The present invention relates to portable electric waxers, especially cordless waxers, which are used for waxing and polishing automobiles, floor, and other painted surfaces.
Portable electric waxers are commonly categorized as either conventional or cordless. A conventional waxer is usually large in size, heavy, unsafe, and difficult to operate. It is also powered by using an electrical cord which causes further inconvenience and possible danger. A cordless waxer is generally smaller in size, lighter, safer, and easer to operate. Because it is powered by a cordless means, it has increased the safety and convenience of a portable electric waxer.
In years, the handling and operating condition of a cordless waxer have been improved by the prior acts. However, the prior acts have a problem. They can not spray wax upon working surfaces automatically by themselves while the machine is operating. A user must put wax on working surfaces manually by using other means, such as a wax spray appliance. As a result, it is not only inconvenient but also inefficient.
What is needed is a cordless waxer with a built-in auto wax supply system.
The present invention is a cordless waxer which has a built-in auto wax supply system, including a wax container, a wax feeding pump, a spray nozzle, a joint conduit, a direct current motor, and a power switch.

In brief, a cordless waxer comprises a built-in auto wax supply system, including a wax container with a removable sealed cap, a wax feeding pump, a spray nozzle, a joint conduit, a direct current motor, and a power switch, to contain wax and to controllably and automatically pump and spray wax onto working surfaces. The cordless waxer also comprises direct current motors powered by rechargeable batteries and a removable foam pad to magnify its conveniency, portability, and safety.

The upper part of the protective exterior shell 24 is provided for housing the built-in auto wax supply system and a direct current motor 26. The lower part of the protective exterior shell 24 is designed to mount rechargeable batteries 20 and to form a handle 22.
The removable foam pad 10 is connected with the rotor of the direct current motor 26 which is powered by the rechargeable batteries 20. A switch is formed as a trigger on the edge of the handle 22 to control the power to the direct current motor 26. When switch is on, under the traction of the direct current motor 26, the rotating removable foam pad 10 would clear, wax, or polish working surfaces electrically.
The built-in auto wax supply system can be turned on or turned off by switching its power switch (not shown), which is located on the top of the wax container 16. When the switch is turned on, under the traction of the direct current motor 30, the wax feeding pump 28 pumps wax from the wax container 16, through the joint conduit 14, then the spray nozzle 12, onto working surfaces. The removable sealed cap 18 is designed not only for the purpose of adding wax into the wax container 16 but also for the purpose of preventing wax's leaking from the wax container 16.
In practice, after the batteries 20 is charged, a user would remove the sealed cap 18, add wax into the container 16, then seal the container 16 with the cap 18. The user would then install the removable foam pad 10 by connecting it with the rotor of the direct current motor 26. When in use, the user would simply place the removable foam pad 10 upon a working surface, turn on both switches, and then move the cordless waxer around the working surface. The wax in the container 16 would be pumped and sprayed onto the working surface and evenly applied to every hole and corner of the working surface. Then the user may turn off the auto wax supply system to continually polish the waxed working surface.
