The present invention relates to a containing box structure, in particular to a containing box structure for containing objects, and if it is necessary to stack a plurality of containing boxes, the containing box structure has an auxiliary support member pre-installed in sections at the bottom of each containing box and the auxiliary support member can be pulled out and inserted into a corresponsive containing area of a lower containing box to achieve a desired stable position restriction.
At present, there are various different types of object containing boxes, and some of the plastic boxes with the feature of an easy and convenient transportation are very popular. Basically, a conventional containing box is a box integrally formed and made of plastic with an appropriate toughness, a predetermined volume, and a predetermined shape, and the periphery of a top opening of the containing box is folded outwardly to form an n-shaped periphery to provide an appropriate tightness for a lid that covers the top opening of the containing box with a corresponding shape after an object is put into the containing box.
The application of such containing box has the convenient function of containing objects, but if there are several containing boxes with lids, then the containing boxes will generally be stacked on top of one another in order to reduce the space occupied, and uses have to remove the containing box at a desired layer and open the lid at the top of the containing box before the user can access the object.
When the aforementioned containing boxes are stacked on one another, no measure for the position restriction between adjacent upper and lower containing boxes is provided, so that the containing boxes may be stacked improperly, or even turned upside down or fallen accidentally while removing the containing box or togging the adjaTcent containing box. In view of these problems, the inventor of the present invention provides an improved containing box structure to overcome the aforementioned problem of having difficulty to stacking the containing boxes stably.
The present invention is a further application for stably stacking the containing boxes of the foregoing type, in hope of stacking each containing box on top of the other with a simple and easy operation, achieving the desired stable stacking, allowing users to remove the containing boxes conveniently, and providing a position restriction that can be released freely.
The present invention provides a convenient way of stacking a plurality of the conventional containing boxes that contain objects, and an auxiliary support member installed at a predetermined section of the bottom of each containing box may be pulled out and inserted into a corresponding containing area of an adjacent lower containing box to achieve a desired stable position restriction.
Therefore, it is a primary objective of the present invention to provide a containing box structure for containing objects, and the containing box structure comprises a lid covered onto a top opening of the containing box, a front cover pivotally installed to the periphery of a side of a front opening, a space concavely formed on a predetermined side of the bottom of each containing box to stably and quickly stacking a plurality of containing boxes and provided for inserting an auxiliary support member, and a containing area defined at a corresponding section of the lid that covers the top opening of the containing box; thereby, when the containing boxes are stacked on one another, the auxiliary support member installed at the bottom of an upper containing box is pulled out to latch into the corresponding containing area of a lid of a lower containing box to achieve a desired stable position restriction.
The second objective of the present invention is to provide a containing box structure having a guide portion and a limit protrusion disposed at predetermined positions of the space at the bottom of the containing box and provided for inserting the auxiliary support member, such that when the auxiliary support member is pulled out to a distance, the end of the auxiliary support member is limited to prevent it from falling out.
The third objective of the present invention is to provide a containing box structure having one or more rod sections extended outwardly from the periphery of a side of the front opening, and the lower periphery of the front cover is appropriately engaged into an interval concavely and inwardly formed at a corresponding position, such that the front cover and the containing box are maintained to be pivotally coupled to one another as a whole.
The fourth objective of the present invention is to provide a containing box structure having a truncated projecting portion extended from the lateral periphery pivotally coupled to the front cover and disposed at a position inwardly facing the upper periphery, and the lid is inserted into a corresponding position of the recessed space to define a position restriction when the front cover is lifted.
The fifth objective of the present invention is to provide a containing box structure having one or more protrusions disposed at a front cover that is pivotally coupled to the periphery of a side of the containing box and inserted into corresponsive recessions of the lid respectively.
The sixth objective of the present invention is to provide a containing box structure, wherein the lid covered onto the top opening of the containing box has a plurality of protrusions disposed at predetermined positions inwardly facing the lateral periphery, and the protrusions are inserted into the periphery extended outwardly from the top opening of the containing box, so as to maintain a position restriction between the lid and the containing box.
The present invention will become clearer in light of the following detailed description of an illustrative embodiment of this invention described in connection with the drawings. It is intended that the embodiments and drawings disclosed herein are to be considered illustrative rather than restrictive.
