The present invention relates to a container, especially to a container disposed with a three-dimensional (3D) decorative sheet for showing figures on the 3D decorative sheet.
Containers generally include cups or boxes such as lunch boxes, sandwich boxes, etc. In order to attract consumers' attention, various figures/pictures such as cartoons are printed on an outer surface of the containers by manufacturers. Or there are various changes of the styles of containers such as combined lunch boxes and integrated canteens revealed in US D733,510 5, US D738,697 S, and US D740,086 S, allowing food and drinks filled in the containers at the same time.
However, the simple planar pictures are unable to draw consumers' attention while the combined lunch box mentioned above not only puts the burden on the consumers but also lowers the consumers' purchase intention. Thus there is room for improvement and a need to provide a container with a novel structure.
Therefore it is a primary object of the present invention to provide a container for drinks and having a three-dimensional (3D) decorative sheet.
In order to achieve the above object, a container for drinks and having a 3D decorative sheet according to the present invention is formed by a container body, a top cover and a 3D decorative sheet. The container body is used for filling of drinks and made from transparent plastic. The container body consists of an opening facing upward, an outer-layer portion, an inner-layer portion having a diameter that is smaller than the diameter of the outer-layer portion so as to be mounted into the outer-layer portion, and a sealing ring that is connected to a circular edge on a top end of the inner-layer portion. A circular closed space is formed between the outer-layer portion and the inner-layer portion after the inner-layer portion being mounted into the outer-layer portion and a circular edge on a top end of the outer-layer portion being covered by the sealing ring. The top cover is moveably disposed on the opening of the container body and having a straw hole and a sealing portion. The straw hole is arranged at a center of the top cover and is communicating with the inner-layer portion. The sealing portion is projecting from a bottom surface of the top cover. The 3D decorative sheet is a flexible plastic film and having a first surface used for display and disposed with at least one 3D raised pattern, and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The 3D raised pattern is formed by a raised surface in combination with a pattern surface. The 3D decorative sheet is circularly disposed around the inner-layer portion and located in the circular closed space so as to display the 3D raised pattern.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a container for food and having a three-dimensional (3D) decorative sheet.
In order to achieve the above object, a container for food and having a 3D decorative sheet according to the present invention is formed by a container body, a top cover, a frame and a 3D decorative sheet. The container body is used for being filled with food and having an opening facing upward and a box part. The box part includes a first cavity and a first opening edge. The top cover is moveably disposed on the opening of the container body and a decorative surface is arranged at a top surface thereof. The frame is set on the decorative surface of the top cover and having a display space. The 3D decorative sheet is a flexible plastic film including a first surface for display and an opposite second surface. The first surface is disposed with a three-dimensional (3D) raised pattern formed by a raised surface and a pattern surface. The 3D decorative sheet is arranged between the decorative surface of the top cover and the frame while the 3D raised pattern of the 3D decorative sheet is mounted in the display space of the frame so as to display the 3D raised pattern.
The top cover and the box part are both an integral part produced by plastic injection molding.
The top cover further includes a second cavity with an opening facing downward and a second opening edge. A flexible connecting piece is arranged between the second opening edge of the top cover and the first opening edge of the box part. Thus the top cove is able to be fit on or lifted off the first opening edge of the box part by the flexible connecting piece.

A straw hole 21 is arranged at a center of the top cover 20 and is communicating with an inner space of the inner-layer portion 13. A sealing portion 22 is projecting from a bottom surface of the top cover 20 and used for closing a gap around the opening 11 and preventing leakage of beverages.
A straw 40 is passed through the straw hole 21 of the top cover 20 and entered the inner space of the inner-layer portion 13. Thus users can sip the beverage with the straw 40.

Compared with prior arts, the container with the 3D decorative sheet 1 (2, 3) according to the present invention includes the following advantages.
(1) The container with the 3D decorative sheet 1 (2, 3) of the present invention is disposed with the 3D raised pattern 35/85 of the 3D decorative sheet 30/80 for display so as to meet requirements of consumers that always look for new and unique products.
(2) The container with the 3D decorative sheet 1 (2, 3) of the present invention can be applied to containers for food and drinks. This is beneficial to mass production of the 3D decorative sheet 30/80 and the production cost is reduced relatively.
