Claims
- 1. A continuous hot rolling method comprising:
- cutting a rear end portion of a preceeding metal block and a fore end portion of a succeeding metal block;
- respectively, heating and pressing the metal blocks to each other, thereby joining them with each other;
- cooling the joined portion, by a cooling nozzle means which is moveable following the joined portion, after joining the metal blocks, and removing a poorly joined portion of the joined blocks; and
- performing a finish rolling on said joined blocks.
