for a first time, the cover having a same axis of symmetry as the outlet opening, and having, a closing portion connected to said tearable ring-shaped part; a circular plate connected to said closing portion and extending perpendicularly from the axis of symmetry, and an interlocking mechanism configured to interlock the cover with a skirt that fits over a periphery of the circular plate; the skirt having a common axis of symmetry as the axis of symmetry of the cover, the skirt having, an open end, wherein an inner surface of the open end is at least partially cylindrical and follows a same shape as the periphery of the circular plate, and a receiving mechanism configured to receive at least a portion of the interlocking mechanism, wherein the skirt is configured to be passed along a direction of the axis of symmetry over the cover such that the interlocking mechanism is at least partially inserted into the receiving mechanism immobilizing the skirt with respect to the plastic top member, and further configured to closely encircle an outer surface of the neck, and the skirt and cover are configured to cap the container after tearing the tearable ring-shaped part.
