Field of the Disclosure
The disclosure relates to container devices and more particularly pertains to a new container device being separable into a plurality of sections.
An embodiment of the disclosure meets the needs presented above by generally comprising a container that is divided into a plurality of selectively removable sections. Thus, the removable sections are manipulated to define a bottle, a cup, a dish and a funnel. A cap is removably coupled to the container.
There has thus been outlined, rather broadly, the more important features of the disclosure in order that the detailed description thereof that follows may be better understood, and in order that the present contribution to the art may be better appreciated. There are additional features of the disclosure that will be described hereinafter and which will form the subject matter of the claims appended hereto.
The objects of the disclosure, along with the various features of novelty which characterize the disclosure, are pointed out with particularity in the claims annexed to and forming a part of this disclosure.
The disclosure will be better understood and objects other than those set forth above will become apparent when consideration is given to the following detailed description thereof. Such description makes reference to the annexed drawings wherein:
With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to
As best illustrated in
The peripheral wall 20 is divided into a bottom section 22, a medial section 24 and a top section 26. The bottom section 22 has a distal edge 28 with respect to the bottom end 18 and the medial section 24 has an upper edge 30 and a lower edge 32. The top section 26 has a distal edge 33 with respect to the top end 16 and the peripheral wall 20 has an inner surface 34 and an outer surface 36. The outer surface 36 corresponding to the medial section 24 is threaded adjacent to the lower edge 32 and the inner surface 34 corresponding to the bottom section 22 is threaded adjacent to the distal edge 28 of the bottom section 22. Thus, the medial section 24 threadably engages the bottom section 22.
The inner surface 34 corresponding to the medial section 24 is threaded adjacent to the upper edge 30 and the outer surface 36 corresponding to the top section 26 is threaded adjacent to the distal edge 33 of the top section 26. Thus, the top section 26 threadably engages the medial section 24. The peripheral wall 20 tapers inwardly between the distal edge 33 of the top section 26 and the top end 16 such that the top end 16 has a diameter that is less than a diameter of the bottom end 18. A cap 38 is removably coupled to the container 12 and the cap 38 is positioned on the top end 16 of the container 12.
In an alternative embodiment 40 as shown in
In use, the bottom section 22 is matable to the medial section 24 such that the bottom section 22 and the medial section 24 forms a cup 58. The top section 26 is matable to the medial section 24 when the bottom section 22 is mated to the medial section 24. Thus, the bottom section 22, the medial section 24 and the top section 26 forms a bottle 60. The bottom section 22 is removable from the medial section 24 such that the bottom section 22 forms a dish 62. The top section 26 is removable from the medial section 24 such that the top section 26 forms a funnel 64. The fluid 14 may be poured outwardly from the cup 58 and into the funnel 64 thereby facilitating the fluid 14 to be transferred without spilling the fluid 14. The bottle 60 may be placed in a cold environment that is cold enough to freeze the fluid 14 within the bottle 60. The top section 26 is removed from the medial section 24 thereby facilitating the frozen fluid 14 to be consumed in the convention of ice cream or other similar frozen food item.
With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.
Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word “comprising” is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article “a” does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
