Abstract
Disclosed is a cooling fan with speed and temperature display. The cooling fan includes a fan body, a fan frame, and a display screen, the fan frame is arranged on an outer side of the fan body, the fan frame is provided with a wire inlet interface, and the display screen is arranged on the fan frame. The present application is provided with the display screen on the fan frame, and may receive a Hall signal and a temperature signal by the wire inlet interface on the fan frame. After the two signals are converted into specific fan speed and temperature values, it may be displayed on the display screen, as to visually see the fan speed and cooling effect.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202323387206.8, filed on Dec. 12, 2023, the content of which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.


TECHNICAL FIELD

The present application relates to the technical field of cooling fans, in particular to a cooling fan with speed and temperature display.


BACKGROUND

Devices such as a central processing unit (CPU), a graphics processing unit (GPU), and a power supply are generally arranged inside a computer case, and these devices may generate heat during operation. If the heat is not dissipated from the computer case in time, it may cause the temperature inside the computer case to rise, the work efficiency of the devices is affected, and in serious cases, it may lead to device burnout. Therefore, cooling fans are usually installed on positions such as a front plate, a rear plate, an upper cover, and a bottom plate of the computer case, and reasonable air ducts are arranged, as to timely discharge the heat inside the computer case and maintain the relatively suitable temperature inside the computer case.


The existing cooling fan is basically composed of a fan frame and a fan blade, and the cooling fan installed inside the computer case rotates at a certain speed to guarantee that the heat inside the computer case is discharged. However, users may not visually obtain the specific speed of the cooling fan and the cooling effect brought by the fan, namely the real-time temperature inside the computer case. If the specific speed of the fan and the temperature inside the computer case are wanted to know, it is only obtained by installing corresponding software on a computer. This mode is not direct enough, and installing and opening the software also increases the operation time.


SUMMARY

A technical problem to be solved by the present application is to provide a cooling fan with speed and temperature display in allusion to the above deficiencies.


In order to solve the above technical problem, the present application adopts the following technical schemes.


A cooling fan with speed and temperature display includes a fan body, a fan frame, and a display screen, the fan frame is arranged on an outer side of the fan body, the fan frame is provided with a wire inlet interface, and the display screen is arranged on the fan frame.


Further, the fan frame is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves, and the mounting groove is internally provided with a decorative plate or a display screen.


Further, the fan frame includes an upper cover and a lower cover, a top surface of the upper cover is provided with four mounting grooves, and the four mounting grooves are distributed at four corners of the upper cover; and a bottom surface of the lower cover is provided with four mounting grooves, and the four mounting grooves are distributed at four corners of the lower cover.


Further, a side surface of the upper cover is at least provided with a first semi-groove, a side surface of the lower cover is at least provided with a second semi-groove, and when the upper cover and the lower cover are combined, the first semi-groove and the second semi-groove may form a complete mounting groove.


Further, the fan frame is further provided with a wire outlet interface.


Further, the wire inlet interface and the wire outlet interface may be connected by a signal adapter wire, one end of the signal adapter wire is provided with an input plug, and the other end is provided with an output plug.


Further, an outer side of the input plug is provided with a protective housing.


After the above technical schemes are adopted, the present application has the following advantages compared to existing technologies.


The present application is provided with the display screen on the fan frame, and may receive a Hall signal and a temperature signal by the wire inlet interface on the fan frame. After the two signals are converted into specific fan speed and temperature values, it may be displayed on the display screen, as to visually see the fan speed and cooling effect.


The cooling fan of the present application supports a plurality of fans in series, and the fan frame is provided with the wire inlet interface and the wire outlet interface, which may be connected to each other by the signal adapter wire.


The cooling fan of the present application is provided with a plurality of silica gel shock-absorbing pads, which may prevent a problem of resonance in the computer case caused by the excessive fan speed.


The fan frame of the present application is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves, each mounting groove may accommodate a display screen, the display screen may be installed in different positions, and the vacant mounting groove may be sealed and decorated with a decorative plate, as to play a sealing and decorating role.


The present application is described in detail below in combination with drawings and embodiments.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

Principles and features of the present application are described below in combination with the drawings, and embodiments listed are only used to explain the present application and are not used to limit the scope of the present application.


In the description of the present application, it should be noted that the orientation or position relationship indicated by terms “center”, “up”, “down”, “left”, “right”, “vertical”, “horizontal”, “inside”, “outside”, “clockwise”, and “counterclockwise” and the like is an orientation or position relationship based on the drawings, which is only for the convenience of describing the present application and simplifying the description, rather than indicating or implying that an apparatus or element referred to must have a specific orientation, or be constructed and operated in the specific orientation, and therefore it may not be understood as limitations on the present application.


As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a cooling fan with speed and temperature display includes a fan body 1, a fan frame 2, and a display screen 3, the fan frame 2 is arranged on an outer side of the fan body 1, the fan frame 2 is provided with a wire inlet interface 41, and the display screen 3 is arranged on the fan frame 2.


The fan frame 2 is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves 2a, and the mounting groove 2a is internally provided with a decorative plate 5 or a display screen 3.


As shown in FIG. 5, it is a schematic diagram of the present application provided with a plurality of the display screens 3. Each mounting groove 2a may be used to install the display screen 3 as needed, the mounting groove 2a without the display screen 3 is sealed by the decorative plate 5, and the decorative plate 5 is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC).


Embodiment 1

The fan frame 2 is composed of an upper cover 21 and a lower cover 22. The upper cover 21 and the lower cover 22 may be connected and fixed by using modes such as a clamping button and a thread, a bottom portion of the lower cover 22 is provided with a bracket, the bracket is provided with a stator portion (including a bearing, a support spring, a retaining ring and the like), a rotor portion ((including a fan blade, a shaft center, a rotor magnetic ring, an outer frame of the magnetic ring and the like), and a motor (including a stator magnet, a stator magnet housing and the like, herein a winding coil is attached to the stator magnet) of the cooling fan, and motor is used to drive the rotor portion to rotate.


As shown in FIG. 1, an upper surface of the upper cover 21 is provided with four mounting grooves 2a, a lower surface of the lower cover 22 is provided with four mounting grooves 2a, the mounting grooves 2a are located at right angles of the upper cover 21 or the lower cover 22, the four mounting grooves 2a may be used to install the display screens 3 as needed, and the mounting groove 2a without the display screen 3 is sealed by a decorative plate 5.


Preferably, four corners of the top surface of the upper cover 21 are all provided with silica gel shock-absorbing pads 7, and four corners of the bottom surface of the lower cover 22 are all provided with the silica gel shock-absorbing pads 7.


Embodiment 2

The structure of this embodiment is approximately the same as that of Embodiment 1, and the difference is addition of a mounting groove 2a on a side surface of a fan frame 2.


Aside surface of the upper cover 21 is provided with a plurality of first semi-grooves 211, a side surface of the lower cover 22 is provided with a plurality of second semi-grooves 221, the numbers of the first semi-grooves 211 and the second semi-grooves 221 are the same, and the positions of the first semi-grooves 211 and the second semi-grooves 221 correspond. When the upper cover 21 and the lower cover 22 are combined, the corresponding first semi-groove 211 and second semi-groove 221 may form a complete mounting groove 2a. Therefore, the display screen 3 may be installed on the side surface of the fan frame 2, the mounting groove 2a without the display screen 3 on the side surface of the fan frame 2 is also sealed by the decorative plate 5.


Embodiment 3

As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 4, a side surface of a fan frame 2 is provided with a wire inlet interface 41 and a wire outlet interface 42, and two fan frames 2 may be connected by a signal adapter wire 6. One end of the signal adapter wire 6 is provided with an input plug 61, and the other end is provided with an output plug 62. The input plug 61 is adapted to the wire inlet interface 41, and the output plug 62 is adapted to the wire outlet interface 42.


Preferably, an outer side of the input plug 61 is provided with a protective housing 611, and an outer side of the fan frame 2 is provided with a clamping groove beside the wire inlet interface 41. The protective housing 611 is provided with a protrusion matched with the clamping groove, which is convenient for the assembly of the input plug 61 and the wire input interface 41.


The above technical schemes have the following advantages.


Firstly, by the display screen 3 configured, the cooling fan may display the accurate revolution of the fan body 1 and the temperature inside the computer case, a user is allowed to have real-time and visual understanding of the actual operating status and cooling effect of the cooling fan. This way of displaying without the use of third-party software greatly improves the convenience and interaction experience of the users.


Secondly, the display screen 3 may be placed in a plurality of positions on the fan frame 2, which is used to be compatible with different usage scenes (for example: when the cooling fan is installed on an upper cover of the computer case, the display screen 3 is installed on the side surface of the fan frame 2, it is convenient for the user to know the revolution and temperature; and when the cooling fan is installed on a side plate of the computer case, the display screen 3 is installed on the surface of the fan frame 2, it is convenient for the user to know the revolution and temperature).


Lastly, the cooling fan may be connected in series by the signal adapter wire 6 to synchronize the revolution and temperature signals, the better cooling effect is achieved while real-time synchronous display of data is achieved.

A cooling fan with speed and temperature display, comprising a fan body, a fan frame, and a display screen, wherein the fan frame is arranged on an outer side of the fan body, the fan frame is provided with a wire inlet interface, and the display screen is arranged on the fan frame, wherein the fan frame is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves, and each of the plurality of mounting grooves is internally provided with a cover plate or the display screen,wherein the fan frame comprises an upper cover and a lower cover, a top surface of the upper cover is provided with four mounting grooves, and the four mounting grooves are distributed at four corners of the upper cover; anda bottom surface of the lower cover is provided with four mounting grooves, and the four mounting grooves are distributed at four corners of the lower cover,wherein a side surface of the upper cover is at least provided with a first semi-groove, a side surface of the lower cover is at least provided with a second semi-groove, and when the upper cover and the lower cover are combined, the first semi-groove and the second semi-groove are capable of forming one of the plurality of mounting grooves;wherein four corners of the top surface of the upper cover are all provided with silica gel shock-absorbing pads, and four corners of the bottom surface of the lower cover are all provided with the silica gel shock-absorbing pads.

  • 6. The cooling fan with speed and temperature display according to claim 1, wherein the fan frame is further provided with a wire outlet interface.

The cooling fan with speed and temperature display according to claim 6, wherein the wire inlet interface and the wire outlet interface are capable of being connected by a signal adapter wire, one end of the signal adapter wire is provided with an input plug, and the other end is provided with an output plug.
  • 8. The cooling fan with speed and temperature display according to claim 7, wherein an outer side of the input plug is provided with a protective housing.
