Abstract
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container with improved sealing ability, the cosmetic container including: a content container accommodated therein with contents and having an outer wall; a content container lid configured to open and close the content container and having a lower extension protrusion wheel; and a sealing packing formed of an elastic material, and double-injection-molded or insert-injection-molded on an outer side of the lower extension protrusion wheel of the content container lid to make close contact with an inner periphery of the outer wall of the content container when the content container lid is closed.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a cosmetic container with improved sealing ability, and more particularly, to a cosmetic container with improved sealing ability, in which a sealing packing having elasticity is double-injection-molded or insert-injection-molded on a content container lid configured to open and close a content container such that the sealing packing tightly makes close contact with an inner periphery of an outer wall of the content container, so that sealing ability of the content container is improved, and an opening angle of the content container lid is freely adjusted and fixed.


2. Description of the Related Art

In general, women perform makeup by using cosmetic products to make their faces look bright and beautiful.


Such cosmetic products are classified into basic cosmetics, makeup cosmetics, functional cosmetics, hair cosmetics, and the like according to functions thereof, and classified into powder, liquid, gel, and solid cosmetics according to states thereofso as to be stored in containers suitable for each state for use.


However, since the cosmetics contain a large amount of volatile ingredients such as moisture and alcohol, due to such moisture or volatile ingredients, the moisture evaporates, and the volatile ingredients are volatilized when a cosmetic container is not completely sealed, so that an amount of cosmetics are reduced. In addition, as a mixing ratio between the cosmetic ingredients changesdue to the evaporation of the moisture or the volatilization of the volatile ingredients, performance of the cosmetics is deteriorated.


Moreover, since the cosmetics become dry and original functions of the cosmetics are lost when the moisture evaporates or the volatile ingredients are volatilized, it is very important to store the cosmetics such that the original ingredients of the cosmetics are maintained at all times.


Accordingly, a conventional cosmetic container is provided with a sealing lid for maintaining airtightness to prevent evaporation of moisture and volatilization of volatile ingredients, and a packing which is an elastic body is installed to maintain the airtightness of the cosmetic container accommodating a cosmetic product, so that the airtightness is ensured.


As a related art as described above, the applicant has filed and registered Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1603066, “Cosmetic Container Having Sealing Structure of Inner Container and Inner Container Lid”. The related art includes: an inner container having an outer wall and a first hinge block; and an inner container lid hinge-coupled to the first hinge block of the inner container, wherein a sealing protrusion wheel is provided on a lower portion of the inner container lid, an outer diameter of the sealing protrusion wheel is greater than an inner diameter of the outer wall of the inner container so that the sealing protrusion wheel is interference-fitted into the outer wall, and ahinge hole having an elliptical shape is formed in the first hinge block.


However, in the related art, a tolerance (an error within a practically acceptable range for a dimension determined by a design when components or the like are manufactured) between the inner container and the inner container lid occurs during manufacture, or deformation of the inner container and the inner container lid occurs as the cosmetic container is used for a long time. Accordingly, when the inner container lid is closed, the inner container and the inner container lid are not completely engaged with each other so as to generate a gap, so that sealing ability of an inside of the inner container is deteriorated.


Meanwhile, in the conventional cosmetic container as described above, a diameter of the inner container lid is relatively larger than a diameter of the inner container to maintain the sealing ability between the inner container and the inner container lid, and a hinge coupling part between the inner container and the inner container lid is configured to fluctuate, that is, to flap to some extent, so that when the inner container lid is closed, a hinge part of the inner container lid is slightly lifted, and the inner container lid is interference-fitted into the inner container while maintaining horizontality.


However, due to the above-described conventional structure of the inner container and the inner container lid, the inner container lid is not smoothly fitted to the inner container in a process of closing the inner container lid, so that usability is deteriorated. In addition, in a process of opening the inner container lid, when the inner container lid is rotated at a predetermined angle and then released, the hinge coupling parts of the inner container and the inner container lid fluctuate, that is, flap, and the inner container lid falls down by gravity, so that there is an inconvenience in use that an opening angle of the inner container lid is not maintained at a constant level.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

An object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic container with improved sealing ability, in which a sealing packing having elasticity is double-injection-molded or insert-injection-molded on a lower outer side of a content container lid configured to open and close a content container such that the sealing packing tightly makes close contact with an inner periphery of an outer wall of the content container when the content container lid is closed, so that sealing ability of an inside of the content container may be improved with a simple structure.


In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic container with improved sealing ability, in which the content container and the content container lid are fitted to each other and sealed through the sealing packing while hinge parts of the content container and the content container lid are tightly fastened to each other, so that an opening angle of the content container lid may be freely adjusted and fixed by a frictional force between hinge coupling parts of the content container and the content container lid.


The present invention provides a cosmetic container with improved sealing ability, the cosmetic container including: a content container accommodated therein with contents and having an outer wall; a content container lid configured to open and close the content container and having a lower extension protrusion wheel; and a sealing packing formed of an elastic material, and double-injection-molded or insert-injection-molded on an outer side of the lower extension protrusion wheel of the content container lid to make close contact with an inner periphery of the outer wall of the content container when the content container lid is closed.


In addition, the content container may include a bottom surface, an inner wall extending upward from the bottom surface, and the outer wall extending upward while being spaced outward from the inner wall by a predetermined interval.


In addition, the sealing packing preferably has a ring shape which completely surrounds an outer periphery of the lower extension protrusion wheel of the content container lid.


In addition, the sealing packing may include an insertion part and an exposed part which is stepped from the insertion part, and when the content container lid is closed, the insertion part may make close contact with the inner periphery of the outer wall of the content container while an end of the exposed part presses an upper end of the outer wall of the content container so that the content container may be doubly sealed.


In addition, a hinge contact part may protrude from one side of the sealing packing to make contact with a second hinge part formed on the content container lid.


In addition, the content container lid and at least a portion including an outer periphery of the sealing packing may have mutually different colors.


In addition, first and second hinge parts may be formed on the content container and the content container lid, respectively, and when the content container lid is opened, an opening angle of the content container lid may be adjusted by a frictional force between the first and second hinge parts.


According to an embodiment of the present invention, the sealing packing having elasticity is double-injection-molded or insert-injection-molded on the lower outer side of the content container lid configured to open and close the content container such that the sealing packing tightly makes close contact with the inner periphery of the outer wall of the content container when the content container lid is closed, so that the sealing ability of the inside of the content container can be improved with a simple structure.


In addition, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the content container and the content container lid are fitted to each other and sealed through the sealing packing while the hinge parts of the content container and the content container lid are tightly coupled to each other, so that the opening angle of the content container lid can be freely adjusted and fixed by the frictional force between the hinge coupling parts of the content container and the content container lid, and thus a convenience of use can be increased.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The following detailed description of the present invention refers to the accompanying drawings, which illustrate specific embodiments in which the present invention may be implemented. These embodiments are described in sufficient detail to enable those skilled in the art to implement the present invention. It should be understood that various embodiments of the present invention are different from each other, but need not be mutually exclusive. For example, certain forms, structures, and features described herein may be implemented in other embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention with regard to one embodiment. It is also to be understood that a position or arrangement of individual elements in each disclosed embodiment may vary without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

In the drawings, like reference numerals refer to the same or similar functions throughout various aspects.


With respect to the terms used in the present invention, general terms that are currently and widely used are selected in consideration of functions of the present invention. However, the meanings of the terms may be changed according to intention of those skilled in the art, a judicial precedent, emergence of a new technology, and the like. In addition, in certain cases, a term may be selected at discretion of the applicant. In such cases, the meaning of the term will be described in detail at the corresponding part in the description of the invention. Therefore, the terms used in the present invention should be defined based on the meanings of the terms and the entire descriptions provided herein without being simply limited to the names of terms.


In the present disclosure, when some part “includes” some elements, unless explicitly described to the contrary, it means that other elements may be further included but not excluded. Hereinafter, a cosmetic container with improved sealing ability according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 7.



FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing the cosmetic container according to the embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing the cosmetic container according to the embodiment of the present invention.


As shown in the drawings, the cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a content container 10, a content container lid 20, and a sealing packing 30.


Liquid or gel contents may be stored inside the content container 10. The liquid or gel contents may be selected from foundation, sunscreen, powder, blemish balm cream (BB cream), lotion, cream, but the liquid or gel contents are not limited thereto. The liquid or gel contents may be impregnated into an impregnation material such as a sponge. In addition, the contents may be stored inside the content container 10 while being accommodated in a separate accommodation device such as a content plate, or the contents themselves may be accommodated in the content container 10 without a separate accommodation device.


As shown in FIG. 3, the content container 10 may include a bottom surface 11, an inner wall 12 extending upward from the bottom surface 11, a connection part 13 horizontally extending outward from the inner wall 12, and an outer wall 14 extending upward from the connection part 13.


In this case, the inner wall 12 of the content container 10 refers to a side wall which partitions a space in which the contents are stored, or defines a range of the space, and the outer wall 14 refers to a side wall spaced outward from the inner wall 12 by a predetermined interval and configured to interwork with the content container lid 20 to seal the content container 10.


Meanwhile, a fixing ring 40 may be further provided on an upper portion of the inner wall 12 of the content container 10. The fixing ring 40 may have a ring shape, may be configured to prevent the impregnation material from being separated to an outside when the impregnation material is mounted inside the content container 10, and may include: a coupling part 42 coupled to an outer periphery of the inner wall 12; and a horizontal extension part 44 extending inward of the coupling part 42 and located on an inner side of the inner wall 12.


In addition, a first hinge part 16 hinge-coupled to a second hinge part 26 of the content container lid 20 may be formed on one side of the outer wall 14 of the content container 10.


As shown in FIG. 2, the content container lid 20 may be coupled to one side of the content container 10 to open or close the content container 10.


The content container lid 20 may have a disc shape which covers one open side of the content container 10, and a lower extension protrusion wheel 22 having a ring shape may protrude from one side surface of the content container lid 20, that is, one surface of the content container lid 20 facing the content container 10 when the content container lid 20 is closed. In this case, the lower extension protrusion wheel 22 preferably has a diameter relatively smaller than a diameter of the content container lid 20 to provide a space for forming the sealing packing 30 on an outer side of the lower extension protrusion wheel 22.


Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 3, a makeup tool accommodation groove 24 for storing a cosmetic tool such as a puff may be formed at an upper portion of the content container lid 20, and a lid handle 25 may protrude outward from one side of the content container lid 20 so that a user may easily grab the content container lid 20.


In addition, the second hinge part 26 corresponding to the first hinge part 16 of the content container 10 may be formed on one side of the content container lid 20. As shown in FIG. 2, the first hinge part 16 and the second hinge part 26 may be hinge-coupled by a hinge pin 50. A pair of second hinge parts 26 may make close contact with both sides of the first hinge part 16, respectively, and through-holes may be formed inside the first hinge part 16 and the second hinge part 26, respectively, so that the hinge pin 50 may be inserted into the through-holes.


Although the content container 10 and the content container lid 20 have been shown in the drawings of the cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention as being hinge-coupled to each other by the first and second hinge parts 16 and 26 and the hinge pin 50, embodiments are not limited thereto, and the content container 10 and the content container lid 20 may have a hinge ring and a hinge protrusion, respectively, so as to be fastened to each other in a ring-latch manner.


In addition, the content container 10 and the content container lid 20 are preferably formed of a synthetic resin material, and most preferably formed of a polypropylene material.


Further, the content container 10 and the content container lid 20 as described above may be mounted in a container body (not shown) having one side coupled with a container lid (not shown) so as to be stored or used.



FIG. 6 is a perspective view illustrating a state in which an opening angle of the content container lid is adjusted according to the embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. is a perspective view illustrating a state in which the content container lid and a sealing packing of the cosmetic container have mutually different colors according to the embodiment of the present invention.


The sealing packing 30 may be double-injection-molded or insert-injection-molded on the content container lid 20 to seal an inside of the content container 10 more effectively when the content container lid 20 is closed.


In other words, as shown in FIG. 3, the sealing packing 30 may be double-injection-molded or insert-injection-molded on the outer side of the lower extension protrusion wheel 22 of the content container lid 20 to tightly make close contact with an inner periphery of the outer wall 14 of the content container 10 when the content container lid 20 is closed so that a sealing state of the inside of the content container 10 may be maintained.


Meanwhile, in a conventional cosmetic container, a diameter of an inner container lid is relatively larger than a diameter of an inner container to maintain sealing ability between the inner container and the inner container lid, and a hinge coupling part between the inner container and the inner container lid is configured to fluctuate to some extent, that is, to flap within a predetermined range, so that when the inner container lid is closed, a hinge part of the inner container lid is slightly lifted, and the inner container lid is interference-fitted into the inner container while maintaining horizontality.


However, due to the above-described conventional structure of the inner container and the inner container lid, the inner container lid is not smoothly fitted to the inner container in a process of closing the inner container lid, so that usability is deteriorated. In addition, in a process of opening the inner container lid, when the inner container lid is rotated at a predetermined angle and then released, the hinge coupling parts of the inner container and the inner container lid, which are not tightly fastened to each other, fluctuate, that is, flap, and the inner container lid falls down by gravity, so that there is an inconvenience in use because an opening angle of the inner container lid is not maintained and fixed at a constant level.


Thus, according to the cosmetic container of one embodiment of the present invention, the sealing packing 30 formed of an elastic material is double-injection-molded or insert-injection-molded on a lower outer side of the content container lid 20, so that the content container lid 20 may be naturally fitted to the content container 10 without requiring the first hinge part 16 of the content container 10 and the second hinge part 26 of the content container lid 20 to fluctuate with respect to each other. Accordingly, the first hinge part 16 of the content container 10 and the second hinge part 26 of the content container lid 20 may be tightly fastened to each other without flapping with respect to each other.


Therefore, the content container lid 20 may be smoothly fitted to the content container 10 through the sealing packing 30, so that the usability may be improved. In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, even if the content container lid 20 is rotated at a predetermined angle and then released while opening the content container lid 20, the content container lid 20 may not fall down due to the frictional force of the first hinge part 16 and the second hinge part 26, and the opening angle of the content container lid 20 may be adjusted, so that a convenience of use may be increased.


In this case, the sealing packing 30 preferably has a ring shape which completely surrounds an outer periphery of the lower extension protrusion wheel 22 of the content container lid 20. In other words, the sealing packing 30 may extend further downward than an end of the lower extension protrusion wheel 22 while covering an entire outer periphery of the lower extension protrusion wheel 22 so that the lower extension protrusion wheel 22 may not be exposed to the outside.


As shown in a partially enlarged view of FIG. 3, the sealing packing 30 may include: an insertion part 32 inserted between the inner wall 12 and the outer wall 14 of the content container 10 when the content container lid 20 is closed; and an exposed part 34 which is stepped from the insertion part 32 and exposed to the outside between the content container 10 and the content container lid 20. Accordingly, when the content container lid 20 is closed, the insertion part 32 may tightly make close contact with the inner periphery of the outer wall 14 of the content container 10 while an end of the exposed part 34 strongly presses an upper end of the outer wall 14 of the content container 10, so that the content container 10 may be doubly sealed at a side surface and an upper portion of the content container 10.


In addition, a sealing contact protrusion 32a may be formed on an outer periphery of the insertion part 32 of the sealing packing 30, and a container contact protrusion 14a may be formed on the inner periphery of the outer wall 14 of the content container 10, so that the sealing contact protrusion 32a and the container contact protrusion 14a may be undercut-coupled to each other when the content container lid 20 is closed. Accordingly, airtightness of the inside of the content container 10 may be maintained more stably.


As shown in a partially enlarged view of FIG. 2, a hinge contact part 36 may be further provided on one side of the sealing packing 30 to enlarge a contact surface between the content container lid 20 and the sealing packing 30. In this case, at least one hinge contact part 36 may protrude from an outer side of the sealing packing 30 so as to make contact with one surface of the second hinge part 26 of the content container lid 20 when the sealing packing 30 is double-injection-molded or insert-injection-molded on the content container lid 20.


Meanwhile, the content container lid 20 and at least a portion including an outer periphery of the sealing packing 30 may have mutually different colors. In other words, as shown in FIG. 7, the content container lid 20 configured to open and close the content container 10 and the sealing packing 30 double-injection-molded or insert-injection-molded on the content container lid 20 may have two-tone color (color combination in which two colors with two different tones are paired), so that an appearance of the cosmetic container may look more beautiful, and design elements may be improved.


In addition, the sealing packing 30 may be formed of a soft material to improve the sealing ability of the inside of the content container 10. The sealing packing 30 is preferably formed of a material including at least one of nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR), urethane rubber, natural rubber, elastomer, and silicone, or a material including at least one of polypropylene, polyethylene, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) having elasticity. However, the sealing packing 30 is not limited to the above-described materials, and the sealing packing 30 may be formed of various materials to an extent of predetermined elasticity.


Hereinafter, processes of assembling and using the cosmetic container with improved sealing ability according to one embodiment of the present invention, which has a configuration as described above, will be described.


In order to assemble the cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention, first, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the impregnation material impregnated with the contents may be inserted into the content container 10 or the contents may be directly filled in the content container 10, and the fixing ring 40 may be coupled to the inner wall 12 of the content container 10.


Next, the second hinge parts 26 of the content container lid 20 may make close contact with the both sides of the first hinge part 16 of the content container 10, respectively, and the content container 10 and the content container lid 20 may be hinge-coupled to each other by inserting the hinge pin 50 into the through-holes of the first hinge part 16 and the second hinge part 26.


In this case, the sealing packing 30 formed of an elastic material may be double-injection-molded or insert-injection-molded on the outer side of the lower extension protrusion wheel 22 of the content container lid 20.


Referring to an injection molding process of the content container lid 20 and the sealing packing 30 in more detail, a molten resin may be injected into a mold provided with a mold space to injection-mold the content container lid 20 having a predetermined shape, the content container lid 20 may be inserted into the mold provided with the mold space, and the sealing packing 30 may be double-injection-molded or insert-injection-molded on the outer side of the lower extension protrusion wheel 22 of the content container lid 20, so that the sealing packing 30 may completely cover the entire outer periphery of the lower extension protrusion wheel 22.


Finally, the content container lid 20 may be closed, so that the assembly of the cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention may be completed.



FIG. 4 is a sectional view illustrating a state in which a content container lid is opened according to the embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a sectional view illustrating a state in which contents accommodated in a content container is used according to the embodiment of the present invention.


In order to use the cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention, which is assembled as described above, first, as shown in FIG. 4, the content container lid 20 may be rotated and opened from the content container 10. In this case, as shown in FIG. 6, even if the content container lid 20 is rotated at a predetermined angle and then released, the content container lid 20 may not fall down due to the frictional force between the first hinge part 16 and the second hinge part 26.


Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 5, makeup may be performed by putting a cosmetic tool such as a puff onto the impregnation material or the contents stored in the content container 10 and widely spreading the contents onto skin.


After the makeup is finished, the content container lid 20 may be rotated and closed. In this case, the content container lid 20 may be smoothly fitted to the content container 10 by the sealing seal 30 formed of an elastic material, and the insertion part 32 of the sealing packing 30 may tightly make close contact with the inner periphery of the outer wall 14 of the content container 10 while the end of the exposed part 34 strongly presses the upper end of the outer wall 14 of the content container 10, so that the content container 10 may be doubly sealed at the side surface and the upper portion of the content container 10, and the airtightness of the inside of the content container 10 may be stably maintained.


Although the above description has been made with reference to illustrative embodiments and drawings as well as certain matters such as specific elements, the embodiments are provided for overall understanding of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the embodiments. It is understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made in these embodiments.


Therefore, the spirit of the present invention should not be construed as being limited to the embodiments described herein, and all variations within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents are to be construed as being included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims
  • 1. A cosmetic container with improved sealing ability, the cosmetic container comprising: a content container accommodated therein with contents and having an outer wall;a content container lid configured to open and close the content container and having a lower extension protrusion wheel; anda sealing packing formed of an elastic material, and double-injection-molded or insert-injection-molded on an outer side of the lower extension protrusion wheel of the content container lid to make close contact with an inner periphery of the outer wall of the content container when the content container lid is closed.
  • 2. The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein the content container includes a bottom surface, an inner wall extending upward from the bottom surface, and the outer wall extending upward while being spaced outward from the inner wall by a predetermined interval.
  • 3. The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein the sealing packing has a ring shape which completely surrounds an outer periphery of the lower extension protrusion wheel of the content container lid.
  • 4. The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein the sealing packing includes an insertion part and an exposed part which is stepped from the insertion part, and when the content container lid is closed, the insertion part makes close contact with the inner periphery of the outer wall of the content container while an end of the exposed part presses an upper end of the outer wall of the content container so that the content container is doubly sealed.
  • 5. The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein a hinge contact part protrudes from one side of the sealing packing to make contact with a second hinge part formed on the content container lid.
  • 6. The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein the content container lid and at least a portion including an outer periphery of the sealing packing have mutually different colors.
  • 7. The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein first and second hinge parts are formed on the content container and the content container lid, respectively, and when the content container lid is opened, an opening angle of the content container lid is adjusted by a frictional force between the first and second hinge parts.
