The present invention relates to a detachable cooler cover that is placed over a conventional barrel-shaped cooler.
While many individuals and companies use 5-gallon coolers or Igloo drink dispensers during certain events. These coolers typically include a top that screws off and allows for the placement of liquids that are dispensed through a tap dispenser provided on the Igloo cooler. Although referred to as the Igloo cooler many of these 5-gallon upright coolers are available from many manufacturers. These coolers are usually placed on a flat table that allows for an individual to self-serve a beverage from within the cooler. These coolers, however, are bland in appearance and further may distract from the appearance at an upscale event. However, the coolers are useful in providing self-serve liquid beverages due to the dispensing spout and the ease in application and use. In order to provide a more decorative cover or appearance to these coolers it would be advantageous to have a cover that covered the cooler one the liquid is placed within the cooler. This could give a cooler a stationary appearance and provide for a neat and attractive presentation at an event by a caterer.
The present invention relates to a cooler cover that includes: a flexible stretch surface; a dispenser opening; and a name plate. The stretch surface is adapted to cover the entire surface of an underlying cooler. In one embodiment, the name plate includes a writable surface. The cooler cover may include a bottom covering and a top surface.
The present invention relates to a cooler cover that is made of a flexible stretch material. This flexible stretch material stretches over a convention 5-gallon cooler and includes an opening to allow the protrusion of a dispenser. The flexible stretch material covers the entire surface of the cooler and further may include a nameplate that enables the user to designate or communicate the type of liquid within the cooler.
