Hereinafter, an explanation on the container having the spoon according to the present invention will be given in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a container having a spoon according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view showing the container having the spoon according to the present invention, FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing the container having the spoon according to the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a sectional view showing the state where roller magnets are disposed on a locking portion and a locking protrusion in the container having the spoon according to the present invention.

The present invention relates to the container having the spoon that has the storage portion formed at the inside thereof to keep the spoon therein, so that it is convenient to use the spoon, and the spoon is kept inside the container in a sanitary state, without any contact with the content stored in the container.

According to the present invention, in more detail, the container having the spoon 300 includes: the container part 100 having the body 110 for storing a content therein and the opening 120 formed on top of the body 110; the cap 200 coupled to the opening 120 of the container part 100 to seal the container part 100; and the spoon 300 disposed inside the container part 100.

The opening 120 of the container part 100 has a screw surface formed along the outer periphery thereof, and the cap 200 has a screw surface formed along the inner periphery thereof, so that the cap 200 is screw-coupled to the outer periphery of the opening 120.

The spoon 300 is kept inside the container part 100, without any contact with the content stored in the body 110 of the container part 100.

According to the present invention, further, the opening 120 of the container part 100 has the ring-shaped groove 121 formed along the inner periphery of the lower portion thereof, and the support member 400 is disposed on the groove 121 in such a manner as to be coupled to the spoon 300 having the head 310 and the handle 320.

Further, the spoon 300 has a hook-shaped locking protrusion 321 formed on one side of the handle 320 in such a manner as to be locked onto the support member 400, so that the spoon 300 can be kept inside the container part 100, without any contact with the content stored in the container.

On the other hand, the support member 400 includes the locking portion 410 coupled to the handle 320 of the spoon 300, the left and right protruding portions 420 and 430 protruding symmetrically in an oblique direction from both ends of the locking portion 410, and the left and right fitting portions 440 and 450 protruding symmetrically from the left and right protruding portions 420 in a direction parallel to the locking portion 410 and thus inserted into the groove 121 formed on the opening 120.

The left and right fitting portions 440 and 450 are inserted into the groove 121 formed on the opening 120.

According to the present invention, furthermore, the body 110 of the container part 100 has the storage portion 111 formed on the upper portion thereof to insert the head 310 of the spoon 300 thereinto, and the storage portion 111 has the convex portion 112 formed on the outside thereof and the concave portion 113 formed on the inside thereof.

According to the present invention, on the other hand, roller magnets 500 are disposed on the locking portion 410 of the support member 400 and the locking protrusion 321 of the spoon 300 to prevent the spoon 300 from being easily separated from the inside of the container in the state of being kept at the inside of the container.

Each of the roller magnets 500 coupled to the locking portion 410 and the locking protrusion 321 includes a magnet case 510 and a long cylindrical magnet 520 inserted into the magnet case 510 in such a manner as to move in the interior of the magnet case 510.

Even if the roller magnets 500 coupled to the locking portion 410 and the locking protrusion 321 have any polarity of N and S polarities, they rotate inside the magnet cases 510 and change to the S and N polarities facing each other, so that no repulsive forces are generated, but only attractive forces are generated, thereby allowing the roller magnets 500 coupled to the locking portion 410 and the locking protrusion 321 to be coupled to each other.

A method for coupling the roller magnets 500 to the locking portion 410 and the locking protrusion 321 is carried out by forming magnet coupling grooves on the locking portion 410 and the locking protrusion 321 and then by forcedly fitting the rollers magnets 500 to the magnet coupling grooves.

Otherwise, the magnet coupling grooves are formed on the locking portion 410 and the locking protrusion 321, and next, the roller magnets 500 are attached to the magnet coupling grooves by means of bonding.

If the locking portion 410 and the locking protrusion 321 are made of a synthetic resin like PP, PE and so on, otherwise, the roller magnets 500 are first seated on the molds for the locking portion 410 and the locking protrusion 321, and next, a synthetic resin-molten liquid is poured into the molds by means of general insert injection molding.

As mentioned above, on the other hand, the support member 400 is made as a separate member from the container part 100 in such a manner as to be disposed on the ring-shaped groove 121 formed on the inner periphery of the lower portion of the opening 120 of the container part 100, but of course, the support member 400 may be unitarily molded with the container part 100.

According to the present invention, the container having the spoon has the storage portion formed at the inside thereof to keep the spoon therein, so that it is convenient to use the spoon, and the spoon is kept inside the container in a sanitary state, without any contact with the content stored in the container.

As described above, the container having the spoon according to the present invention has the storage portion formed at the inside thereof to keep the spoon at the interior thereof, so that after one end of the spoon is taken by a user, the spoon is then used, and next, the spoon is simply kept inside the storage portion, thereby making it convenient to use the spoon.

In the state where the content is overfilled in the spoon, further, the exceeding quantity of content can be removed through the storage portion, so that only a fixed quantity of content is taken, and also, the spoon can be kept in a sanitary state, without any contact with the content stored in the container.

While the present invention has been described with reference to the particular illustrative embodiments, it is not to be restricted by the embodiments but only by the appended claims. It is to be appreciated that those skilled in the art can change or modify the embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention.
