The present invention relates generally to a cosmetic tool. More specifically, the present invention is a compact portable cosmetic brush having a retractable brush.
Cosmetic brushes have been indispensable tools in the world of beauty and personal grooming for centuries. They play a pivotal role in applying makeup and enhancing one's appearance. However, traditional cosmetic brushes have typically been designed for home use, which often makes them bulky and inconvenient to carry on the go. The demand for a compact and portable cosmetic brush has grown significantly in recent years due to the fast-paced lifestyles of modern consumers. In response to this demand, the present invention introduces a compact cosmetic brush designed to overcome the key shortcomings of prior art in the field.
The prior art primarily comprises conventional brushes that are relatively large, averaging around 150 mm to 200 mm in length. While these brushes perform their intended function effectively, they exhibit several notable shortcomings including lack of portability and the inability to conceal the brushes when not in use. Traditional cosmetic brushes are cumbersome to carry, often requiring significant storage space in handbags or travel kits. Their size and shape limit their portability and convenience, making it challenging for individuals to touch up their makeup while on the move. Additionally, prior art brushes lack protective features, making them susceptible to contamination and dirt when stored in bags or pockets. This results in the need for frequent cleaning and maintenance, which can be inconvenient for users with busy lifestyles. Furthermore, the absence of a protective cap or case exposes the brush bristles to damage, deformation, or bending when not in use. This can affect the brush's overall performance and longevity. The limitations of prior art in the cosmetic brush industry have led to a growing need for a compact and portable solution that can address these concerns effectively. The present invention, a compact cosmetic brush measuring 75 mm in length and 30 mm in diameter, along with a removable cap, aims to fill this gap in the prior art. The compact cosmetic brush presented in this patent application distinguishes itself from the prior art by its compact size, components, and material properties. The primary innovation lies in its reduced dimensions, which enhance its portability and convenience. The key advantages and features of the present invention include portability, concealability, and space efficiency.
The compact size and lightweight design of the brush enable users to carry it effortlessly in purses, pockets, or travel bags, ensuring makeup touch-ups can be performed on the go. The removable cap provides an effective barrier, preventing contamination and damage to the bristles, ensuring a cleaner and more durable brush. The compact dimensions of the brush ensure efficient utilization of space within makeup kits, leaving room for other essential cosmetics and tools. The present invention addresses the key shortcomings of traditional cosmetic brushes by introducing a portable, hygienic, and space-efficient solution.
The present invention is a makeup brush having a removeable cap, a casing, and a retractable brush. The casing comprises a plurality of notches for securing the removeable cap to the casing when the brush is not in use. Additionally, the brush is capable of retracting into the casing.
