Claims
- 1. A cosmetic composition for keratin materials comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable medium, at least one wax in an amount of at least 27% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition,
wherein said at least one wax has a tack of greater than or equal to 0.7 N.s and a hardness of less than or equal to 3.5 MPa.
- 2. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the at least one wax has a tack ranging from 0.7 N.s to 30 N.s.
- 3. The composition according to claim 2, wherein the at least one wax has a tack of greater than or equal to 1 N.s
- 4. The composition according to claim 3, wherein the at least one wax has a tack ranging from 1 N.s to 20 N.s.
- 5. The composition according to claim 4, wherein the at least one wax has a tack of greater than or equal to 2 N.s
- 6. The composition according to claim 5, wherein the at least one wax has a tack ranging from 2 N.s to 10 N.s.
- 7. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the at least one wax has a hardness ranging from 0.01 to 3.5 MPa.
- 8. The composition according to claim 7, wherein the at least one wax has a hardness ranging from 0.05 MPa to 3 MPa.
- 9. The composition according to claim 8, wherein the at least one wax has a hardness ranging from 0.1 MPa to 2.5 MPa.
- 10. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the at least one wax comprises at least one C20-C40 alkyl (hydroxystearoyloxy)stearate.
- 11. The composition according to claim 10, wherein the at least one C20-C40 alkyl (hydroxystearoyloxy)stearate is chosen from compounds of formula (I):
- 12. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the at least one wax is present in an amount ranging from 27% to 60% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 13. The composition according to claim 12, wherein the at least one wax is present in an amount ranging from 28% to 50% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 14. The composition according to claim 13, wherein the at least one wax is present in an amount ranging from 30% to 40% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 15. The composition according to claim 1, further comprising at least one additional wax with a hardness of greater than or equal to 6 MPa.
- 16. The composition according to claim 15, wherein the at least one additional wax has a hardness ranging from 6 MPa to 30 MPa.
- 17. The composition according to claim 16, wherein the at least one additional wax has a hardness ranging from 7 MPa to 25 MPa.
- 18. The composition according to claim 17, wherein the at least one additional wax has a hardness ranging from 8 MPa to 25 MPa.
- 19. The composition according to claim 18, wherein the at least one additional wax has a hardness ranging from 9 to 20 MPa.
- 20. The composition according to claim 19, wherein the at least one additional wax has a hardness ranging from 10 MPa to 20 MPa.
- 21. The composition according to claim 15, wherein the at least one additional wax is chosen from carnauba wax, polyethylene waxes, candelilla wax, hydrogenated jojoba oil, bis(1,1,1-trimethylolpropane) tetrastearate, and a wax obtained by hydrogenation of olive oil esterified with stearyl alcohol.
- 22. The composition according to claim 15, wherein the at least one additional wax is present in an amount ranging from 0.1% to 30% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 23. The composition according to claim 22, wherein the at least one additional wax is present in an amount ranging from 1% to 20% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 24. The composition according to claim 23, wherein the at least one additional wax is present in an amount ranging from 2% to 10% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 25. A composition for keratin materials comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable medium,
at least one wax having a tack of greater than or equal to 0.7 N.s, and a hardness of less than or equal to 3.5 Mpa; and at least one compound chosen from dextrin esters of fatty acids and/or at least one filler having a BET specific surface area of greater than or equal to 100 m2/g.
- 26. The composition according to claim 25, wherein the at least one wax has a tack ranging from 0.7 N.s to 30 N.s.
- 27. The composition according to claim 26, wherein the at least one wax has a tack of greater than or equal to 1 N.s.
- 28. The composition according to claim 27, wherein the at least one wax has a tack ranging from 1 N.s to 20 N.s.
- 29. The composition according to claim 28, wherein the at least one wax has a tack of greater than or equal to 2 N.s.
- 30. The composition according to claim 29, wherein the at least one wax has a tack ranging from 2 N.s to 10 N.s.
- 31. The composition according to claim 25, wherein the at least one wax has a hardness ranging from 0.01 to 3.5 MPa.
- 32. The composition according to claim 31, wherein the at least one wax has a hardness ranging from 0.05 MPa to 3 MPa.
- 33. The composition according to claim 32, wherein the at least one wax has a hardness ranging from 0.1 MPa to 2.5 MPa.
- 34. The composition according to claim 25, wherein the at least one wax comprises at least one C20-C40 alkyl (hydroxystearoyloxy)stearate.
- 35. The composition according to claim 34, wherein the at least one C20-C40 alkyl (hydroxystearoyloxy)stearate is chosen from compounds of formula (I):
- 36. The composition according to claim 25, wherein the at least one wax is present in an amount ranging from 0.5% to 60% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 37. The composition according to claim 36, wherein the at least one wax is present in an amount ranging from 1% to 50% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 38. The composition according to claim 37, wherein the at least one wax is present in an amount ranging from 10% to 40% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 39. The composition according to claim 25, wherein the at least one compound chosen from dextrin esters of fatty acids is chosen from compounds of formula (II):
- 40. The composition according to claim 39, wherein in formula (II), n is an integer ranging from 20 to 150.
- 41. The composition according to claim 40, wherein in formula (II), n is an integer ranging from 25 to 50.
- 42. The composition according to claim 39, wherein in formula (II), n is equal to 38.
- 43. The composition according to claim 39, wherein at least two of the said radicals R1, R2 or R3 are identical and not hydrogen.
- 44. The composition according to claim 39, wherein the at least one compound chosen from dextrin esters of fatty acids has a degree of substitution of less than or equal to 2.5, on the basis of one glucose unit.
- 45. The composition according to claim 44, wherein the at least one compound chosen from dextrin esters of fatty acids has a degree of substitution ranging from 1.5 to 2.5, on the basis of one glucose unit.
- 46. The composition according to claim 45, wherein the at least one compound chosen from dextrin esters of fatty acids has a degree of substitution ranging from 2 to 2.5, on the basis of one glucose unit.
- 47. The composition according to claim 39, wherein the acyl groups are chosen from caprylyl, caproyl, lauroyl, myristyl, palmityl, stearyl, eicosanyl, docosanoyl, isovaleryl, ethyl-2 butyryl, ethylmethylacetyl, isoheptanyl, ethyl-2 hexanyl, isononanyl, isodecanyl, isotridecanyl, isomyristyl, isopalmityl, isostearyl, isohexanyl, decenyl, dodecenyl, tetradecenyl, myristyl, hexadecenoyl, palmitoleyl, oleyl, elaidyl, eicosenyl, sorbyl, linoleyl, linolenyl, punicyl, arachidonyl, stearolyl radicals, and mixtures thereof.
- 48. The composition according to claim 39, wherein the at least one compound chosen from dextrin esters of fatty acids comprises at least dextrin palmitate.
- 49. The composition according to claim 39, wherein the weight-average molecular weight of the at least one compound chosen from dextrin esters of fatty acids ranges from 10 000 to 150 000.
- 50. The composition according to claim 49, wherein the weight-average molecular weight of the at least one compound chosen from dextrin esters of fatty acids ranges from 12 000 to 100 000.
- 51. The composition according to claim 50, wherein the weight-average molecular weight of the at least one compound chosen from dextrin esters of fatty acids ranges from 15 000 to 80 000.
- 52. The composition according to claim 39, wherein the at least one compound chosen from dextrin esters of fatty acids is present in an amount ranging from 0.1% to 20% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 53. The composition according to claim 52, wherein the at least one compound chosen from dextrin esters of fatty acids is present in an amount ranging from 0.5% to 15% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 54. The composition according to claim 53, wherein the at least one compound chosen from dextrin esters of fatty acids is present in an amount ranging from 1% to 10% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 55. The composition according to claim 39, wherein the at least one compound chosen from dextrin esters of fatty acids and the at least one wax are present in an amount such that the weight ratio of the at least one wax relative to the at least one compound ranges from 350 to 0.1.
- 56. The composition according to claim 55, wherein the weight ratio of the at least one wax relative to the at least one compound ranges from 100 to 0.5.
- 57. The composition according to claim 56, wherein the weight ratio of the at least one wax relative to the at least one compound ranges from 50 to 1.
- 58. The composition according to claim 57, wherein the weight ratio of the at least one wax relative to the at least one compound ranges from 15 to 2.
- 59. The composition according to claim 25, wherein the at least one filler has a specific surface area ranging from 100 to 5 000 m2/g.
- 60. The composition according to claim 59, wherein the at least one filler has a specific surface area ranging from 150 to 1 000 m2/g.
- 61. The composition according to claim 60, wherein the at least one filler has a specific surface area ranging from 200 to 800 m2/g.
- 62. The composition according to claim 61, wherein the at least one filler is chosen from organic fillers and mineral fillers.
- 63. The composition according to claim 62, wherein the organic filler is chosen from polyolefin waxes and polymer fillers.
- 64. The composition according to claim 63, wherein the organic filler is a polyolefin wax chosen from polyethylene waxes.
- 65. The composition according to claim 63, wherein the organic filler is chosen from polymer fillers of the polymethyl methacrylate type and polymer fillers of the polytetrafluoroethylene type.
- 66. The composition according to claim 62, wherein the at least one filler is a mineral filler chosen from silicas, aluminas, silicates, and aluminosilicates.
- 67. The composition according to claim 25, wherein the particles of which the filler is composed have a mean size ranging from 0.01 to 100 μm,
- 68. The composition according to claim 67, wherein the particles of which the at least one filler is composed have a mean size ranging from 0.1 to 50 μm.
- 69. The composition according to claim 68, wherein the particles of which the at least one filler is composed have a mean size ranging from 1 to 20 μm.
- 70. The composition according to claim 25, wherein the particles of which the at least one filler is composed are hollow.
- 71. The composition according to claim 70, wherein the particles of which the at least one filler is composed are hollow silica microspheres.
- 72. The composition according to claim 25, wherein said composition comprises the at least one filler and wherein the weight ratio of the at least one wax relative to the at least one filler ranges from 350 to 0.1.
- 73. The composition according to claim 72, wherein the weight ratio of the at least one wax relative to the at least one filler ranges from 100 to 0.5.
- 74. The composition according to claim 73, wherein the weight ratio of the at least one wax relative to the at least one filler with a specific surface area ranges from 50 to 0.8.
- 75. The composition according to claim 74, wherein the weight ratio of the at least one wax relative to the at least one filler with a specific surface area ranges from 30 to 1.
- 76. The composition according to claim 25, wherein the at least one filler is present in an amount ranging from 0.1% to 25% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 77. The composition according to claim 76, wherein the at least one filler is present in an amount ranging from 0.5% to 20% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 78. The composition according to claim 77, comprising from 1% to 15% of at least one filler by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 79. The composition according to claim 1, further comprising an aqueous phase.
- 80. The composition according to claim 79, wherein the aqueous phase is chosen from those formed from water and from those that are a mixture of water and water-miscible organic solvents.
- 81. The composition according to claim 80, wherein the water-miscible organic solvent is chosen from lower monoalcohols comprising from 1 to 5 carbon atoms, glycols comprising from 2 to 8 carbon atoms, C3-C4 ketones, and C2-C4 aldehydes.
- 82. The composition according to claim 81, wherein the aqueous phase is present in an amount ranging from 1% to 95% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 83. The composition according to claim 82, wherein the aqueous phase is present in an amount ranging from 3% to 80% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 84. The composition according to claim 83, wherein the aqueous phase is present in an amount ranging from 5% to 60% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 85. The composition according to claim 1, further comprising at least one volatile oil.
- 86. The composition according to claim 85, wherein the at least one volatile oil is chosen from hydrocarbon-based oils and silicone oils.
- 87. The composition according to claim 86, wherein the at least one volatile oil is present in an amount ranging from 0.1% to 98% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 88. The composition according to claim 87, wherein the at least one volatile oil is present in an amount ranging from 1% to 65% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 89. The composition according to claim 1, further comprising at least one non-volatile oil.
- 90. The composition according to claim 89, wherein the at least one non-volatile oil is present in an amount ranging from 0.1% to 50% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 91. The composition according to claim 90, wherein the at least one non-volatile oil is present in an amount ranging from 0.1% to 40% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 92. The composition according to claim 91, wherein the at least one non-volatile oil is present in an amount ranging from 0.1% to 30% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 93. The composition according to claim 1, further comprising at least one film-forming polymer.
- 94. The composition according to claim 93, wherein the at least one film-forming polymer is present in a solids content ranging from 0.1% to 60% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 95. The composition according to claim 94, wherein the at least one film-forming polymer is present in a solids content ranging from 0.5% to 40% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 96. The composition according to claim 95, wherein the at least one film-forming polymer is present in a solids content ranging from 1% to 30% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 97. The composition according to claim 1, further comprising at least one additional wax.
- 98. The composition according to claim 97, wherein the at least one additional wax is present in an amount ranging from 0.1% to 50% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 99. The composition according to claim 98, wherein the at least one additional wax is present in an amount ranging from 0.5% to 30% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 100. The composition according to claim 99, wherein the additional wax is present in an amount ranging from 1% to 20% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.
- 101. The composition according to claim 1, further comprising at least one surfactant.
- 102. The composition according to claim 1, further comprising at least one additive chosen from dyestuffs, antioxidants, fillers, pasty fatty substances, preserving agents, fragrances, neutralizers, thickeners, vitamins, and plasticizers.
- 103. The composition according to claim 1, wherein said composition does not comprise a UV-screening agent.
- 104. A cosmetic composition for keratin materials comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable medium, at least at least one wax in an amount of at least 27% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition,
wherein said at least one wax has a tack of greater than or equal to 0.7 N.s and a hardness of less than or equal to 3.5 Mpa, and wherein the cosmetic composition is in a form chosen from a mascara, an eyebrow product, an eyeliner, an eyeshadow, a makeup rouge, a foundation, a lip product, a body makeup product, and a hair makeup product.
- 105. The composition according to claim 104, wherein said composition is in the form of a mascara.
- 106. The composition according to claim 104, wherein said composition is in a form chosen from an eyeliner, an eyeshadow, a makeup rouge, a foundation, a lip product, and a body makeup product.
- 107. The composition according to claim 104, wherein said composition is in a form chosen from a care composition and a makeup composition for keratin fibres.
- 108. A cosmetic composition for keratin materials comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable medium,
at least one wax having a tack of greater than or equal to 0.7 N.s and a hardness of less than or equal to 3.5 MPa, and at least one compound chosen from dextrin esters of fatty acids and/or at least one filler having a BET specific surface area of greater than or equal to 100 m2/g, wherein the cosmetic composition is in a form chosen from a mascara, an eyebrow product, an eyeliner, an eyeshadow, a makeup rouge, a foundation, a lip product, a body makeup product, and a hair makeup product.
- 109. The composition according claim 108, wherein said composition is in the form of a mascara.
- 110. The composition according to claim 109, wherein said composition is in a form chosen from an eyeliner, an eyeshadow, a makeup rouge, a foundation, a lip product, and a body makeup product.
- 111. The composition according to claim 110, wherein said composition is in the form of a care composition and makeup composition for keratin fibres.
- 112. A non-therapeutic process for making up keratin materials comprising applying to the keratin materials at least one composition comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable medium, at least one wax in an amount of at least 27% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition, wherein said wax has a tack of greater than or equal to 0.7 N.s and a hardness of less than or equal to 3.5 MPa.
- 113. A non-therapeutic process for making up keratin materials comprising applying to the keratin materials at least one composition comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable medium, at least one wax having a tack of greater than or equal to 0.7 N.s and a hardness of less than or equal to 3.5 MPa, and
at least one compound chosen from dextrin esters of fatty acids and/or at least one filler having a BET specific surface area of greater than or equal to 100 m2/g.
- 114. A process for obtaining a charging and separating makeup result on the eyelashes comprising applying to the eyelashes at least one composition comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable medium, at least one wax in an amount of at least 27% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition,
wherein said at least one wax has a tack of greater than or equal to 0.7 N.s and a hardness of less than or equal to 3.5 MPa.
- 115. A process for obtaining a charging and separating makeup result on the eyelashes comprising applying to the eyelashes at least one composition comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable medium, at least one wax having a tack of greater than or equal to 0.7 N.s and a hardness of less than or equal to 3.5 MPa, and
at least one compound chosen from dextrin esters of fatty acids and/or at least one filler having a BET specific surface area of greater than or equal to 100 m2/g.
- 116. An assembly (1) for packaging and applying a product for coating keratin fibres, comprising:
i) a container (2) containing a composition according to claim 1 and ii) means (12) for applying the composition to the fibres.
- 117. An assembly according to claim 116, wherein the means (12) is in a form chosen from a twisted brush and a comb.
