Claims
- 1. Device (1) for automatically extracting a straw (2) arranged in the interior (INT) of a container (3) provided with opening means (MO), such as a cylindrical can, for example, characterized in that it comprises:
a straw-supporting element (4) mobile between a free position (A) in which the straw (2) which it supports has its end (2a) in the orifice (5) of the opening means (MO) of the container (3) and a locked position (B) in which said end is arranged in the interior (INT) the container (3), means (MS) for stressing the straw-supporting element (4) adapted to bias the latter from its locked position (B) toward its free position (A), locking means (MV) adapted to lock the straw-supporting element (4) in its locked position (B), releasing means (MDV) adapted to release the supporting element (4) from its locked position (B).
- 2. Device (1) for automatically extracting a straw (2) according to claim 1, characterized in that the actuation of the opening means (MO) of the container (3) control the actuation of the releasing means (MDV) which release the straw-supporting element (4).
- 3. Device (1) for automatically extracting a straw (2) according to claim 1, characterized in that the straw-supporting element is constituted by a supporting arm (4) provided with means for retaining the straw (2) at its end (4a), said arm being articulated between its free position (A) and its locked position (B) on an independent intermediate piece (9) affixed to the container (3).
- 4. Device (1) for automatically extracting a straw (2) according to claim 3, characterized in that the stressing means (MS) of the straw (2) are constituted by the articulation (13) of the straw-supporting arm (4) on the independent intermediate piece (9) and/or by the supporting arm itself and are obtained due to the flexibility and elasticity of the material used to make the arm, the piece, and the articulation which connects them.
- 5. Device (1) for automatically extracting a straw (2) according to claim 1, characterized in that the locking means (MV) are constituted by a secondary locking arm (8) which has, at its end (8a), an assembly of abutment surfaces (11, 11a, 11b, 11c) adapted to cooperate with complementary support surfaces (12, 12a, 12b, 12c) carried by the straw-supporting element (4) when the latter is in the locked position (B).
- 6. Device (1) for automatically extracting a straw (2) according to claim 5, characterized in that the unlocking means (MDV) are constituted by a releasing lug (15) carried by the secondary locking means (8) and adapted to cooperate with the opening means (MO) of the container (3) to cause the displacement of the secondary arm (8) toward an extreme releasing position (D) in which its abutment surfaces (11, 11a, 11b, 11c) no longer cooperate with the complementary support surfaces (12, 12a, 12b, 12c) of the straw-supporting element (4).
- 7. Device (1) for automatically extracting a straw (2) according to claim 1, characterized in that the straw-supporting element (4), the stressing means (MS), the locking (MV) and unlocking (MDV) means are constituted by a single piece called the independent intermediate piece (9).
- 8. Device (1) for automatically extracting a straw (2) according to claim 7, characterized in that the independent intermediate piece (9) is in the form of an annular ring adapted to be arranged beneath the upper wall or cover (16) of a container (3) in the form of a cylindrical can.
- 9. Device (1) for automatically extracting a straw (2) according to claim 8, characterized in that the intermediate piece (9) comprises sealing means adapted to make it possible to obtain sealing between the cover (16) and the peripheral wall (21) of the can (3), these sealing means being implemented during their assembly.
- 10. Container (3) for beverage, of the type comprising a device (1) for automatically extracting a straw (2) according to claim 1.
