The present utility model relates to a structural arrangement in container-drum. More specifically, it comprises a container-drum including an upper cardboard cover provided with transportation handles and grooves for housing the fastening strip, as wall as a lower plastic cover provided with transportation handles that have, in a lower portion thereof, a negative slope coinciding with through holes described onto the body of the container-drum, allowing the locking of the cover and facilitating the movement thereof.
The container-drum comprises a package and transportation structure, which is presented in a generally cylindrical or octagonal shape, having an upper cover and a lower cover. The container-drum is intended for storage, manual or mechanical handling and transportation of granulate, liquid and doughy materials.
The prior art shows packages of cardboard or honeycombed plastic base, steel or plastic drums and barrels. Packages having cardboard or honeycombed plastic base have the inconvenience of not having proper devices for hoisting, as well as the surface of the covers having a flat shape, which hampers the tilting of the packaging and manual movement, requiring the use of pallets. Further, packages having a lower cardboard cover become more fragile when exposed to humidity.
In turn, steel or plastic drums take more storage space, and barrels are packages consisting of cardboard packages which pose unsatisfactory conditions for manual handling.
On the other hand, the prior art shows documents PI0505874BR, U.S. Pat. No. 7,963,415 (B2), AR057170, AT399132, EP1785365, ES2309890, CL46590, IN1236 and PT1785365, of the same assignee, comprising a cover positioned on top and at the or a container-drum, following the shape of the container-drum body, having a surface with circular projection and orthogonal projection of a tab that encircles the edge of the container-drum body, said surface having a central recess and concentric channels for housing the fastening strips, said concentric channels starting from the central recess and showing radiating re-entrant parts and grooves arranged between the channels.
As can be seen, the prior art shows a container-drum which, despite partially solving the load storage and movement problem, still needs perfecting so as to facilitate the locking of the cover with the body, as well as provide reinforcement structure throughout the lower plastic cover arrangement, in addition co enabling the fastening strip to be fastened around the container-drum body, allowing easy strapping and handling.
Thus, there is a need for a container-drum provided with a cover having the orthogonal projection of a tab that encircles the edge of the container-drum body, describing an upper cardboard cover provided with transportation handles and grooves for housing the fastening strip and a lower plastic cover provided with transportation handles having, in a lower portion thereof, a negative slope coinciding with the through holes described onto the body of the container-drum, allowing the locking of the cover and facilitating the movement thereof.
In order to better describe the technical features of the structural arrangement in container-drum, the following related figures are shown:
The structural arrangement in container-drum, object of the present utility model, comprises a cardboard cover (10) positioned on the upper portion, and a plastic cover (20) positioned on the lower portion of the container-drum body (30), said cover (10) and cover (20) which follow the shape of the container-drum body (30), including an orthogonal projection with a tab (11) and a tab (22) which encircles the edges of the container-drum body (30).
The cardboard cover (10) shows an orthogonal projection having a handle (11) provided with transportation handles (12) arranged in an interleaved way, which encircles the edge of the container-drum body (30), describing, between the tabs (11) and grooves (13) which show positive projection (131) facing the lower portion of the cardboard cover (10), which coincide with the through holes (31) described onto the container-drum body (30), ensuring the fastening of the cover (10) to the container-drum body (30).
On the grooves (13) of the cardboard cover (10), a fastening strip (40) is housed, which promotes the gripping of the cover (10) to the drum body (30), the fastening strips (40) are made of semi-flexible material and are arranged in the grooves (13) so as to encircle the cover (10), ensuring the fastening of the cover (10) to the container body (30).
The container-drum body (30) having orthogonal shape comprises, in an upper portion thereof, through holes (31) described around the entire container-drum body (30). On the lower portion of the body (30), through holes (32) are described arranged in an interleaved way, showing a rectangular shape with rounded edges, having a measurement of 97 mm in length and 43 mm in height, thus, enabling a perfect fit for the plastic cover (20) to the container-drum body (30) and its due locking.
The plastic cover (20) is provided with a surface with circular projection (21) and an orthogonal projection with a tab (22), describing on its surface concentric channels (23) which start from the central recess (24). Between the channels (23), radiating re-entrant parts and grooves (25) are arranged throughout the circular projection (21) of the cover (20).
The edges of the upper surface of the cover (20) show a chamfered region (26) and raised grooves (27), allowing a better support for the cover (20).
The orthogonal projection with a tab (22) shows longitudinal reinforcement grooves (28) arranged between the sides of the orthogonal projection, allowing better durability of the cover (20) and stability when locking to the body (30).
On the cover (20), transportation handles (29) are arranged, which show, in a lower portion thereof, transverse grooves (291) having a negative slope originating from the circular projection (21) to the edge of the tab (22), facilitating the fitting to the through holes (32) provided onto the container-drum body (30), hampering the disengagement and allowing better safety to the container drum.
The transportation handles (29) provided with longitudinal grooves (291) having negative slope coincide with the through holes (32) arranged on the surface of the container-drum body (30), ensuring a perfect lock of the cover (20) to the body (30) due to its angle, which facilitates the fitting.
The cover (20), when secured to the container-drum body (30), shows a fastening strip (40) arranged so as to encircle the cover (20), promoting the gripping of the cover (20) to the drum body (30), ensuring better stability and support to the container-drum.
The inner face of the cover (20) shows a surface provided with re-entrant parts and supporting grooves (211) of the circular projection (21) contacting the octagonal projection of the cover (22), ensuring better stability and durability to the cover (10).
The re-entrant parts and grooves (25) arranged on the surface of the cover (20) ensure stability to the container-drum when supported by the ground.
