1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container and, more particularly, to a cosmetic container that can separately keep liquid make-up and powder makeup and can mix them for use.
2. Description of the Related Art
Makeup is recently provided in various types such as a liquid state, gels, creams, and powders and used for various purposes such as beauty and protection of skin.
Such makeup is generally distributed in the market as cosmetics keeping the makeup in containers. As cosmetic containers, there are a container that can keep basic makeup such as toner and lotion, a container that can keep cream type makeup, a container that can keep color makeup such as an eyeshadow, a compact, a lip gloss, and the like. These cosmetic containers are composed of a body for keeping makeup and a lid for opening/closing the body.
Meanwhile, recently, functional cosmetics that use mixtures of lotions, which are liquid makeup, and powders have been developed and come onto the market.
Function cosmetics that use mixtures of lotions and powders are sold in the market as sets of containers separately keeping the lotions and the powders. In order to use the lotions and powders that are on the market in separate containers, as described above, a user first puts the powder into the lotion container by opening the lid of the container keeping the lotion. Next, the user closes the lid of the lotion container and appropriately shakes the container to mix the lotion and the powder, and then uses the makeup.
However, since those cosmetics are on the market as sets of containers separately keeping lotions and powders, users have to mix the lotions and the powders to use the cosmetics.
Further, while powders are put into lotion containers to be mixed with lotions, the powders may spill because the inlets of the lotion containers are small.
In particular, since the cosmetics are sold as sets of separate containers including the container for keeping a lotion and a container for keeping a powder, the manufacturing costs of the cosmetics are necessarily high.
Products that keep a lotion and a powder in one container have been developed to solve these problems, but the lotion and the powder are mixed before using in some cases and the structures for mixing them are complicated, so it is difficult to use the product. Therefore, there is a need for measures for solving these problems.
The technical configuration described above is the background for helping understand the present invention, but does not mean the related art that is widely known in the field of the present invention.
Korean Utility Model No. 20-0294043 (CDR) 2002. 10. 22.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic container that can prevent mixing of a lotion and a powder before using and allows for easy mixture of a lotion and a powder for use.
According to an aspect of the present invention, a cosmetic container includes: a container body keeping liquid makeup; and a powder makeup storage unit disposed in the container body and keeping powder makeup isolated from the liquid makeup, in which when a push cap of tine powder makeup storage unit is pushed into the container body, the powder makeup is discharged into the container body and mixed with the liquid makeup.
The powder makeup storage unit may include: a push cap guider disposed inside an open bottom of the container body and guiding the push cap; the push cap coupled no a side of the push cap guider and provides a space for keeping the powder makeup; and a seal disposed on another side of the push cap guider and isolating the powder makeup in the push cap guider from the liquid makeup.
The seal may be torn and opened by the push cap.
The powder makeup storage unit may further include an external housing fitted on the container body and supporting an end of the push cap guider.
The powder makeup storage unit may further include a sealing member on the outer side of the push cap.
The powder makeup storage unit may further include a flange disposed between the push cap guider and the external housing.
The cosmetic container may further include a dispensing unit coupled to the container body.
The dispensing unit may dispense makeup using a pipette or in a pump type.
According to embodiments of the present invention, powder makeup isolated from liquid makeup is kept in a powder makeup storage unit, so it is possible to prevent mixture of the liquid makeup and the powder makeup before they are used.
Further, when the push cap of the powder makeup storage unit is pushed into the container body, powder makeup is discharged into the container body and mixed with liquid makeup, so it is possible to simply and conveniently use the makeup.

Liquid makeup is kept in the container body 100 and the bottom of the container body 100 is open and can be closed by the powder makeup storage unit 200.
In this embodiment, a thread may be formed at the upper portion of the container body 100, as illustrated in
The powder makeup storage unit 200, as illustrated in
In this embodiment, the powder makeup storage unit 200, as illustrated in
The push cap guider 210 of the powder makeup storage unit 200 guides the push cap 240 moving up and down and provides a space for keeping powder makeup.
In this embodiment, the push cap guider 210, as illustrated in
The external housing 220 of the powder makeup storage unit 200 may be locked to the outer side of the container body 100 by a projection and a groove or may be thread-fastened by threads.
The seal 230 of the powder makeup storage unit 200, as illustrated in
In this embodiment, the seal 230 may be made of foil or vinyl and may be thermally bonded to the push cap guider 210.
The push cap 240 of the powder makeup storage unit 200 is provided to define a space for keeping powder makeup in cooperation with the push cap guider 210 and opens the seal 230 to discharge powder makeup into the container body 100.
In this embodiment, the upper end of the push cap 240, as illustrated in
The flange 260 of the powder makeup storage unit 200 can prevent liquid makeup from leaking outside through a gap between the container body 100 and the external housing 220, and for this purpose, the flange 260 may be made of rubber.
The dispensing unit 300, as illustrated in
In this embodiment, the dispensing unit 300, as illustrated in
The top cap 310 is separably coupled to the container body 100. Further, in this embodiment, the top cap 310, as illustrated in
In this embodiment, a thread is formed on the inner side of the pipette fixing cap 312, as illustrated in
The pipette 320, as illustrated in
The pipette operation unit 330 is operated by external force from a user to put/discharge makeup into/out of the pipette 320.
In this embodiment, the pipette operation unit 300, as illustrated in
The operation of the pipette operation unit 330 is briefly described hereafter.
When the operation button 336 is pressed with the top cap 310 coupled to or supported on the container body 100, the spring 335 that may be a coil spring contracts, and the operation button 336, the lift 334, the piston 332, and the piston base 333 are moved down. The external force applied to the operation button 336 is removed in these components moved down.
When the external force applied to the operation button 336 is removed, the aforementioned components are moved up by the returning force of the spring 335 and the makeup in the container body 100 is put into the pipette 320 by this pressure.
