BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates generally to a container opening identification structure; and more particularly to an innovative container opening identification structure with a non-equal configuration pre-broken line.
2. Description of Related Art Including Information Disclosed Under 37 CFR 1.97 and 37 CFR 1.98
For foods to be sold on the shelves, in order to consider the external conditions such as hygiene or protection of appearance integrity, a vacuum-formed plastic container is usually used as a package to pack the food, and then the cover body is covered on the opening of box body by embedding, snapping, etc. However, the unscrupulous person or the intentional person can easily open the cover body, and insert the foreign body or toxic substance from the gap and then quickly cover it, the container has no trace of being opened from the appearance, so that consumers and salesmen have no way to identify whether the container has been opened.
In view of the above reasons, the relevant industry has developed the various container opening identification structures, and a comprehensive view of the various conventional container opening identification structures, the specific types are different, but the male and female snapping position between the box body and the cover body or pre-broken connecting body position is usually designed around the position or adjacent side through a loop-like or linearly extended pre-broken line structure, to achieve a low-intensity component connection state, so that when the hand wants to open the container cover body, the pre-broken line can be completely disconnected only by applying a little force, the cover body is opened relative to the box body.
However, because the pre-broken line disposed in the anti-opening identification structure of the conventional container has the connection point of each interval configuration in an equal configuration, if the configuration density is too loose, each pre-broken line will be easily in a completely-broken loose state due to the slight collision of the external force during the process of packaging or handling the container in the future, which results in that the resources must be scrapped before the container is not put in use; on the contrary, if the connection point configuration density of the pre-broken line is too dense, when the consumer wants to open the container, it is difficult to open the container due to excessive resistance, there is a problem of inconvenient use, and the focus is too difficult to break, which will lose the original ability to open the identification rather than the industry's wishes.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the present invention is to provide a container opening identification structure with a non-equal configuration pre-broken line, and the technical problem to be solved is make breakthroughs in innovation in developing a new container opening identification structure which is more ideal and practical.
Based on the foregoing object, the technical feature of the present invention is mainly to provide a container with a box body and a cover body. A closed frame is formed around the opening above the box body, and the cover body has a closed periphery and a closed frame in a sealed state to each other; the container opening identification structure includes a removable combination connection part disposed at a position corresponding to the closed frame and the covered periphery, and a pre-broken line disposed at a position adjacent to the removal combination connection part, the pre-broken line is broken when the user opens the cover body, so that the relative combination connection part is torn off and removed. Wherein the pre-broken line includes a plurality of spaced-apart slits and a plurality of connecting bodies formed between the adjacent broken slits; and the connecting bodies are in a non-equal configuration, that is, the distribution interval of the connecting bodies is in a non-equal configuration state.
The main effect and advantage of the present invention is that the connecting bodies of the pre-broken line is in a non-equal configuration state, so that the pre-broken line for opening the identification structure of the container is not easily broken by a slight collision, and also it can also take into account the practical and convenient effect when the user opens the cover.
Further, the removable combination connection part of the container opening identification structure includes a covered periphery disposed in the cover body as well as a male part and a female part corresponding to a side corner of the closed frame of the box body, the male part and the female part are snap-fitted relative to the position to form a covered and positioned state of the cover body, and the pre-broken line is disposed at a circumferential or partial peripheral side of the removable combination connection part in a loop shape, a bended shape or a straight shape.
In addition, the removable combination connection part of the container opening identification structure is a strip-shaped area type corresponding to the same side of the covered periphery of the cover body and the closed frame of the box body, thereby forming a connecting state of the cover body and the box body. The pre-broken line is disposed at the adjacent position of the two sides of the removable combination connection part in a linear extension state.
In addition, the non-equal configuration type of the connection bodies disposed in the pre-broken line is such that the density of the distribution interval between the connecting bodies disposed outside is maximized, and the density of the distribution interval between the connecting bodies disposed inside is gradually reduced in a non-equal and gradual change configuration type; in this example, the outside of the pre-broken line is not easily broken by a slight collision, while the inside is easily torn off for the user to open the cover body.
In addition, the non-equal configuration type of the connection bodies disposed in the pre-broken line is such that the density of the distribution interval between the connecting bodies disposed inside is maximized, and the density of the distribution interval between the connecting bodies disposed outside is gradually reduced in a non-equal and gradual change configuration type; in this example, the outside of the pre-broken line is easily torn off, while the inside is not easily broken to avoid that the pre-broken line is completely broken by a slight collision.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the preferred embodiments of the present invention show a container opening identification structure with a non-equal configuration pre-broken line, but the embodiments are for illustrative purposes only, and it is not subject to this structure in patent application.
The container A includes a box body 10 and a cover body 20, and a closed frame 11 is formed around the upper opening of the box body 10. The cover body 20 has a covered periphery 21 in a sealed state with the closed frame 11; the container opening identification structure includes a removable combination connection part 30 disposed at the closed frame 11 corresponding to the covered periphery 21, and an adjacent pre-broken line 40 disposed in a removable combination connection part 30 (combined connection; it consists of either combination/connection type). When the user opens the cover body 20, the pre-broken line 40 is broken by force, so that the removable combination connection part 30 is torn off and removed, wherein the pre-broken line 40 includes a plurality of breaking slits 41 at an interval distribution and a plurality of connecting bodies 42 formed between the adjacent breaking slits 41; and wherein the connecting bodies 42 are in a non-equal configuration type, that is, the distribution interval of the connecting bodies 42 is in a non-equal configuration type.
As shown in FIG. 1, in this example, the removable combination connection part 30 of the container opening identification structure includes a covered periphery 21 disposed in the cover body 20 as well as a male part 31 and a female part 32 corresponding to a side corner of the closed frame 11 of the box body 10, the male part 31 and the female part 32 are snap-fitted relative to the position to form a covered and positioned state of the cover body 20, and the pre-broken line 40 is disposed at a circumferential or partial peripheral side of the removable combination connection part 3 in a loop shape (as shown in FIG. 1-FIG. 3), a bended shape or a straight shape.
As shown in FIG. 3, in this example, the non-equal configuration type of the connection bodies 42 disposed in the pre-broken line 40 is such that the density of the distribution interval between the connecting bodies 42 disposed outside is maximized, and the density of the distribution interval between the connecting bodies 42 disposed inside is gradually reduced in a non-equal and gradual change configuration type; in this example, the outside of the pre-broken line 40 is not easily broken by a slight collision, while the inside is easily torn off for the user to open the cover body 20 (as indicated in FIG. 1). As shown in FIG. 4, in this example, the non-equal configuration type of the connection bodies 42 disposed in the pre-broken line 40 is such that the density of the distribution interval between the connecting bodies 42 disposed inside is maximized, and the density of the distribution interval between the connecting bodies 42 disposed outside is gradually reduced in a non-equal and gradual change configuration type; in this example, the outside of the pre-broken line 40 is easily torn off, while the inside is not easily broken to avoid that the pre-broken line 40 is completely broken by a slight collision.
As shown in FIG. 5-FIG. 9, in this example, the removable combination connection part 30B of the container opening identification structure is a strip-shaped area type corresponding to the same side of the covered periphery 21 of the cover body 20 and the closed frame 11 of the box body 10, thereby forming a connecting state of the cover body 20 and the box body 10. The pre-broken line 40B is disposed at the adjacent position of the two sides of the removable combination connection part 30B in a linear extension state.
In the embodiments disclosed in the above FIG. 5-FIG. 9, the non-equal configuration type of the connection bodies 42 disposed in the pre-broken line 40B is such that the density of the distribution interval between the connecting bodies 42 disposed outside is maximized, and the density of the distribution interval between the connecting bodies 42 disposed inside is gradually reduced in a non-equal and gradual change configuration type (as shown in FIG. 8); or as shown in FIG. 9, the density of the distribution interval between the connecting bodies 42 disposed inside is maximized, and the density of the distribution interval between the connecting bodies 42 disposed outside is gradually reduced in a non-equal and gradual change configuration type; the advantages of the different configurations shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 are as described above.
As shown in FIG. 10 (note: the partial figure number is shown in FIG. 5), based on that the above-mentioned connecting body 42 distribution state is in a outside dense and inside loose structure type, in this example, one end of the pre-broken line 40B is further provided with a pull tab 43, and the pull tab 43 is protruded from the outside of the covered periphery 21 of the cover body 20 and the closed frame 11 of the box body 10; in the embodiment disclosed in the present example, the function is mainly for the user to tear off the pre-broken line 40B, but since the distribution interval density of the connecting body 42 disposed on the outside is maximized, it is not easily broken due to that the pull tab 43 is easily collided. That is, the traditional container cannot be reached.
As shown in FIG. 6, in this example, the removable combination connection part 30B is further provided with a reverse folded line part 33 between the two sides of the pre-broken line 40B (note: the upper pre-broken line 40B is shown only). In this example, the torn-off state of the removable combination connection part 30B is as shown in FIG. 7, which is in a pair of folded long-shaped sheet type. As shown in FIG. 10, the removable combination connection part 30C is further provided with a reverse folded edge part 34 at outside interval position of the pre-broken line 40B.
Moreover, if the present invention is from the perspective of another definition, as shown in FIG. 11, wherein the non-equal configuration type of the connecting body 42 is disposed in the pre-broken line 40, and the area range definition of the removable combination connection part 30 forms an imaginary center lines L1 as a dividing line, so as to be divided into at least one first strength configuration unit 301 and at least one second strength configuration unit 302, and so that the at least first strength configuration unit 301 and the at least one second strength configuration unit 302 form a setting torn-off direction L2 along the pre-broken line 40 definition. Wherein, the imaginary center line L1 and the pre-broken line 40 are staggered to each other (note: the vertical stagger angle is preferred), so that the distribution interval density of the connecting body 42 of the first strength configuration unit 301 is relatively larger than that of the second strength configuration unit 302.
In the embodiment described above, the distribution interval density of the first strength configuration unit 301 or the second strength configuration unit 302 the connecting body 42 of is may be any one of an equal configuration type (as shown in FIG. 11) or a gradual change configuration type (as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4), this part is not limited.
In terms of efficacy, as described above, it is in a structure type that the distribution interval density of the connecting body 42 of the first strength configuration unit 301 is larger than that of the second strength configuration unit 302, when the second strength configuration unit 302 is configured outside (i.e., outside dense and inside loose type), if the container A cover body 20 is opened illegally by an unscrupulous person (note: please refer to FIG. 1-FIG. 3 for the relevant figure number), if the opening speed is stable and normal, because with the increase of the opening extent of the cover body 20, the tearing resistance and noise of the connecting body 42 will increase, the change can cause a certain psychological pressure and deter action to the unscrupulous person, but the tearing sound volume change of the connecting body 42 can play an opening prompt effect for consumers to open the container after buying; in another case, when the unscrupulous person adopts a slow opening strategy to avoid the large noise due to rapid opening, the tearing time of the cover body 20 of the container A that is pulled aside the raised may be extended due to the obstruction of the connecting body 42. The raised part cannot be restored, so that it is easier to identify that the cover body 20 of the container A is illegally opened; conversely, when the second strength configuration unit 302 is disposed at the inside (i.e., outside dense and inside type, as shown in FIG. 11), because the distribution interval density of the connecting body 42 of the first strength configuration unit 301 disposed outside is relatively larger, so for the container products with higher moving frequency during packaging and exhibition for sale, the arbitrary broken damage of the pre-broken line 40 caused by the side collision of the container can be effectively reduced.
