Abstract
An improved corset structure of a half-body type, capable of extending to the thigh. A reinforcing structure is provided in the corset in contact with the private part of a user. The reinforcing structure includes a first zipper, that can be opened for the user to urinate; and two second zippers, each disposed on a side of the first zipper. The second zippers are used to increase width of the reinforcing structure, while rigidity of the second zipper is the same as the first zipper. As such, the second zippers are able to support the first zipper, and prevent it from getting inward to the private parts of the user when the user making movements, and the ensuing discomfort to the user.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a corset, and in particular to an improved corset structure, such that when it is worn by a user, in movement, its cloth will not get into the lower body to cause discomfort, while increasing the movement ability of the user.


The Prior Arts

The function of a corset is to help put the body into shape by using the tightening force provided through proper tailoring. The corset is formed by a belly tightening portion corresponding to an upper body, and a trouser portion corresponding to a lower body. Presently on the market, the corset can be classified into a full-body type corset formed by connecting the belly tightening portion and the trousers portion into one-piece, and a half-body type corset formed separately by a belly tightening portion and a trouser portion, with both types having a plurality of varieties.


For both the full-body type corset and the half-body type corset, in order to help improve the shape of the sagging hip, the corset is designed to extend to wrap around the wear's hip and thigh. To facilitate the wearer to urinate or to take a shit, the lower part of the corset is provided with a zipper or an opening for that purpose, and for the convenience of the wearer.


However, the private part of a human body is of an inward indent shape. The corset having a zipper at its lower part is liable to have its zipper getting into the private parts, due to the pressing and squeezing of the two legs while the wearer making movements. That is the so-called “stuck on the private parts”, and is sure to cause great discomfort to the wearer. Moreover, usually, a wearer will put on trousers of skirt outside the corset, to shield the corset. Usually, the crotch located at the junction of the top ends of two trousers is made of thick cloth, that is liable to be pressed and squeezed in between the two legs, due to the movements of the wearer, thus pressing and squeezing the zipper to get into the private parts, to cause further discomfort to the wearer.


In general, the corset is used to wrap around and fix the extra meat of a human body therein, by means of the inward tightening force. The extra meat not wrapped around by the corset will keep its original shape, to form a press/squeeze arc of M shape with the extra meat wrapped around by the sorest (namely, to become “squeeze meat”). In case the wearer puts on a tightly fit clothing on the sorest, the “squeeze meat” will bulge to indicate a marked arc shape, to give an inelegant appearance, and be awkward to the wearer.


Therefore, presently, the design and performance of corset is not quite satisfactory, and it leaves much room for improvement.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the problems and drawbacks of the prior art, the major objective of the present invention is to provide an improved corset structure, that includes a reinforcement structure located at a lower portion of the main body. The reinforcement structure is disposed at a position where the main body is in contact with the private parts, to avoid the sorest getting into the private parts, and causing discomfort to the wearer. In the present invention, wearer and user are used interchangeably to indicate a person wearing and using a corset.


In order to achieve the objective mentioned above, the present invention provides an improved corset structure. Wherein, the reinforcement structure is formed by a first zipper, that can be opened when the user would like to urinate or to take a shit; and a plurality of second zippers supporting the first zipper. The second zippers are located on both sides of the first zipper, to increase the width of the reinforcement structure. The rigidity of the second zipper is the same as that of the first zipper, so that when a user wearing the sorest moves around, the first zipper supported by the second zippers will not get into the private parts of the user, to increase the wear-ability of the sorest.


Another objective of the present invention is to provide an improved sorest structure, such that it may prevent the main body from getting into the private parts, while it may cover and shield the squeezed meat formed in the leg of the user.


In order to achieve that objective, in the present invention, a triangle hip lifting point is provided where the hip portion is in contact with the thigh, with its tightening force greater than that at the trouser rim of the main body. As such, when the top portion of the thigh is subject to the tightening force to get inward, the top portion of the thigh not subject to tightening force is covered and shielded by the trouser rim. Therefore, “squeeze meat” is not evident in outer appearance, so that the user may wear the sorest without the need to worry about the “squeeze meat” appearance problem.


Further scope of the applicability of the present invention will become apparent from the detailed descriptions given hereinafter. However, it should be understood that the detailed descriptions and specific examples, while indicating preferred embodiments of the present invention, are given by way of illustration only, since various changes and modifications within the spirit and scope of the present invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the detailed descriptions.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

The purpose, construction, features, functions and advantages of the present invention can be appreciated and understood more thoroughly through the following detailed description with reference to the attached drawings.


Refer to FIG. 1 for a front view of an improved sorest structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the main body 100 is a half-body type sorest formed by seaming and fixing the inner cloth 130 and the outer cloth 140 integrally together. The main body 100 is formed by a belly tightening portion 110 corresponding to the upper portion of a human body; and a hip lifting portion 120 corresponding to the lower portion of a human body. The belly tightening portion 110 is provided with a plurality of support ribs 111, for which lateral seams are used to seam and fix the support ribs 111 to between the inner cloth 130 and the outer cloth 140, while a plurality of folds 118 capable of extending and retracting laterally are formed on the main body 100 through using seams, so that the main body 100 is capable of extending and retracting longitudinally. The front of the main body 100 is provided with a front part opening 112, on both sides of the front part opening 112 are each provided with a plurality of fastening pieces 113, used to wind a rope piece 200 thereon in a continuous hooking and fastening manner. As such, by pulling the rope piece 200, fast fastening, bunching, and fixing can be achieved.


Next, refer to FIG. 2 for a back view of an improved sorest structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, on the back side of the main body 100, and in the hip lifting portion 120 is provided with a plurality of pressuring belts 121, machine-seamed the same way as that of the support ribs 111 (refer to FIG. 1). On the pressuring belt 121 is provided with a plurality of folds 118 capable of being extended and retracted. The pressuring belts 121 converge on the top portion of thigh to form a triangle hip lifting point 122. When a user put on the main body 100, the top portion of the thigh tightened by the triangle hip lifting point 122 tends to get inward, while the portion of the thigh not being tightened will keep its original shape, to give an inelegant appearance of “squeezed meat”. For this reason, trouser rim having tightening pressure lower than that of the triangle hip lifting point 122 is used to cover the thigh not being tightened, such that looking from outside, the “squeezed meat” is not evident. As such, the user may wear the sorest without the need to worry about the “squeeze meat” appearance.


Then, refer to FIG. 3 for an exploded view of an improved sorest structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 3, in the hip lifting portion 120, an embedded zipper 123 is provided on the outer cloth 140, with its whole section seamed and fixed onto the outer cloth 140. The embedded zipper 123 extends from the front of the hip lifting portion 120 to its back in contact with the tail vertebrae. A longer section of the embedded zipper 123 is seamed and fixed onto the inner cloth 130, while a shorter section of the embedded zipper 123 is not seamed and fixed onto the inner cloth 130. As such, a gap D is formed on the inner cloth 130 corresponding to but not seamed and fixed to the embedded zipper 123, to avoid the embedded zipper 123 not tightly engaged being torn open from two sides when subjecting to outside force. When the user squats down or takes exercises, the gap D provides a space for the embedded zipper 123 to extend on two sides when subjecting to a force. In addition, a reinforcing structure 124 is seamed and fixed onto the inner cloth 130, and is located at a position corresponding to the lower body of the user, and is shielded and hidden by the embedded zipper 123. The reinforcing structure 124 includes: a first zipper 1241 extending to the tail vertebrae, such that when the user would like to urinate or to take a shit, all he should do is to open the embedded zipper 123 and the first zipper 1241, without the need to take off the whole corset; and a second zipper 1242 located on both sides of the first zipper 1241. The width of the reinforcing structure 124 is designed to equal to the width of the lower body of the user, while the rigidity of the second zipper 1242 is equal to or greater than that of the first zipper 1241. In this way, in application, the second zippers 1242 are able to support the first zipper 1241, to prevent the first zipper 1241 from getting into the private part to cause discomfort to the user.


Subsequently, refer to FIGS. 3 and 4 for an exploded view of an improved sorest structure according to an embodiment of the present invention; and an enlarged view of a hip lifting portion of an improved sorest structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, more than a row of lateral row hooks 114 are provided on the front part opening 112 extending to the hip lifting portion 120, and in the hip lifting portion 120. On the inner edges of both sides of the first zipper 1241 are provided respectively with a first fastening hook 125 and a second fastening hook 126. When wearing the main body 100, the first fastening hook 125 works in cooperation with the rope piece 200 (refer to FIG. 1), to raise the hip lifting portion 120; while the second fastening hook 126 is selectively hooked onto the lateral row hooks 114 based on the body shape of the user. As such, on wearing a main body 100, it can be adjusted further by using the first and second fastening hooks 125, 126. Moreover, extending from the lateral row hooks 114 is disposed a shield cover piece 115, such that when wearing the main body 100, the shield cover piece 115 is located inside the reinforcing structure 124, attaching and in contact with the private parts of the user. In this way, the private parts of the user and the reinforcing structure 124 can be separated, while the user may put sanitary pad or protection pad on the shield cover piece 115, to increase the wear-ability of the main body 100.


Refer to FIG. 5 for a first embodiment of an improved sorest structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 5, one end of the support rib 111 is fixed on an upper rim of the main body 100, while the other end of the support rib 111 is movable and extendable, and is connected to the pressuring belt 121. Through the support ribs 111 and the folds 118 on the pressuring belt 121, the elasticity and the extend-ability of the main body 100 can be increased. When a user wearing the main body 100 makes a movement, such as bending down, his arched back will push up the belly tightening portion 100, to make the support rib 111 extend from its fixed end. At this time, the folds 118 are pulled even, to provide a space of extension for the support rib 111. Meanwhile, the triangle hip lifting point 122 of the hip lifting portion 120 exerts a tightening force on the thigh, to make the hip lifting portion 120 remain intact. In contrast, when the user wearing the main body 100 makes a leg movement or squats down, the pressuring belt 121 is made to extend in the other direction, while the folds 118 provides the same function of space extension, to disperse the pulling force exerted on the pressuring belt 121, to avoid “dislocation” of the belly tightening portion 110. In this way, when wearing the main body 100, the user may avoid the trouble of having to make frequent adjustments, due to the dislocation of the main body 100.


Then, refer to FIG. 6 for a second embodiment of an improved sorest structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 6, on the back side of the main body 100 is disposed an elastic inner cloth 150, extending from the upper rim of the main body 100 downward, and branching to where the hip is in contact with the thigh. Above the elastic inner cloth 150 is provided with a rear part opening 116. On both sides of the rear part opening 116 are provided respectively with a plurality of adjusting rings 117 in parallel. A rope piece 200 can be put through the adjusting rings 117 in a left-right interlocking manner. When wearing the main body 100, the width of the rear part opening 116 and the bound tightness of the main body 100 can be adjusted through adjusting the rope piece 200, as based on the body size of the user. In this way, the main body 100 can be adjusted based on the body size of the user, and that is suitable for a user in a process of trying to lose weight. The bound tightness of the main body 100 can be adjusted along with the shrinking body size of the user. As such, the user in a process of reducing weight needs only one corset. Moreover, the range of extension for the main body 100 can be fixed through using the rope piece 200, to avoid the outward extension of the main body 100 without limit to suit the body size of the user, since that could cause losing the bound tightness function of the main body 100.


Finally, refer to FIG. 7 for a third embodiment of an improved sorest structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 7, on the back side of the main body 100 is an inelastic inner cloth 130, its function is to maintain the present body size of the user.

Claims
  • 1. An improved corset structure, comprising a main body, that includes a belly tightening portion, and a hip lifting portion corresponding to a hip of a human body, characterized in that: the main body is formed by an inner cloth and an outer cloth, a reinforcing structure is disposed in the hip lifting portion corresponding to a private part of the human body, and it includes a first zipper extending to a tail vertebrae being convenient for a user to urinate, and two second zippers, located on either side of the first zipper respectively, a width of the reinforcing structure is the same as that of the private part, rigidity of the second zipper is the same as a supporting force of the first zipper, to avoid the first zipper from getting into the private part of the user, to cause discomfort to the user.

The improved corset structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reinforcing structure is seamed and fixed on the inner cloth, and an embedded zipper is disposed on the outer cloth corresponding to the reinforcing structure, to cover and shield the zippers exposed from the reinforcing structure.

The improved corset structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein a longer section of the embedded zipper is seamed and fixed onto the inner cloth, while a shorter section of the embedded zipper is not seamed and fixed onto the inner cloth, a gap is formed on the inner cloth corresponding to but not seamed and fixed to the embedded zipper, and is used to increase extension space to both sides when the embedded zipper is subjected to a fo
