Container device with tightly engaged cover

Abstract

A container device with a tightly engaged cover comprises a container; each of at least two lateral walls having a buckling recess; a cover; each of at least two sides of the cover being formed with downward buckling plate; an inner side of each buckling plate having at least one buckle; an upper side of one end of the buckle having a buckling block. When the cover covers upon the container, the buckling plates of the cover will be expanded so that the cover covers the container. The buckles of the buckling plates of the cover will align to and enter into the buckling recesses of the container so that the buckles move downwards through a length; and thus the buckling blocks of the buckles will engage in the buckling recesses of the container; and the container is engaged with the cover by horizontal insertion and buckling effect.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the buckling assembly of a container of the present invention is illustrated. The present invention has the following elements.

A container 1 is included. Each of at least two lateral walls has a buckling recess 11 which do not penetrate through a wall of the container 1.

A cover 2 is as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 3. Each of at least two sides is formed with downward buckling plate 20. An inner side of each buckling plate 20 has at least one buckle 21. An upper side of one end of the buckle 21 has a buckling block 22 (referring to FIG. 6).

An inner diameter of the buckling recess 11 is smaller than the sum of one diameter of the buckle 21 and the buckling blocks 22 at two sides of the buckle 21.

The cover 2 is installed with a handle 23 which is integral or separably formed with the cover 2. In this drawing, it is illustrated that the handle 23 and the cover 2 are integral formed. If the handle 23 and the cover 2 are separated, the cover 2 has at least two buckling holes 24 for receiving two ends of the handle 23.

Referring to FIG. 5, the embodiment about the buckling holes 24 of the present invention is illustrated. An outer side of the buckling hole 24 is formed with an inclined surface 241 for resisting against an upper side of a distal end of the handle 23. An inner side of the buckling hole 24 is a vertical resisting portion 242 for resisting against a block 231 protruded from a lower side of the distal end of the handle 23. The block 231 is a triangular block.

By above mentioned structure, when the cover 2 covers upon the container 1, the buckling plates 20 of the cover 2 will be expanded so that the cover 2 covers the container 1. The buckles 21 of the buckling plates 20 of the cover 2 will align to and enter into the buckling recesses 11 of the container 1 so that the buckles 21 move downwards through a length. Thus the buckling blocks 22 of the buckles 21 will engage in the buckling recesses 11 of the container 1 (referring to FIG. 4). Thus, the container 1 is engaged with the cover 2 by horizontal insertion and buckling effect.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.

Claims

1. A container device with a tightly engaged cover comprising: a container; each of at least two lateral walls having a buckling recess;a cover; each of at least two sides of the cover being formed with downward buckling plate; an inner side of each buckling plate having at least one buckle; an upper side of one end of the buckle having a buckling block;wherein when the cover covers upon the container, the buckling plates of the cover will be expanded so that the cover covers the container; the buckles of the buckling plates of the cover will align to and enter into the buckling recesses of the container so that the buckles move downwards through a length; and thus the buckling blocks of the buckles will engage in the buckling recesses of the container; and the container is engaged with the cover by horizontal insertion and buckling effect.

2. The container device with a tightly engaged cover as claimed in claim 1, wherein a buckling recess do not penetrate through a wall of the container.

3. The container device with a tightly engaged cover as claimed in claim 1, wherein an inner diameter of the buckling recess is smaller than the sum of one diameter of the buckle and the buckling blocks at two sides of the buckle.

4. The container device with a tightly engaged cover as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cover is installed with a handle.

5. The container device with a tightly engaged cover as claimed in claim 4, wherein the handle and the cover are separately formed, the cover has at least two buckling holes for receiving two ends of the handle.

6. The container device with a tightly engaged cover as claimed in claim 1, wherein an outer side of the buckling hole is formed with an inclined surface for resisting against an upper side of a distal end of the handle.

7. The container device with a tightly engaged cover as claimed in claim 1, wherein an inner side of the buckling hole is a vertical resisting portion for resisting against a block protruded from a lower side of the distal end of the handle; and the block is a triangular block.
