In addition, the present invention has a construction wherein a container neck is molded by means of hollow molding of plastic in the container described in any of claims 1 through 21, thereby providing the effect that the container can be easily formed by means of hollow molding of plastic as described in claim 22.
In addition, the present invention has a construction wherein the container described in claims 1 through 22 is a squeeze container, thereby providing the effect that the content of the container can be stored, extracted and used up to a cap locking neck portion whose inner and outer diameters are larger than the opening side neck portion as described in claim 23.
The present invention is described below using embodiments illustrated below.
For the embodiment shown in
In addition, the present invention has a construction wherein an extrusion flexibility is furnished to the cap locking neck portion 30, thereby providing the effect that a large amount of content can be stored in the neck and extracted for use.
In addition, the present invention has a construction wherein an extrusion restorative flexibility is furnished to the cap locking neck portion 30, thereby providing the effect that a large amount of content can be stored in the neck and extruded as well as that a cap can be immediately replaced because of the immediate restoration resulting from the restorative flexibility subsequent to extrusion.
For the illustrated embodiment, the above-mentioned cap locking neck portion 30 is provided at the container shoulder side neck portion 14 constructed with a larger diameter than the opening side neck portion 13 of the container neck 10.
The wider the outer diameter of the thick neck portion in comparison to the outer diameter of the thin neck portion, the larger the cap locking neck portion 30 that can be used, and the larger the locking effect that can be expected.
It is appropriate that the outer diameter of the thick neck portion be at least roughly 1.2 times larger than the outer diameter of the thin neck portion, with somewhere between 1.6 and 2.4 times larger preferable for ordinary caps, although the factor can be either smaller or larger for special containers and/or caps.
For the illustrated embodiment, the cap locking neck portion 30 comprises a screw closing construction and is provided with four large-pitch male threads 31 at intervals of 90 degrees or less such that they do not overlap, such that the cap can be completely mounted with a rotation of substantially 90 degrees or less. Although omitted from the drawings, the cap is provided with four female threads for threading on the male threads 31, for a construction that enables the cap to be screwed and mounted with a sensation approximating a single movement.
According to the embodiment, when the male thread 31 comprises a flexible elastic body, the constitution is such that simply pressing the cap will advance the female threads of the cap over the male threads 31 for a fitted engagement, subsequent to which the cap may be firmly tightened simply by applying a rotational force in the threading direction.
In addition, the cap locking neck portion 30 of the container neck 10 is provided with a stopper 32 to prevent reverse rotation, and is constructed such that fixing of the mounted cap is secured by means of the stopper 32.
For the illustrated embodiment, the stopper 32 is placed in four locations at 90 degree intervals on a border portion 23 away from the above-mentioned opening side neck portion 13, and is constructed such that when a stopper on the cap side omitted in the drawings crosses the stopper 32 when the mounting completes, they engage, checking reverse rotation of the cap.
In addition, for the embodiment of the present invention, the stopper 32 is constructed such as to engage with a flexible deformation, engaging with a click stop due to the flexible release, enabling the cap to be fixed with a click sensation.
In addition, for other embodiments not illustrated, the cap locking neck portion 30 comprises a press locking construction, provided with a locking level 33 between the cap locking neck portion 30 and the container shoulder side neck portion 14, enabling a construction wherein mounting of the cap completes when the locking projection provided in the cap skirt portion engaged the locking level 33 due to pressing. Therefore, a construction is possible wherein the locking level 33 on the container side and the locking projection are constructed from a flexible, elastic body, the cap is mounted by a pressing operation with a click-stop method, and the cap comes off when the locking projection of the cap exceeds the locking level portion 33 when the cap is simply tugged after using the container.
In addition, for the embodiment of the present invention, a parison of a plastic tube corresponding to the entire container, including the cap locking neck portion 30 of the container, is introduced into an external mold, which is then closed, sandwiching the bottom therein, and through a conventionally known hollow molding process for feeding compressed air from the neck opening 12 side, a container of nearly uniform thickness is formed, making it possible to easily mold a container from hollow molding of plastic. In addition, for the embodiment of the present invention, a container has a construction comprising a squeeze container, enabling not only a large of amount of content to be filled into the container up to the thick neck 14 of the container opening 12, but enabling sealing with the thick cap locking neck portion in which content is stuck so that air is checked from flowing into the container even when the squeezed container body attempts to restore itself.
In addition, according to the embodiment shown in
The cap adhesion elastic structure 20 has a structure that maintains cap adhesion elasticity when a force is applied in the vertical direction on the neck 10 to which the cap is attached, enabling compression in the vertical direction.
Consequently, the neck opening 12 can be reliably sealed by means of the cap adhesion elasticity when the board-shaped lid body pressure joins the neck opening top surface 11 of the container body 1.
As a result, the gap between the cap top board portion and the neck portion opening board surface 11 arising because there is no longer any thickness in the sealing material or the inner stopper elastically deforms and disappears along with compression of the cap adhesion elastic structure 20, and the sealability due to the cap is maintained even when the user replaces the cap after removing an inner stopper and/or sealing material from container 1, having the inner stopper and/or the sealing material, purchased by the user.
In particular, for constructions wherein the cap is mounted by simply pressing without rotation and constructions wherein mounting is with a minute rotation, a sealing strength for the container opening is obtained from the adequate mounting strength of the cap adhesion elastic structure 20, liquid leaking and the like are prevented, and use is possible free of worry .
In addition, the present invention has a construction wherein a cap adhesion elastic structure 20 is provided between the opening top surface 11 of the container neck 10 and the cap locking neck portion 30, the cap top board portion thereby contacts the opening top surface 11, locking the cap, and sealability of the cap is obtained from the elasticity of the cap adhesion elastic structure 20 between the container neck 10 and the cap locking neck portion 30.
In another embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to reliably carry out the application of a sealing material from above the cap by means of heat sealing during the manufacture of the container in which the sealing material has been applied to the container opening top surface 11 because the cap top board adheres to the sealing material on the opening top surface 11 due to cap adhesion elasticity when the sealing material contacts the opening top surface 11 of the container body 1, and the sealing material adheres to the top board portion, fitting over the cap.
In addition, for the next illustrated embodiment, the cap adhesion elastic structure 20 in the container body 1 of the present invention has a construction comprising, in order from the opening side going outward, a small concave cross-section portion 21 projecting in a peak form, a large concave cross-section portion 22, and a border portion 23 either flat-surfaced or gently sloping.
In addition, this cap adhesion elastic structure 20 comprises, in order from the opening going inward, a small concave cross-section portion 24 projecting in a trough form, and a large concave cross-section portion 25. The cross-section portion 24 comprises the lower piece portion of the cross-section portion 21 and the upper piece portion of the cross-section portion 22, and the cross-section portion 25 comprises the lower piece portion of the cross-section portion 22 and the border portion 23.
Furthermore, trough-shaped concave cross-sections 24 and 25 of the cap adhesion elastic structure 20 are provided with an inner diameter at least as large as the opening 12, and because the cap adhesion elastic structure 20 therefore does not add a squeezing structure more narrow than the container opening 12 at the container neck 10, the inner contents can be smoothly extracted, and inspection of the adhesive state of the seal material for the container internal opening 12 from the bottom of the container body can made easy at the time of manufacture.
For the illustrated embodiment, the substantial cap adhesion elasticity of the cap adhesion elastic structure 20 is borne mainly by the elasticity of the large concave-shaped cross-section 22 in a peak form, whereas the small concave cross-section 21 contacts the inner cylinder portion of the cap covering the neck 10 to mainly function to support the sealability with the opening top surface 11 of the cap top board portion, and the border portion 23 functions mainly as a border portion for connecting the cross section 22 of the cap adhesion elastic structure 20 and the cap locking neck portion 30.
Consequently, an embodiment wherein the cap adhesion elastic structure 20 has one concave cross-section portion 21 or 22 rather than two continuous cross-section portions as in the embodiment is fine, in which case, the border portion 23 is also unneeded. As the cap adhesion elastic structures 20, the concave cross-section portions 21, 22, 24 and 25 all have a construction for maintaining cap adhesion elasticity in the vertical direction, deforming and shrinking slightly for elastic restoration, completely different from the folding bellows structure.
For the embodiment described in
For the embodiment described in
For the embodiment described in
For the embodiment described in
In addition, the adhesion elastic structure 20 may be used in an embodiment without any of the concave cross-sections 21, 22, 24 or 25 provided as in the above-mentioned embodiments, using instead only a border portion 23 with a flat or gradually sloping surface connecting the small diameter opening side neck portion 13 and the large diameter container shoulder side neck portion 14. In the case of gradually sloping surfaces, with dish-shaped sloping surfaces, for example, the elastic deformation strength can be set stronger for downward slopes than it is for horizontal surfaces as illustrated, and the elastic deformation strength can be set weaker in the case of upward slopes than for horizontal surfaces.
For the illustrated embodiment, the use of hollow molding of plastic molds a thicker container shoulder side neck portion 14 in comparison to the nearly uniform thickness of the opening side neck portion 13 of the container neck 10 for a structure that provides the connection frame portion with an adhesion elastic structure 20. Consequently, the concave cross-sections 21, 22, 24 and 25 and the border portion 23 composing the adhesion elastic structure 20 in the above-mentioned embodiments compose the connecting frame portion according to the present invention.
The neck-internal cap 45 is provided with an upper cylinder 48 for covering the upper half portion of the thin-neck container neck 10 and a lower cylinder 49 in which notches 46 are provided relative to concave cross-section portions 21 and 22 with a somewhat thick neck shape, and is constituted such that the locking piece 47 provided inside the bottom edge of the lower cylinder 49 fits elastically into the large diameter concave cross-section portion 22 of the container 1 by means of the notches 46 accompanying an elastic click sensation.
