Claims
- 1. In an isolation transformer core comprising a coil and an injection molded core member, the improvement comprising:
said core member made by injection molding a mixture containing 10 to 50±3 volume % of a soft magnetic material and the remainder being an insulating material having an electrical insulating property.
- 2. An isolation transformer core according to claim 1, wherein said soft magnetic material is soft magnetic ferrite or Sendust.
- 3. An isolation transformer core according to claim 1, wherein said insulating material is any one of thermoplastic resin, thermoplastic rubber and thermosetting resin.
- 4. An isolation transformer core according to claim 2, wherein said insulating material is any one of thermoplastic resin, thermoplastic rubber and thermosetting resin.
- 5. An automotive component, comprising:
a core comprising an injection molded core member, wherein said core member is made by injection molding a mixture containing 10 to 50±3 volume % of a soft magnetic material and the remainder being an insulating material having an electrical insulating property.
- 6. An automotive component according to claim 5, wherein said soft magnetic material is soft magnetic ferrite or Sendust.
- 7. An automotive component according to claim 5, wherein said insulating material is any one of thermoplastic resin, thermoplastic rubber and thermosetting resin.
- 8. An automotive component according to claim 6, wherein said insulating material is any one of thermoplastic resin, thermoplastic rubber and thermosetting resin.
- 9. A rotation sensor for detecting an angle of relative rotation of first and second rotors that are rotatable relative to each other, comprising:
a first rotor comprising an injection molded core member and mounted to a predetermined axial position of the first shaft; a stationary core fixed to a fixing member and having a core body and an excitation coil, said excitation coil carrying an AC current and cooperating with the core member of the first rotor to form a magnetic circuit; and a second rotor mounted to the second shaft and arranged between the first rotor and the stationary core, wherein said core member is made by injection molding a mixture containing 10 to 50±3 volume % of a soft magnetic material and the remainder being an insulating material having an electrical insulating property.
- 10. An automotive component comprising:
a core comprising a coil and an injection molded core member; wherein said core member is made by injection molding a mixture containing 10 to 50±3 volume % of a soft magnetic material and the remainder being an insulating material having an electrical insulating property.
- 11. An automotive component according to claim 10, wherein said soft magnetic material is soft magnetic ferrite or Sendust.
- 12. An automotive component according to claim 10, wherein said insulating material is any one of thermoplastic resin, thermoplastic rubber and thermosetting resin.
- 13. An automotive component according to claim 11, wherein said insulating material is any one of thermoplastic resin, thermoplastic rubber and thermosetting resin.
