The present invention relates generally to a food packaging structure, and more particularly to a convenient container structure.

2. Description of Related Art

Food delivery service platforms have brought significant change to the consumption mode and food delivery has become a routine need of today's society. At present, to facilitate delivery, avoid troubles and reduce costs, the packaging material of food containers are still the same as the conventional containers used for take-out. The conventional containers have different shapes, such as round containers and square containers.

Due to the limitation of the conventional food containers, consumers are unable to know if the food has been open and eaten stealthily on the way of delivery, or if the amount of food is inadequate from the beginning. Therefore, there are a lot of disputes in connection with food delivery.

In order to solve the above problem, food providers are beginning to use sealing machines. The dominant sealing machine in the current market (ROC Utility Model No. M366527) attaches a plastic film through heat press to the edge of the container, so as to seal the container. The sealing mode is the same for either round containers or square containers.

The problem is that, not all food is suitable for complete sealing. For example, in the case of fried dumplings or other fried foods, the configuration of vent holes is needed to release the hot air inside the container. Otherwise, the food inside the container may lose flavor or crispness due to the accumulated vapour inside the container. Also, the need for food safety and taste cannot be both satisfied.

In view of this, the present invention aims to develop a convenient container to solve the above problems.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 9, a convenient container structure 100 is disclosed, which has at least one container body 1 and one sealing film 2. The container body 1 has at least one containing space 11 for placement of the food 200, at least one opening 12 configured according to the containing space 11, and a sealing edge 13 formed by extending the edge of the opening 12 outward horizontally. The sealing film 2 has an adhesive layer 21 configured above the opening 12 to cover the containing space 11, a first adhesive layer 22 configured on the bottom face of the right-side edge of the adhesive layer 21 and attached to the corresponding sealing edge 13, and a second adhesive layer 23 configured on the bottom face of the left-side edge of the adhesive layer 21 and attached to the corresponding sealing edge 13. For the front side edge and rear side edge of the adhesive layer 21 of the sealing film 2, an open seam part 10 is respectively formed between the bottom faces of the first adhesive layer 22 and the second adhesive layer 23, and the corresponding part of the sealing edge 13.

Through the combination of the container body 1 and sealing film 2, the bonding is very convenient without the need of a hot press. Also, as the first adhesive layer 22 and the second adhesive layer 23 are attached to the corresponding sealing edges 13, the containing space 11 is covered by the sealing film 2, and the open seam part 10 on the two sides can allow release of the hot air of the food 200 inside the containing space 11, thus satisfying the needs of both food safety and taste, particularly in the case of packaging cooked food.

Secondly, to remove the sealing film 2 from the container body 1, the consumer just needs to use his/her fingers to catch the adhesive layer 21 of the open seam part 10, and tear it up toward the attaching direction of the two adhesive layers. In this way, the sealing film 2 can be easily removed. Therefore, consumers can operate easily to remove the film and the sanitary condition of the foods can be greatly enhanced.

The present invention has the following implementation styles: FIGS. 1-3 show the first embodiment of the invention. FIGS. 4-5 show the second embodiment of the invention. FIGS. 6-7 show the third embodiment of the invention. FIG. 8 shows the fourth embodiment of the invention. FIG. 9 shows the fifth embodiment of the invention. FIG. 10 shows the sixth embodiment of the invention. None of the above embodiments need the use of a sealing machine, and the film can be attached without hot pressing. Because the container body 1 and the sealing film 2 are bonded through adhesion, not the convention hot press sealing, the process is quicker and more environment-friendly.

In the above first to sixth embodiment of the present invention, the first adhesive layer 22 and second adhesive layer 23 are attached to the bottom face of the edge of the sealing film 2 in advance. In addition, the first adhesive layer 22 and the second adhesive layer 23 can be attached to the bottom face of the edge of the sealing edge 13 or the sealing film 2 through spraying, painting, or printing.

In the above embodiments, the proportion between the widths of the first adhesive layer 22 and the widths of the second adhesive layer 23 and the corresponding sealing edge 13 ranges from 5% to 100%.

The appropriate widths of the first adhesive layer 22 and second adhesive layer 23 can help the food suppliers to control the cost. The adhesive material is not wasted, and the consumer can easily tear the sealing film 2 open, avoiding the problem of difficult opening due to too strong adhesion or fall-off due to too loose adhesion.

Referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, a lateral wing part 24 is configured by extending the right-side edge and left-side edge of the adhesive layer 21 at the positions corresponding to the first adhesive layer 22 and second adhesive layer 23.

In order to release the hot air inside the container body 1, the open seam part 10 will inevitably have condensed water. Through the configuration of the lateral wing part 24, the consumer can easily tear open the sealing film 2. The consumer does not need to tear open the sealing film 2 through the open seam part 10. Therefore, the opening can be implemented in a clean and safe way.

The first adhesive layer 22 and second adhesive layer 23 can be configured in various shapes. For example, FIG. 1 shows a long bar shape to match a square container body 1, FIG. 9 shows a round curved shape to match a round container body 1, and FIG. 10 shows an elliptical curved shape to match an elliptical container body 1. By matching various shapes of the first adhesive layer 22 and second adhesive layer 23 to various container bodies 1, the application range of the container body can be wider.

Referring to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the front side edge and rear side edge of the sealing film 2 are extended to form an edge binding part 25 at the positions without configuration of the first adhesive layer 22 and the second adhesive layer 23. The edge binding part 25 can be folded downward to cover the corresponding sealing edge 13.

By using the edge binding part 25 to cover the corresponding sealing edge 13, pollution of the containing space 11 can be avoided while the release of hot air is not affected thanks to the configuration of the open seam part 10. As the range of coverage is expanded, external contaminants will not easily enter the containing space 11, and the hot air of the food inside the containing space 11 can be smoothly released without interference by the edge binding part 25. Therefore, the sanitary and safety conditions are greatly improved.

Referring to FIG. 8, this embodiment differs from the embodiment shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 in that, the free end of the edge binding part 25 is further extended to form an elongated part 27, and the elongated part 27 contacts the corresponding outer wall of the container body 1. Comparing to the above embodiments, in the present embodiment, with the edge binding part 25 having an elongated part 27, the coverage range of the sealing film 2 becomes larger, while the left side and right side of the edge binding part 25 and the elongated part 27 still have the first adhesive layer 22 and the second adhesive layer 23, and the open seam part 10 still exists.

Through the elongated part 27, the edge binding part 25 can be extended to the corresponding outer wall of the container body 1, and the overall stability of the sealing film 2 can be greatly enhanced, providing better protection to the containing space 11.

Referring to FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, the sealing film 2 also comprises indicating parts 26, respectively configured on the adhesive layer 21 at an interval, and corresponding to the top faces of the right-side and left-side edges of the two free ends of the first adhesive layer 22 and the second adhesive layer 23. The indicating parts 26 can help the user identify the positions of the first adhesive layer 22 and the second adhesive layer 23.

In the above figures, although the first adhesive layer 22 and the second adhesive layer 23 can be clearly seen, they are just illustrated in the figures in an exaggerating manner for better understanding of the invention. In fact, the first adhesive layer 22 and second adhesive layer 23 are thin layers of a transparent adhesive material. Therefore, sometimes it may be difficult for consumers to identify the existence of the first adhesive layer 22 and second adhesive layer 23. Therefore, the application of the indicating part 26 can help consumers identify the positions of the first adhesive layer 22 and second adhesive layer 23, so that they can remove the sealing film 2 easily.

Apart from the above method to identify the positions of the first adhesive layer 22 and second adhesive layer 23, the positions can also be identified through colored first adhesive layer 22 and second adhesive layer 23. This can be realized by adding a safety color paint into the adhesive material.

The adhesive material of the first adhesive layer 22 and second adhesive layer 23 can adopt such materials as white glue, starch paste, hot-melt adhesive, acrylic adhesive, sticky acrylic, synthetic rubber etc.

The above sealing film 2 can adopt any of PE film, PP film, AP film, ES film, PET ES film, GPE film, and paper film or any combination thereof, and preferably a transparent film.

The above-mentioned container body 1 is made of any of plastics, paper, wood chips, aluminum foils or any combination thereof.

Through the application of the above different container bodies 1, the present invention is very good for promotion of food products. And the existing container bodies can be used for effective cost control. With easy applications, the convenient container structure 100 of the present invention can bring a lot of benefits to the food suppliers.
