Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the field of cosmetic products, and particularly to a cosmetic pen with continuously discharging mechanism facilitating steady output of material, such as nail polish, from a brush thereof.

BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

With improvement of living standards, the beauty industry is flourishing day by day. Among the cosmetic products, nail polish and gel are the most commonly used.

Most of the prior nail polish and gel containers are in the form of nail polish bottles. Generally, the nail polish bottle includes a bottle body and a cover with a brush. Nail polish is taken out mainly by a stylist or user dipping in the nail polish bottle with the brush on the cover, and the nail polish can only be siphoned out of the bottle one after another in an amount no larger than the brush, continuous application may not be completed due to the small brush head and the small and limited amount of dipped nail polish. When the stylist applies the nail polish, the bottle is open and the nail polish stored in the bottle can be easily contaminated and vaporized. After the application of the user, when the brush is put back, the nail polish clogged at the bottle opening can be easily squeezed out due to the small bottle opening, and waste is caused; in addition, since the brush is quite small, when the material in the bottle is siphoned out to a certain degree, the brush reach to the bottom of the bottle, and the nail polish remained therein may not be siphoned out by the brush, such that waste is caused.

Chinese patent publication No. CN 204499789 U discloses a nail oil bottle of sustainable fuel feeding. When the device is used, a syringe is used for extracting nail polish in the bottle body, then the bottle lid is taken off, and when the nail polish at the brush head is less or used up, the syringe is slowly pressed to supplement the nail polish to the brush head.

The device has the defects that the hollow connecting rod has a smaller diameter due to the limitation of the size of the brush head, and the since the nail polish is thicker, it is difficult for the user to extract the nail polish using the syringe. When the polish is supplemented by pressing, the user is required to make great strength; in addition, the nail polish is easily vaporized and may have particulate components, which may easily cause clogging.

Chinese patent publication No. CN 204467299 U discloses a nail enamel bottle capable of supplying sustainable fuel feeding. In use, nail polish is sucked into the connecting rod through an air bag, and the nail polish at the brush is supplemented through extruding the air bag. The nail enamel bottle has the following disadvantages. Firstly, the air bag is easy to break and age; secondly, the aperture of the connecting rod is small and it is difficult to suck; in addition, clogging is easily caused due to the small aperture.

For the two above-mentioned devices, the bottle body and the brush are separated from each other, and the problem of volatilization or pollution of the material in the bottle in use may not be solved. During transportation and storage, the nail polish may leak out since the bottle cap is not screwed down. After use, when the brush is put back to the bottle body, the nail polish is easy to leak. The hollow connecting rod is easy to clog due to the limitation of its aperture; since a certain gap exists between the brush and the bottle bottom, when the nail polish is less, the brush is inconvenient to dip in or get, and the hollow connecting rod may not absorb the material.

Chinese patent publication No. CN 206365596 U discloses a nail polish pen which drives an inner tube to rotate by pressing the button on the side of the pen body, realizes the communication of the nail polish and the brush by rotation, and controls the amount of released nail polish by the movement amount of the button or the inner tube or the cross section area of the accommodating chamber. The nail polish pen has the defects that the nail polish flows down mainly depending on gravity, the nail polish is thick and has poor fluidity, and when no external thrust is designed, the flow-down speed and the flow rate are both very low depending on the gravity.

Chinese patent publication No. CN 201541963 U discloses a nail polish pen, which realizes the communication between the nail polish cylinder and the brush by means of the controlled nail polish outlet device, and enables nail polish to flow to the brush by means of gravity. The nail polish pen has the defects that the nail polish is thick with poor fluidity, and the flow-down speed and the flow rate are low depending on gravity when no external thrust is designed.

In view of the above-mentioned defects of the existing devices, there is a need for improvement of the existing devices.

SUMMARY OF PRESENT INVENTION

In order to overcome the defects of the above-mentioned existing devices, an objective of the present disclosure is to provide a cosmetic pen with continuously discharging mechanism, which may realize the integration of the elongate body and the brush, avoid the volatilization or pollution of the material, control the continuous output of the material by a user as needed and increase the operation convenience and efficiency.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the following technical solution is adopted in the present disclosure. The present disclosure provides a cosmetic pen with continuously discharging mechanism, including: an elongate body with a pen head coupled at one end thereof, the elongate body includes a material-pushing assembly, a driving assembly, a material bin and a check valve; the material-pushing assembly comprises a central shaft coupled to the driving assembly at one end, and a spiral blade attached thereto at the other end; when the central shaft is driven by the driving assembly, material store within the material bin is extruded by spiral motion of the spiral blade toward the pen head so as to provide a steady supply of material to the pen head to facilitate smooth and continuously deployment of the material through the pen head.

When the central shaft rotates, the spiral blade is driven to rotate, and when the spiral blade rotates, the material in the material bin in contact with the blade may be pushed continuously, such that the material is fed continuously for a discharge outlet; and the spiral blade and the central shaft have small volumes, such that the volume of the material bin may be effectively utilized to contain more materials; the spiral blade is in clearance fit with a wall of the material bin along a radial direction.

The spiral blade has a cylindrical overall configuration or a conical overall configuration.

The spiral blade is a left-handed spiral blade or a right-handed spiral blade. In the case where the spiral blade is a left-handed spiral blade, if the blade rotates clockwise when looking down from the top end of the elongate body, the blade generates a thrust on the material to feed; in the case where the spiral blade is a right-handed spiral blade, if the blade rotates anticlockwise when looking down from the top end of the elongate body, the blade generates a thrust on the material to feed.

The driving assembly is comprises a battery, a driving motor and a power switch; using the motor to drive, a user may control the number of turns that the blade rotates by pressing the switch on the side of the elongate body and controlling ON duration of the switch, thereby accurately controlling the amount of released material, realizing one-hand continuous operation, saving time for the user, and preventing waste.

The driving structure may also be a rotary knob at the tail of the elongate body. In the case of manual rotation driving, the user only needs to rotate the tail of the elongate body when the material at the pen head is insufficient, such that the spiral blade may be driven to rotate, and continuous discharging at the pen head is achieved. By controlling the number of turns, the amount of released material is accurately controlled, and the waste is prevented.

As the battery, a small-volume battery is adopted, including a button battery or other batteries.

The driving motor includes a low-voltage direct current motor and a reduction gear set.

The power switch is located on a side surface of the elongate body, such that the power switch is convenient for the user to press; the power switch may be embedded into the wall of the elongate body or a protective sleeve is added to prevent misoperation due to the turn-on power by accident.

The material in the material bin is any non-solid cosmetic material, such as watery, milky, oily, pasty, gel-like.

The pen head may comprise an anti-overflow valve and a brush.

The anti-overflow valve is mainly composed of a valve, an anti-overflow ball and a spring; when the anti-overflow ball is not stressed, the anti-overflow ball is pressed against the spring elastically to be tightly attached to the valve, such that a closed anti-overflow effect is achieved; when pushed by the material, the anti-overflow ball overcomes an elastic force of the spring to be separated from the valve, and the material enters the brush.

The check valve is located at an upper end of the central shaft, and the central shaft penetrates through the center of the check valve and is fixed on an inner wall of the elongate body; the check valve is fixed on the inner wall of the elongate body and does not rotate along with the central shaft; the central shaft is tightly combined with the check valve; the check valve is designed to be a one-way check valve, and the material in the material bin may not overflow outwards through the check valve, but air may enter when an air pressure in the material bin is the same as the air pressure outside the elongate body, the check valve is in the closed state, and when the air pressure in the material bin is less than the air pressure outside the elongate body, atmosphere may get into the material bin through the check valve to balance the air pressure in the material bin.

The pen head is coupled to the elongate body in a threaded structure or in a manner of interference, which realizes effective sealing, and in use, the material in the material bin may be neither exposed, nor polluted or volatilized.

The pen cap is may be coupled to the pen head in a threaded structure or in a manner of interference; when not in use, the pen is covered with the pen cap, such that the effective sealing is realized, and the brush is effectively protected.

In conclusion, the cosmetic pen with continuously discharging mechanism according to the present disclosure has the following advantageous effects. The integration of the elongate body and the brush is realized, the material is prevented from being volatilized or polluted, the user may control the continuous output of the material as required, and operation convenience and efficiency are increased.
