The present application relates to the field of makeup tools, and in particular to a cosmetic applicator.
At present, the cosmetic applicator as a frequently-used makeup tool includes a brush rod and a head. After the head is treated using a flocking process, the cosmetic applicator is used for makeup. Flocking on the head is usually used to carry a cosmetic such as lip gloss, lip balm, and lip oil. Since the flocking can carry only a small amount of the cosmetic, the user needs to dip the cosmetic frequently for makeup. This is inconvenient and time-consuming.
The present application provides a cosmetic applicator to overcome the above-mentioned defects. With the thin-film layer in the applicator and the accommodating cavity between the thin-film layer and the application portion, the present application improves a cosmetic carrying capacity of the applicator, makes a user dip the cosmetic from the cosmetic bottle less frequently, and achieves convenience in use and a higher makeup efficiency.
To solve the technical problems, the present application employs the following technical solutions.
A cosmetic applicator includes a brush rod, where the brush rod includes a grip portion and an application portion, the application portion includes a first surface and a second surface, a thin-film layer is fixedly provided on the first surface, and an accommodating cavity is formed between the thin-film layer and the first surface.
Optionally, the application portion and the thin-film layer each are covered by a flocking layer, and an axial section of the application portion is elliptical or lanceolate.
Optionally, the application portion is fixedly connected to the grip portion, the first surface and the second surface are opposite to each other, the first surface is a flat surface, a convex surface or a concave surface, and the second surface is a flat surface, a convex surface or a concave surface.
Optionally, both the first surface and the second surface are the flat surfaces; or the first surface is the concave surface, while the second surface is the convex surface.
Optionally, an inwardly recessed groove is formed in the first surface, the thin-film layer is fixedly provided on a peripheral wall of the groove, and the thin-film layer is protruded toward an outer side of the first surface.
Optionally, the thin-film layer includes at least two thin-film sheets connected to the peripheral wall of the groove, and when there are two or more thin-film sheets, the thin-film sheets are spaced apart from each other.
Optionally, the thin-film layer includes two spaced-apart thin-film sheets, namely a first thin-film sheet and a second thin-film sheet, the first thin-film sheet and the second thin-film sheet are respectively provided at two sides of the groove, and the first thin-film sheet and the second thin-film sheet are arranged symmetrically along a central axis of the cosmetic applicator.
Optionally, the thin-film layer is taken as an overall thin-film sheet, the thin-film sheet includes four edges, at least two edges are connected to the peripheral wall of the groove, and the four edges are respectively a first edge, a second edge, a third edge and a fourth edge that are connected sequentially.
Optionally, the first edge and the third edge are connected to the peripheral wall of the groove, the second edge and the fourth edge are positioned between the first edge and the third edge, the second edge is adjacent to the grip portion, the fourth edge is away from the grip portion, the second edge and the fourth edge may be straight lines or arc lines, and when the fourth edge is an arc line, the fourth edge is recessed toward an interior of the thin-film sheet or protruded toward an exterior of the thin-film sheet.
Optionally, the first edge, the second edge and the third edge are connected to the peripheral wall of the groove, the fourth edge is positioned between the first edge and the third edge, the second edge is adjacent to the grip portion, the fourth edge is away from the grip portion, the fourth edge may be a straight line or an arc line, and when the fourth edge is the arc line, the fourth edge is recessed toward an interior of the thin-film sheet or protruded toward an exterior of the thin-film sheet.
The present application has the following beneficial effects: The cosmetic applicator includes a grip portion and an application portion. A thin-film layer is provided on the application portion. An accommodating cavity is formed between the thin-film layer and the application portion. When the application portion is pulled out of a cosmetic bottle, not only can the flocking layer carry the cosmetic, but the accommodating cavity covered by the thin-film layer also stores the cosmetic more. Therefore, the present application greatly improves a cosmetic carrying capacity of the applicator, makes a user dip the cosmetic from the cosmetic bottle less frequently, and achieves convenience in use and a higher makeup efficiency. Since the application portion is an elliptical or lanceolate structure, the application portion has an arc-shaped outline for the convenience of the user to draw a line, create or accurately modify an outline of a makeup portion, and accurately control a feeding amount applied to a lip.

The application portion 30 is fixedly connected to the grip portion 20. The first surface 31 and the second surface 32 are opposite to each other. The application portion 30 and the grip portion 20 may be a split structure, and may also be an integral structure. Optionally, the application portion 30, the grip portion 20 and the thin-film layer 40 are an injection molded integral piece, which simplifies a molding process of the cosmetic applicator. The first surface 31 is a flat surface, a convex surface or a concave surface. The second surface 32 is a flat surface, a convex surface or a concave surface. In other words, both the first surface 31 and the second surface 32 are the flat surfaces, the convex surface, or the concave surface. Or the first surface 31 is the flat surface, while the second surface is the convex surface. Or the first surface 31 is the flat surface, while the second surface 32 is the concave surface. Or the first surface 31 is the concave surface, while the second surface is the convex surface.

Optionally, an inwardly recessed groove is formed in the first surface 31. The thin-film layer 40 is fixedly provided on a peripheral wall of the groove. The thin-film layer 40 is protruded toward an outer side of the first surface 31. The groove portion covered by the thin-film layer 40 is the accommodating cavity 33. When the application portion 30 is pulled out of the cosmetic bottle, not only can the flocking layer 50 carry the cosmetic, but the accommodating cavity 33 also stores the cosmetic more, thereby making the cosmetic applicator dip the cosmetic from the cosmetic bottle less frequently, and achieving convenience in use and a higher makeup efficiency. Optionally, an inwardly recessed groove is also formed in the second surface 32. The thin-film layer is provided on the groove in the first surface.
Optionally, the thin-film layer 40 includes at least two thin-film sheets connected to the peripheral wall of the groove. When there are two or more thin-film sheets, the thin-film sheets are spaced apart from each other. The thin-film layer 40 may be taken as a whole, and may also be divided into a plurality of independent portions. Each of the portions is referred to as the thin-film sheet. A part of edges of the thin-film sheet are fixedly provided on the peripheral wall of the groove, while remaining edges of the thin-film sheet are free edges. The accommodating cavity 33 between the thin-film sheet and the groove is configured to store the cosmetic.
In an implementation, the thin-film layer 40 includes two spaced-apart thin-film sheets, namely a first thin-film sheet and a second thin-film sheet. The first thin-film sheet and the second thin-film sheet are respectively provided at two sides of the groove. The first thin-film sheet and the second thin-film sheet are arranged symmetrically along a central axis of the cosmetic applicator. In another implementation, the thin-film layer 40 is taken as an overall thin-film sheet. The thin-film sheet includes four edges. At least two edges are connected to the peripheral wall of the groove. The four edges are respectively a first edge 41, a second edge 42, a third edge 43 and a fourth edge 44 that are connected sequentially.
Optionally, the first edge 41 and the third edge 43 are connected to the peripheral wall of the groove. The second edge 42 and the fourth edge 44 are positioned between the first edge 41 and the third edge 43. The second edge 42 and the fourth edge 44 are not connected to the peripheral wall of the groove. The second edge 42 is adjacent to the grip portion 20. The fourth edge 44 is away from the grip portion 20. The second edge 42 and the fourth edge 44 may be straight lines or arc lines. When the fourth edge 44 is an arc line, the fourth edge 44 is recessed toward an interior of the thin-film sheet or protruded toward an exterior of the thin-film sheet.
