DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

It should be noted that this disclosure includes a plurality of embodiments, with a plurality of elements and aspects, and such elements and aspects need not necessarily be interpreted as being conjunctively required by one or more embodiments of the present invention. Rather, all combinations of the one or more elements and/or aspects can enable a separate embodiment of the present invention, which may be claimed with particularity in this or any one or more future filed Non-Provisional Patent Applications. Moreover, any particular materials, structures, and/or sizes disclosed herein, whether expressly or implicitly, are to be construed strictly as illustrative and enabling, and not necessarily limiting. Therefore, it is expressly set forth that such materials, structures, and/or sizes independently or in any combination thereof, are merely illustratively representative of one or more embodiments of the present invention and are not to be construed as necessary in a strict sense.

Further, to the extent the same element or aspect is defined differently within this disclosure, whether expressly or implicitly, the broader definition is to take absolute precedence, with the distinctions encompassed by the narrower definition to be strictly construed as optional.

Illustratively, perceived benefits of the present invention can include functional utility, whether expressly or implicitly stated herein, or apparent herefrom. However, it is expressly set forth that these benefits are not intended as exclusive. Therefore, any explicit, implicit, or apparent benefit from the disclosure herein is expressly deemed as applicable to the present invention.

According to the present invention, a container display device can be formed of any one or more desired materials, including but not limited to, plastic, rubber, metal, wood, a fabric, animal skin, a crystalline material, or any other naturally-occurring or man-made material, insofar as functionally compatible with the present invention.

In an exemplary application, a container display device can abut a wall and statically support one or more containers, which can be provided with any functionally compatible shape, such as cylindrical, for example and not in limitation.

FIG. 1A-1C illustrate one exemplary embodiment of the present invention, in which a container display device 100 can be configured to abut a wall 1 and display at least one container 2. As illustrated, device 100 can include a first face 102 and a second face 104 connected thereto, which can form a v-shape.

As further illustrated, first face 102 can be positioned about 45 degrees from wall 1 and can extend along a first plane P1; whilst second face 104 can be positioned about 45 degrees from the wall and can extend along a second plane P2 about 90 degrees from the first plane.

As additionally illustrated, container 2A can have a container width CW and a container length CL greater than the container width, and second face 104 can include at least one support structure 108 configured to statically support the container such that the container extends lengthwise away from the second face and parallel to first plane P1. As illustratively shown, support structure 108 can be provided as a pair of rods 108, for example and not in limitation. Notably, the present invention contemplates the display of a container having any shape and/or size, insofar as functionally compatible. Further, support structure 108 can be provided as any one or more elements functionally consistent with the present invention, such as a shelf, a sleeve, a pocket, a support structure, etc. For example and not in limitation, as illustrated in FIG. 2, support structure 108 (or 108A, as shown in FIG. 1B) can include a cradle.

In an additional exemplary aspect, first and/or second face 102,104 can be provided with planar shapes, for example and not in limitation; however, either face can be provided with any shape or shapes desired insofar as functionally compatible with the present invention.

In additional exemplary aspects, first face 102 can have a first face width FFW and a first face height FFH greater that the first face width; second face 104 can have a second face width SFW and a second face height SFH greater than the second face width; the first and second face heights can be equal; and the first and second face widths can be equal. While these relative heights and widths provide an exemplary application of the present invention, the same is not limited thereto, and therefore, can include various relative widths and heights to accommodate custom applications of the present invention to the extent desired.

As illustratively shown in FIGS. 1A-1C, second face 104 can optionally include another support structure 108A configured to statically support a second container 2A having a second container width 2CW and a second container length 2CL greater than the second container width, with the second container being orientated parallel to first plane P2 and extending lengthwise away from second face 104.

As illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4, optionally, first face 102 can include a slot S and at least a portion of second face 104 can be positioned with the slot. Further optionally, a light source L, such as an LED for example and not in limitation, can additionally be positioned in slot S for illumination purposes. It should be noted that slot S and light source L can alternatively be provided with second face 104 with at least a portion of first face 102 being positioned therein to the extent desired.

As illustrated in FIG. 1A, an exemplary application of the present invention can include wall 1, against/to which a container display device 100 can abut and/or attach. In an exemplary aspect, device 100 can lean against wall 1. In another exemplary aspect, attachment can be effectuated with any one or more attachment elements insofar as functionally compatible, such as for example and not in limitation, one or more of a bolt, nut, screw, nail, adhesive, ferromagnetic element, clamp, strap, etc. As illustratively shown in FIG. 4, attachment of device 100 to wall 1 can be effectuated with one or more screws 132.

In still a further exemplary aspect, as illustrated in FIG. 4, a container display device can further include a rear brace 106, which can include a first rear brace side 106A connected to first face 102 and a second rear brace side 106B connected to second face 104.

In yet a further exemplary aspect, as illustrated in FIG. 5, multiple container display devices 100 can be configured to abut with or connect to each other, such as to span taller, wider, and/or irregularly shaped areas.

It will be apparent to one of ordinary skill in the art that the manner of making and using the claimed invention has been adequately disclosed in the above-written and attached description of the exemplary embodiments and aspects of the present invention.

It should be understood, however, that the invention is not necessarily limited to the specific embodiments, aspects, arrangement, and components shown and described above, but may be susceptible to numerous variations within the scope of the invention. For example, the present invention contemplates various shapes and types of containers, which can include sealed or vented containers, such as wine or liquor bottles, for example and not in limitation.

Therefore, the specification and drawings are to be regarded in an illustrative and enabling, rather than a restrictive, sense.

Accordingly, it will be understood that the above description of the embodiments of the present invention are susceptible to various modifications, changes, and adaptations, and the same are intended to be comprehended within the meaning and range of equivalents apparent to one of ordinary skill in the art.
