COSMETIC BRUSH

Abstract

Disclosed is a cosmetic brush. The cosmetic brush comprises a handle part with a cutout hole portion provided at one side, a brush holder part coupled to the handle part in an area provided with the cutout hole portion, and a brush bristle part detachably coupled to the brush holder part and having a plurality of bristle members, wherein a stopper protrusion in the brush holder part is locked and coupled to an inner wall of the handle part to be detachably coupled to the handle part, and the cutout hole portion includes a first cutout hole coupled with a coupling protrusion of the brush holder part and a second cutout hole provided to extend downward from the first cutout hole and provided with a smaller width than the first cutout hole.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Field of the Invention

The present disclosure relates to a cosmetic brush and more particularly, to a cosmetic brush capable of assembling a complete product without using an adhesive in a process of manufacturing a brush.

Description of the Related Art

In general, cosmetics used for make-up are formed in a liquid, a solid, and a mixed state of the liquid and the solid. Among them, in order to apply the solid cosmetics on the face, brushes having various shapes and sizes have been developed and used.

That is, the above-described brushes are provided so that the cosmetics made of solid powder may be coated on bristles of the brush to be properly applied on the face and the like. The brush consists of a handle capable of being griped by a user and a brush provided at a front end of the handle and consisting of a plurality of bristles.

In the related art, the brush is coupled to the handle by using chemical materials such as an adhesive. In this case, the adhesive may be formed of a chemical material, which may have a harmful effect on the human body, and considering this, in the case of using an adhesive harmless to the human body, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost increases.

In addition, since the adhesive is a material that is vulnerable to heat, there is a problem that when the adhesive is exposed to heat, an adhesive portion is detached so that the durability deteriorates.

The above-described technical configuration is the background art for helping in the understanding of the present disclosure, and does not mean a conventional technology widely known in the art to which the present disclosure pertains.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Therefore, an object of the present disclosure is to provide a cosmetic brush capable of assembling a complete product without using an adhesive in a process of manufacturing a brush.

According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a cosmetic brush comprising: a handle part with a cutout hole portion provided at one side; a brush holder part coupled to the handle part in an area provided with the cutout hole portion; and a brush bristle part detachably coupled to the brush holder part and having a plurality of bristle members, wherein a stopper protrusion in the brush holder part is locked and coupled to an inner wall of the handle part to be detachably coupled to the handle part, and the cutout hole portion includes a first cutout hole coupled with a coupling protrusion of the brush holder part and a second cutout hole provided to extend downward from the first cutout hole and provided with a smaller width than the first cutout hole.

The handle part may include a handle body including a base portion provided as a user's handle and an extension portion which is provided at an upper end of the base portion and provided with a larger diameter than the base portion; and the cutout hole portion provided in the extension portion.

The first cutout hole may be provided by cutting downward from a top end of the extension portion, and the second cutout hole may be provided to be longer than the first cutout hole downward from the lower end of the first cutout hole and provided with a uniform width.

The brush holder part may further include a holder body of which an outer wall is supported to an inner wall of the extension portion; a step portion provided on the inner wall of the extension portion; and an inner protrusion provided on an inner wall of the step portion to support the brush bristle part.

The brush bristle part may include a coupling body coupled to the inner wall of the holder body of the brush holder part; a plurality of bristle members coupled to the inner portion of the coupling body; and a flange member provided to protrude from the outer wall of the coupling body to be supported on the inner wall of the brush holder part.

According to another aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a cosmetic brush comprising: a handle part with a cutout portion provided at one side; a brush holder part coupled to the handle part in an area provided with the cutout portion; and a brush bristle part detachably coupled to the brush holder part and having a plurality of bristle members, wherein a coupling protrusion of the brush holder part is locked and coupled to an inner wall of the handle part to be detachably coupled to the handle part, and the cutout portion separates an area with the cutout portion of the handle part when the brush holder part is coupled to the handle part to guide the coupling of the brush holder part.

The handle part may comprise a handle body provided with a body hole connected with the cutout portion; a first extension body inclined at an end of the handle body and provided with a larger diameter than the handle body; a second extension body provided at an end of the first extension body and coupled with the brush holder part; and a cutout portion provided from the body hole to the upper end of the second extension body.

The brush holder part may include a holder body of which an outer wall is supported to an inner wall of the second extension body; and a coupling protrusion provided on the outer wall of the holder body to be coupled to a protrusion coupling groove provided on the second extension body.

The brush holder part may further comprise a support jaw provided at the upper end of the holder body to be supported to the upper surface of the second extension body.

The brush bristle part may include a coupling body coupled to the inner wall of the holder body of the brush holder part; a plurality of bristle members coupled to the inner portion of the coupling body; and a flange member provided to protrude from the outer wall of the coupling body to be coupled to a flange coupling groove provided on the holder body.

According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, a stopper protrusion of a brush holder part is locked and coupled to an inner wall of a handle part to be detachably coupled to the handle part and a brush bristle part having a plurality of bristle members is detachably coupled to the brush holder part to be assembled without an adhesive, thereby fundamentally blocking harmful components of an adhesive.

According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, a coupling protrusion of a brush holder part is locked and coupled to an inner wall of a handle part to be detachably coupled to the handle part and a brush bristle part having a plurality of bristle members is detachably coupled to the brush holder part to be assembled without an adhesive, thereby fundamentally blocking harmful components of an adhesive.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

In order to fully understand the present disclosure, operational advantages of the present disclosure and objects to be achieved by implementing the present disclosure, the present disclosure will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings which illustrate preferred embodiments of the present disclosure and the contents illustrated in the accompanying drawings.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Like reference numerals illustrated in the respective drawings designate like members.

FIG. 1 is a diagram schematically illustrating a cosmetic brush according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a bottom perspective view of a brush holder part illustrated in FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 is a partial cutout diagram of a state where the brush holder part is coupled to an extension portion illustrated in FIG. 1.

As illustrated in these drawings, a cosmetic brush 1 according to the embodiment includes a handle part 100, a brush holder part 200 detachably coupled to the handle part 100, and a brush bristle part 300 detachably coupled to the brush holder part 200 and provided with a plurality of bristle members 320.

As illustrated in FIG. 2, the handle part 100 includes a handle body 110 and a cutout hole portion 120 provided above the handle body 110.

The handle body 110 of the handle part 100, as illustrated in FIG. 2, includes abase portion 111, and an extension portion 112 which is provided at an upper end of the base portion 111, provided with a larger diameter than the base portion 111, and provided as a coupling place of the brush holder part 200.

In the embodiment, the extension portion 112 may have a trapezoidal shape (based on a front view of FIG. 2) having a small lower diameter and a diameter increased toward the upper portion.

Further, in the embodiment, on an inner wall of the extension portion 112, as illustrated in FIG. 2, a stopper groove 112a may be provided, and a stopper protrusion 230 provided in the brush holder part 200 may be detachably locked and coupled to the stopper groove 112a. In the embodiment, the stopper groove 112a may be continuously provided in a circular shape on the inner wall of the extension portion 112.

The cutout hole portion 120 of the handle part 100, as illustrated in FIG. 2, includes a first cutout hole 121 coupled with a coupling protrusion 220 of the brush holder part 200 and a second cutout hole 122 provided to extend downward from the first cutout hole 121 and provided with a smaller width than the first cutout hole 121.

The first cutout hole 121 of the cutout hole portion 120 may have a semi-elliptical shape illustrated in FIG. 2, and the coupling protrusion 220 fitted and coupled to the first cutout hole 121 may also be provided in a shape corresponding to the first cutout hole 121, for example, a semi-elliptical shape.

The second cutout hole 122 of the cutout hole, as illustrated in FIG. 2, may be provided to extend downward from a lower end of the first cutout hole 121 and provided with a smaller width than the first cutout hole 121.

In the embodiment, the second cutout hole 122 may have a long rod shape so that a user may easily separate the brush holder part 200 from the extension portion 112 through the second cutout hole 122.

The brush holder part 200 is provided as a coupling place of the brush bristle part 300 and as illustrated in FIG. 1, may be coupled to the extension portion 112 of the handle part 100.

In the embodiment, as illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3, the brush holder part 200 includes a holder body 210, a coupling protrusion 220 provided on an outer wall of the holder body 210 to be coupled to the first cutout hole 121, a stopper protrusion 230 provided on the outer wall of the holder body 210 to be disposed below the coupling protrusion 220 and coupled to the stopper groove 112a of the extension portion 112, a holder flange 240 provided above the holder body 210 to be supported to an upper end of the extension portion 112, a step portion 250 provided on an inner wall of the holder body 210 to secure a space in which a flange member 330 of the brush bristle part 300 is introduced, an inner protrusion 260 provided on an inner wall of the step portion 250 to support the flange member 330, and a cutout portion 270 provided by cutting the step portion 250 to reduce the friction between the step portion 250 and the flange member 330.

The holder body 210 of the brush holder part 200, as illustrated in FIG. 2, may have a cylindrical shape with opened upper and lower portions and a hollow inner portion.

In the embodiment, when the holder body 210 is coupled to the extension portion 112, the outer wall of the holder body 210 may be in contact with the inner wall of the extension portion 112 and supported.

The coupling protrusion 220 of the brush holder part 200 may be fitted and coupled to the first cutout hole 121 provided in the handle part 100 as illustrated in FIG. 1.

In the embodiment, the coupling protrusion 220 may be provided in a shape corresponding to the first cutout hole 121, for example, an elliptical shape.

In the embodiment, the coupling protrusion 220 is inserted to the first cutout hole 121 to prevent the brush holder part 200 from idling unintentionally.

The stopper protrusion 230 of the brush holder part 200 is provided on the outer wall of the holder body 210 as illustrated in FIG. 3 and may be fitted and coupled to the stopper groove 112a illustrated in FIG. 4.

In the embodiment, the stopper protrusion 230 may be provided between the holder flange 240 and the step portion 250 as illustrated in FIG. 4.

In addition, in the embodiment, the stopper protrusion 230 may be continuously provided on the outer wall of the holder body 210 and as illustrated in FIG. 3, the end of the stopper protrusion 230 may be provided in contact with the coupling protrusion 220.

The holder flange 240 of the brush holder part 200, as illustrated in FIG. 2, is provided at an upper end of the holder body 210 and may be supported to an upper end of the extension portion 112 when the brush holder part 200 is coupled to the extension portion 112.

As illustrated in FIG. 4, the step portion 250 of the brush holder part 200 is provided below the holder body 210 and may provide a space in which the flange member 330 of the brush bristle part 300 may be inserted upward from the lower portion of the holder body 210.

In the embodiment, the step portion 250 may be provided by cutting the lower portion of the holder body 210.

As illustrated in FIG. 3, an inner protrusion 260 of the brush holder part 200 is provided on an inner wall of the step portion 250 to support the flange member 330 so that the flange member 330 of the brush bristle part 300 is caught in a space between the inner protrusion 260 and the upper end of the step portion 250.

In the embodiment, as illustrated in FIG. 3, a pair of inner protrusions 260 may be provided to be spaced apart from each other.

Further, in the embodiment, as illustrated in FIG. 3, a bottom portion of the inner protrusion 260 may be inclined to reduce the friction with the flange member 330.

A cutout portion 270 of the brush holder part 200, as illustrated in FIG. 4, may be provided in a hole form by cutting the step portion 250 in an upper area of the inner protrusion 260.

In the embodiment, the cutout portion 270 may reduce mutual friction between the flange member 330 and the inner wall of the step portion 250.

The brush bristle part 300 may be detachably coupled to the handle part 100 by the brush holder part 200 together with the brush holder part 200.

In the embodiment, as illustrated in FIG. 3, the brush bristle part 300 includes a coupling body 310, a plurality of bristle members 320 coupled to the inner portion of the coupling body 310, and a flange member 330 provided to protrude from the outer wall of the coupling body 310 to be supported on the inner wall of the brush holder part 200.

The coupling body 310 of the brush bristle part 300 may have a cylindrical shape having a hollow inner portion and a closed lower portion.

In the embodiment, when the brush bristle part 300 is coupled to the brush holder part 200, the outer wall of the coupling body 310 may be surrounded by the inner wall of the extension portion 112 in a circular form.

In the plurality of bristle members 320 of the brush bristle part 300, a lower end thereof may be coupled to an inner bottom portion of the coupling body 310 by thermal fusion.

Further, in the embodiment, the plurality of bristle members 320 are connected to each other and then may be coupled to the coupling body 310 by a tight fitting method and may also be coupled using an adhesive harmless to the human body.

As illustrated in FIG. 3, the flange member 330 of the brush bristle part 300 is provided with a larger diameter than the coupling body 310 and may be supported to a space between the inner protrusion 260 and the upper end of the step portion 250.

FIG. 5 is a diagram schematically illustrating a cosmetic brush according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure and FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view of FIG. 5.

A cosmetic brush 1a according to the embodiment has a difference from the first embodiment described above in that a brush holder part 200a is provided to reduce manufacturing cost without providing the step portion 250, the inner protrusion 260, and the cutout portion 270 described in the first embodiment described above.

FIG. 7 is a diagram schematically illustrating a cosmetic brush according to a third embodiment of the present disclosure.

A cosmetic brush 1b according to the embodiment has a difference from the embodiments described above in that the cutout hole portion 120 and the brush holder part 200 are coupled to the base portion 111 without providing the extension portion 112 in the handle part 100, as illustrated in FIG. 7. In this case, there is an advantage capable of providing slimly the cosmetic brush.

FIG. 8 is a diagram schematically illustrating a cosmetic brush according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, FIG. 9 is an exploded perspective view of FIG. 8, FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view illustrating main parts of the present embodiment, FIG. 11 is a perspective view of a brush holder portion illustrated in FIG. 9, and FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view of FIG. 11.

As illustrated in these drawings, a cosmetic brush 1c according to the embodiment includes a handle part 1000 with a cutout portion 1400 provided at one side thereof, a brush holder part 2000 coupled to the handle part 1000 in an area provided with the cutout portion 1400, and a brush bristle part 3000 detachably coupled to the brush holder part 2000 and provided with a plurality of bristle members 3200.

As illustrated in FIG. 9, the handle part 1000 includes a handle body 1100 provided with a body hole 1110 connected with the cutout portion 1400, a first extension body 1200 inclined at the upper end of the handle body 1100 and provided with a larger diameter than the handle body 1100, a second extension body 1300 provided at an end of the first extension body 1200 and coupled with the brush holder part 2000, and a cutout portion 1400 provided from the body hole 1110 to the upper end of the second extension body 1300.

The handle body 1100 of the handle part 1000 may have a circular rod shape with a constant diameter as illustrated in FIG. 9.

In the embodiment, the cutout portion 1400 provided in the handle body 1100 may separate the first extension body 1200 when the coupling the brush holder part 2000 to the handle part 1000 to guide the brush holder part 2000 to be easily coupled.

Further, in the embodiment, the body hole 1110 provided in the handle body 1100 is connected with the cutout portion 1400 to prevent the lower end of the cutout portion 1400 from being separated from the handle body 1100 no longer.

Furthermore, in the embodiment, as illustrated in FIG. 10, a protrusion coupling groove 1310 is provided on the inner wall of the second extension body 1300 and a coupling protrusion 2220 provided in the holder body 2100 may be inserted and locked into the protrusion coupling groove 1310.

In addition, in the embodiment, as illustrated in FIG. 9, a pair of cutout portions 1400 may be provided in the handle part 1000 to face each other.

The brush holder part 2000 is detachably coupled to the second extension body 1300 of the handle part 1000 and may be provided as a coupling place of the brush bristle part 3000.

In the embodiment, the brush holder part 2000, as illustrated in FIG. 10, includes a holder body 2100 of which an outer wall is supported to the inner wall of the second extension body 1300, a coupling protrusion 2220 provided on the outer wall of the holder body 2100 and coupled to the protrusion coupling groove 1310 provided in the second extension body 1300, and a support jaw 2300 provided at the upper end of the holder body 2100 to be supported to the upper surface of the second extension body 1300.

The holder body 2100 of the brush holder part 2000, as illustrated in FIG. 10, may be provided so that an outer wall thereof is entirely supported to the inner wall of the second extension body 1300. In the embodiment, an inclined portion 2120 may be provided on the lower portion of the holder body 2100 to guide the downward insertion of the brush bristle part 3000.

In the embodiment, when the holder body 2100 is coupled to the second extension body 1300, the second extension body 1300 is separated by the cutout portion 1400 described above so that the holder body 2100 may be easily coupled to the second extension body 1300.

The coupling protrusion 2220 of the brush holder part 2000 is provided on the outer wall of the holder body 2100 as illustrated in FIG. 10 to be coupled to the protrusion coupling groove 1310 provided in the second extension body 1300.

In the embodiment, the coupling protrusion 2220 may be provided at a height higher than a central height of the holder body 2100.

The support jaw 2300 of the brush holder part 2000 is provided at the upper end of the holder body 2100 as illustrated in FIG. 10 to be supported to the upper surface of the second extension body 1300, thereby limiting an insertion depth of the holder body 2100.

The brush bristle part 3000, as illustrated in FIG. 10, may be detachably coupled to the handle part 1000 by the brush holder part 2000 together with the brush holder part 2000.

In the embodiment, as illustrated in FIG. 10, the brush bristle part 3000 includes a coupling body 3100, a plurality of bristle members 3200 coupled to the inner portion of the coupling body 3100, and a flange member 3300 provided below the coupling body 3100 to be coupled to the flange coupling groove 2110.

The coupling body 3100 of the brush bristle part 3000 may have a cylindrical shape having a hollow inner portion and a closed lower portion.

In the embodiment, when the brush bristle part 3000 is coupled to the brush holder part 2000, the outer wall of the coupling body 3100 may be surrounded by the inner wall of the second extension body 1300 in a circular form. Specifically, the outer wall of the coupling body 3100 may be surrounded in a circular form to the inner wall of the upper end of the support jaw 2300 of the flange coupling groove 2110.

In the plurality of bristle members 3200 of the brush bristle part 3000, a lower end thereof may be coupled to an inner bottom portion of the coupling body 3100 by thermal fusion.

Further, in the embodiment, the plurality of bristle members 3200 are connected to each other and then may be coupled to the coupling body 3100 by a tight fitting method and may also be coupled using an adhesive harmless to the human body.

As illustrated in FIG. 10, the flange member 3300 of the brush bristle part 3000 is provided with a larger diameter than the coupling body 3100 and may be inserted to the flange coupling groove 2110 and then locked and supported to be fixed to the flange coupling groove 2110. As a result, the brush bristle part 3000 of the embodiment may be easily replaced from the brush coupling portion 200.

The present disclosure is not limited to the embodiments described herein, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications might be made without departing from the spirit and the scope of the present disclosure. Therefore, it will be understood that these changes and modifications are included in the appended claims of the present disclosure.

Claims

1. A cosmetic brush comprising: a handle part with a cutout hole portion provided at one side;a brush holder part coupled to the handle part in an area provided with the cutout hole portion; anda brush bristle part detachably coupled to the brush holder part and having a plurality of bristle members,wherein a stopper protrusion of the brush holder part is locked and coupled to an inner wall of the handle part to be detachably coupled to the handle part, andthe cutout hole portion includes a first cutout hole coupled with a coupling protrusion of the brush holder part and a second cutout hole provided to extend downward from the first cutout hole and provided with a smaller width than the first cutout hole.

The cosmetic brush of claim 1, wherein the handle part comprises a handle body including a base portion provided as a user's handle and an extension portion which is provided at an upper end of the base portion and provided with a larger diameter than the base portion; andthe cutout hole portion provided in the extension portion.

The cosmetic brush of claim 2, wherein the first cutout hole is provided by cutting downward from a top end of the extension portion, and the second cutout hole is provided to be longer than the first cutout hole downward from the lower end of the first cutout hole and provided with a uniform width.

The cosmetic brush of claim 2, wherein the brush holder part further comprises a holder body of which an outer wall is supported to an inner wall of the extension portion;a step portion provided on the inner wall of the extension portion; andan inner protrusion provided on an inner wall of the step portion to support the brush bristle part.

The cosmetic brush of claim 1, wherein the brush bristle part comprises a coupling body coupled to the inner wall of the holder body of the brush holder part;a plurality of bristle members coupled to the inner portion of the coupling body; anda flange member provided to protrude from the outer wall of the coupling body to be supported on the inner wall of the brush holder part.

A cosmetic brush comprising: a handle part with a cutout portion provided at one side;a brush holder part coupled to the handle part in an area provided with the cutout portion; anda brush bristle part detachably coupled to the brush holder part and having a plurality of bristle members,wherein a coupling protrusion of the brush holder part is locked and coupled to an inner wall of the handle part to be detachably coupled to the handle part, andthe cutout portion separates an area with the cutout portion of the handle part when the brush holder part is coupled to the handle part to guide the coupling of the brush holder part.

The cosmetic brush of claim 6, wherein the handle part comprises a handle body provided with a body hole connected with the cutout portion;a first extension body inclined at an end of the handle body and provided with a larger diameter than the handle body;a second extension body provided at an end of the first extension body and coupled with the brush holder part; anda cutout portion provided from the body hole to the upper end of the second extension body.

The cosmetic brush of claim 7, wherein the brush holder part comprises a holder body of which an outer wall is supported to an inner wall of the second extension body; anda coupling protrusion provided on the outer wall of the holder body to be coupled to a protrusion coupling groove provided on the second extension body.

9. The cosmetic brush of claim 8, wherein the brush holder part further comprises a support jaw provided at the upper end of the holder body to be supported to the upper surface of the second extension body.

The cosmetic brush of claim 6, wherein the brush bristle part comprises a coupling body coupled to the inner wall of the holder body of the brush holder part;a plurality of bristle members coupled to the inner portion of the coupling body; anda flange member provided to protrude from the outer wall of the coupling body to be coupled to a flange coupling groove provided on the holder body.
