The present disclosure relates to a costume hanger.
Various methods may be used when storing a costume, for example, a costume may be hung and stored on a hanger means. To hang and store a costume on such a hanger means may be good for long-term maintenance of the costume.
Meanwhile, to store a costume that includes a portion vulnerable to damage may be very important due to its material property. In case of a costume including a lot of ornaments or a rigid material for maintaining a predetermined shape, such as a stage costume, the ornament attached onto the costume, the rigid material thereof or the like may be damaged or deformed depending on contact with other objects around the costume, compression from the surrounding objects or a storage type of the costume. Therefore, in order to maintain the costume described as above, it may be necessary to control the contact with other objects around the costume, the compression from the surrounding objects or the storage type, etc.
To store the costume that includes a portion vulnerable to damage as described above, the following methods have been conventionally used: for example, a method of spreading and storing costumes in a wide space as shown in
However, in case that a costume is stored using the conventional methods as shown in
Accordingly, in order to reduce the space used for storing the costumes, the costumes may be stacked and stored on a floor as shown in
An invention related to a costume hanger has been released in various forms. However, no costume hanger has been identified that may prevent damage to a costume that includes a portion designed to maintain a predetermined shape and also improve utilization efficiency of the space used for its storage.
The present disclosure discloses an invention developed by a new idea completely different from a conventional costume hanger technique, and thus no specific background technique of the present disclosure is known. However, as a prior art in the adjacent technical field, Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2013-0025307 discloses a technique for reducing damage to clothes.

16. A costume hanger including:
A costume hanger according to the present disclosure may maximize efficiency of space utilization when storing a costume, and also reduce damage to the costume by maintaining a shape of the costume when storing the costume.
The costume hanger according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may maximize the efficiency of space utilization and maintainability of the costume when storing the costume by including a main body supporting one surface of a predetermined portion of the costume positioned between the main body and a pole and the pole supporting the other surface of the predetermined portion of the costume, thereby supporting the costume in such a manner that the costume hung thereon may not be tilted in a direction horizontal to the ground.
The costume hanger according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may maximize the efficiency of space utilization and maintainability of the costume when storing the costume by including a lateral portion having a shape open upward and surrounded by the main body, the connection portion and the pole, thereby supporting the costume in such a manner that the costume hung thereon may not be tilted in the direction horizontal to the ground.
The costume hanger according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may maximize the efficiency of space utilization and maintainability of the costume when storing the costume by allowing at least a portion of the main body and that of the pole to be parallel to each other, thereby supporting the costume in such a manner that the costume hung thereon may not be tilted in the direction horizontal to the ground.
In the costume hanger according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the number of the poles may be two, and the two poles may be positioned to be spaced apart from and parallel to each other by a predetermined distance, thereby more stably hanging and storing the costume.
The costume hanger according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may maximize the efficiency of space utilization and maintainability of the costume when storing the costume by allowing the pole to have a shape of a column extended to be parallel to a gravity direction.
The costume hanger according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may support the costume more effectively by allowing the pole to have a shape in which a distance between the pole and the main body becomes closer as the pole is farther away from its one end connected to the other end of the connection portion.
The costume hanger according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may improve the maintainability of the costume by including at least a portion of an upper surface of the connection portion extended in a direction perpendicular to the gravity direction, thereby relieving compression on a panty of the costume and its adjacent portions in the horizontal direction.
The costume hanger according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may store a bodice of the costume in a fully spread state by allowing the main body to be formed in a shape having a predetermined width in the horizontal direction.
The costume hanger according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may store the bodice of the costume in the fully spread state by allowing the main body to have a shape in which the horizontal width of the main body is gradually increased as the main body becomes farther away from its portion connected to the connection portion.
The costume hanger according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may further include a hand positioned on an upper portion of the main body or on an upper portion of the pole and hanging a shoulder strap attached to the bodice of the costume, thereby storing the costume so that the bodice of the costume does not slip off therefrom.
The costume hanger according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may hang the shoulder strap included in each of costumes of various sizes.
A costume hanger according to embodiments of the present disclosure includes: a head; a main body having one end connected to one end of the head; a connection portion having one end connected to the other end of the main body and connecting the main body and a pole to each other; and the pole having one end connected to the other end of the connection portion and passing through a hole formed in the costume.
Here, the main body and the pole may be positioned to be spaced apart from and face each other by a predetermined distance, and the main body and the pole may be extended upward from the connection portion, respectively, based on a direction defined as the costume hanger is suspended in the air by the head.
In this manner, the costume hanger may maximize efficiency of space utilization when storing a costume, and also reduce damage to the costume by maintaining a shape of the costume when storing the costume.
Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present disclosure are described with reference to the drawings. However, the embodiments are only described by way of examples and the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
The size and area of each component and member shown in the drawings may be exaggerated or modified for convenience of description, and the scope of the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
The spirit of the present disclosure is determined by the claims and the following embodiments may be provided to efficiently describe the spirit of the present disclosure to those skilled in the art.
In the specification, a term referring to a direction is principally based on the direction defined as the costume hanger is suspended in the air by a head 10, unless otherwise specified. For example, when positions of an upper portion and a lower portion are changed in a direction parallel to a gravity direction, respectively, a portion higher in a vertical direction may be referred to as the upper portion and a portion lower in the vertical direction may be referred to as the lower portion, respectively. Meanwhile, a lateral portion may refer to a portion seen when looking at the costume hanger in a direction perpendicular to the gravity direction.
The direction or positional relationship referred to by the corresponding term in the specification includes all of: geometrically the same direction or positional relationship; substantially the same direction or positional relationship; and the same direction or positional relationship in a generally accepted range even if it is not exactly the same direction or positional relationship.
In detail, in the specification, the upper or lower, parallel, horizontal, perpendicular direction or positional relationship, the gravity direction and the like include all of: geometrically the same upper or lower, parallel, horizontal, perpendicular direction or positional relationship and the same gravity direction; substantially the same upper or lower, parallel, horizontal, perpendicular direction or positional relationship and the same gravity direction; and
As shown in
Meanwhile, referring to
The embodiments of the present disclosure may maximize the efficiency of space utilization when storing the costume because a lot of costumes may be stored in the same space by allowing the costume having the ‘storage shape’ to be suspended vertically and stably in the air. In addition, the damage and deformation of the costume due to friction or contamination may be reduced by not stacking or positioning the costumes on the floor.
Before describing the embodiments of the present disclosure in detail, the description describes the costume that may be applied to the embodiments of the present disclosure. The embodiments of the present disclosure may be used for hanging the costume including the skirt 1 formed to maintain a predetermined shape.
The costume that may be applied to the embodiments of the present disclosure may be the costume including the skirt 1 formed to maintain a predetermined shape. For example, the costume may be a petticoat, a tutu or the like and the tutu may be a classic tutu, a romantic tutu, a silhouette, a practice tutu, etc. However, the costume is not limited thereto, and any costume including the skirt 1 formed to maintain a predetermined shape may be applied to the embodiments of the present disclosure.
The costume including the skirt 1 formed to maintain a predetermined shape may include the skirt 1 and further include an additional portion. For example, the costume may further include a bodice 2 covering a wearer's upper body, a panty 3 covering the wearer's lower body, a shoulder strap 4 hung over the wearer's shoulder, etc. In addition, the costume including the skirt 1 formed to maintain a predetermined shape may be formed by continuously connecting the skirt 1 and at least one of the portions described above to each other.
The costume hanger according to the embodiments of the present disclosure may hang the costume by allowing a pole 40, a connection portion 30 and a main body 20 to be inserted into the costume sequentially. For example, a costume including a structure in which the bodice 2 and the skirt 1 are directly or indirectly connected to each other may be hung on the costume hanger by allowing the costume hanger to be first inserted into the bodice 2 before the skirt 1, and conversely, by allowing the costume hanger to be first inserted into the skirt 1 before the bodice 2. In case that the costume is hung on the costume hanger by allowing the costume hanger to be first inserted into the bodice 2 before the skirt 1, the bodice 2 may be supported by the main body 20 so that a lower portion of the main body 20 is inserted into the bodice 2 of the costume, thereby allowing the bodice 2 to stand vertically (see
In a state in which the costume is hung on the costume hanger according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the costume may be in a state in which the costume having the ‘storage shape’ stands vertically as shown in
The skirt 1 may be formed to maintain a predetermined shape and include a material having rigidity or elasticity. For example, the rigidity or elasticity of the skirt 1 may be due to the property of a fiber material itself, or may be provided by including a material having the rigidity or elasticity, such as a frame or a wire 5, inside or adjacent to the skirt 1. As shown in
The embodiments of the present disclosure may support the upper portion of the skirt 1 based on the costume having the ‘storage shape’ which is flat in the direction perpendicular to the ground. As described above, the embodiments of the present disclosure may support the upper portion of the skirt 1, thereby preventing the costume having the ‘storage shape’ which is flat in the direction perpendicular to the ground from being tilted in the horizontal direction due to the gravity. Therefore, it is possible to remove contact and compression from another object on the skirt 1 by allowing the costume to be stored vertically, thereby preventing deformation and damage of the skirt 1, and also making it possible to store a lot of costumes horizontally and continuously, thereby maximizing storage efficiency.
The bodice 2 may refer to an upper portion of the costume and include an ornament attached onto its surface. The embodiments of the present disclosure may eliminate contact, compression or the like from another object on the bodice 2 by supporting the bodice 2 so that the costume is stored vertically, thereby preventing deformation and damage of the ornament attached onto the surface of the bodice 2.
The panty 3 may refer to a partial lower portion of the costume and be in close contact with the costume wearer's lower body, and may include holes into which the costume wearer's legs are inserted. The pole 40 and connection portion 30 of the embodiments of the present disclosure may pass through the holes. If necessary, the panty 3 may be formed to have another hole into which the costume wearer's waist is inserted, and in case that the hole is formed by using an elastic material, a size of the hole may be varied due to shrinkage and expansion of the material.
The shoulder strap 4 may refer to a portion provided to be connected to an upper end of the bodice 2 and caught on one of the wearer's shoulders. The number of the shoulder straps 4 may be that known based on costume design, and there is no particular limitation thereto, but the number may be, for example, zero, one, two, etc. The costume hanger according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may further include a hand 50 hanging the shoulder strap 4, thereby storing the bodice 2 in a more fully spread state.
A material used for the costume hanger of the present disclosure is not particularly limited, but may include, for example, synthetic resin, metal, ceramic, wood, paper, natural resin, etc.
The embodiments of the present disclosure may include the head 10 that allows the costume hanger to be suspended in the air.
As shown in
The head 10 may have any shape without particular limitation as long as it can be hung on the protruding hook or the rod, and may have, for example, a shape of a hook having at least one open side portion or a shape of a ring with no opening.
The embodiments of the present disclosure may include the main body 20 having one end connected to one end of the head 10.
An upper portion of the main body 20 may be connected to the head and a lower portion of the main body 20 may be connected to the connection portion 30 based on the direction defined as the costume hanger is suspended in the air by the head 10. The main body 20 may have any shape without particular limitation, and for example, a shape of its lower portion may allow the main body 20 to be inserted into the bodice 2 of the costume, and a shape of its upper portion may have a slope from side to side based on the end to which the head 10 is connected. In addition, the main body 20 may include a hollow portion as shown in
The main body 20 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may be formed in a shape in which the main body 20 has a predetermined circumference in the horizontal direction based on the direction defined as the costume hanger is suspended in the air by the head 10. The main body 20 may be formed in the shape in which the main body 20 has a predetermined circumference in the horizontal direction, thereby preventing the bodice 2 from being wrinkled in the horizontal direction and improving maintainability of the ornament attached onto the bodice 2 during storage of the costume. For example, a predetermined circumference of the lower portion of the main body 20 inserted into the bodice 2 may be 6 inches to 50 inches. The predetermined circumference is a numerical value exemplified by assuming a circumferential size of the bodice 2 to be hung on the costume hanger, and a criterion for measuring the predetermined circumference may be a circumference of an inner diameter of the bodice 2 measured in a state in which the bodice 2 is closely worn by the lower portion of the main body 20. That is, even if the main body 20 includes the hollow portion, it may not affect the predetermined circumferential size. Therefore, a size of the circumference of the lower portion of the main body 20 with the hollow portion as shown in
As shown in
The embodiments of the present disclosure may include the pole 40 having one end connected to the other end of the connection portion 30, and passing through the hole formed in the costume. As described above, the hole(s) may be provided as a portion(s) into which, for example, the costume wearer's legs or waist, and preferably the legs, may be inserted.
The costume hanger may include the pole 40, the pole 40 may thus be inserted into the hole formed in the costume, and at least a portion of the pole 40 inserted into the hole may support at least the partial upper portion of the skirt 1 of the costume based on the state in which the costume having the ‘storage shape’ stands vertically. At least the portion of the pole 40 may support at least the partial upper portion of the skirt 1 of the costume, and the skirt 1 may thus be supported by the pole 40 or the main body 20 in the lateral direction, thereby preventing the skirt 1 from being tilted in the horizontal direction.
The number of the poles 40 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is not particularly limited, but may be, for example, one or two, and preferably two.
In case that the number of the poles 40 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is two, the two poles 40 may be respectively inserted into two holes formed in the costume provided for the wearer's legs to be inserted, thereby stably fixing and storing the costume. Therefore, the two poles 40 may be excellent in an aspect of desired effect of the present disclosure.
In addition, the two poles 40 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may be positioned to be spaced apart from and parallel to each other by a predetermined distance, and in this case, it may be easier to perform functions of inserting the poles 40 into the hole(s) formed in the costume and supporting the costume after the insertion.
The pole 40 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may have any shape without particular limitation as long as the pole 40 may be inserted into the hole formed in the costume and at least the portion of the inserted pole 40 may support at least the partial upper portion of the skirt 1 of the costume. As shown in
If necessary, the pole 40 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may be formed of a ductile material, and a distal end of the pole 40 may be formed to be caught in the main body, the head 10 or an external hook.
At least a portion of the pole 40 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may have a shape in which a distance between the pole 40 and the main body 20 becomes closer as the pole 40 is farther away from its one end connected to the other end of the connection portion 30.
In general, in case that the costume has the ‘storage shape’, the costume may tend to have a thinner thickness from the center toward the edge of the costume. Therefore, the pole 40 may have the shape in which the distance between the pole 40 and the main body 20 becomes closer as the pole is farther away from its one end connected to the other end of the connection portion 30 so that the embodiment corresponds to such a change in the thickness of the costume having the ‘storage shape,’ and thus be excellent in supporting the upper portion of the skirt 1.
The pole 40 according to an embodiment of the present may have any length without particular limitation as long as the pole 40 can be inserted into the hole formed in the costume and at least the portion of the inserted pole 40 can support at least the partial upper portion of the skirt 1 of the costume. The length of the pole 40 may be, for example, in a range corresponding to a conventional length of the upper portion of the skirt 1, and may be specifically 1 to 100 cm and preferably 5 to 100 cm.
The embodiments of present disclosure may include the connection portion 30 having one end connected to the other end of the main body 20 and connecting the main body 20 and the pole 40 to each other. The connection portion 30 may support a load of the costume.
The connection portion 30 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may have a shape in which at least a portion of an upper surface of the connection portion 30 may be extended in the direction perpendicular to the gravity direction based on the direction defined as the costume hanger is suspended in the air by the head 10.
That is, the connection portion 30 may include the portion extended in the horizontal direction, thereby reducing damage to the panty 3 of the costume and its adjacent portions. In general, in case that the costume has the ‘storage shape,’ the center of the costume may have the greatest thickness. Therefore, in case that the costume is hung thereon, the connection portion 30 supporting the panty 3 and its adjacent portions may serve as a spacer to minimize compression on the panty 3, thereby reducing the damage to the panty 3 and its adjacent portions. The panty 3 of the costume and its adjacent portions may be in contact with the upper surface of the connection portion 30 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and the upper surface of the connection portion 30 according to the embodiment may be extended with a predetermined length in the horizontal direction. In the aspect of the above-described effect, for example, 1 to 100 cm may be the length of the upper surface of the connection portion 30 extended in the horizontal direction.
If necessary, the connection portion 30 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include a hinge. The connection portion 30 may include the hinge, and thereby the pole 40 may be folded or be unfolded conversely, and it may thus be easy to introduce the costume to the costume hanger. Here, the connection portion 30 according to the embodiment may further include a configuration for fixing a movement of the hinge.
In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the main body 20 and the pole 40 may be positioned to be spaced apart from and face each other by a predetermined distance.
In the state in which the costume is hung on the costume hanger according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, at least the partial upper portion of the skirt 1 of the costume may be positioned between the pole 40, the connection portion 30 and the main body 20 based on the costume having the ‘storage shape’ flat in the direction perpendicular to the ground. In this manner, the skirt 1 may be supported by the pole 40 or the main body 20 in the lateral direction to be prevented from being tilted in the horizontal direction.
The predetermined distance between the main body 20 and the pole 40 may be set in a thickness range of the costume having the ‘storage shape.’ If the predetermined distance is too narrow, it is impossible to hang the costume on the costume hanger and if the distance is too far, it is difficult to maintain the ‘storage shape’ of the costume vertically. For example, the predetermined distance may be 1 to 30 cm.
As shown in
Referring to
The main body 20 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may support one surface of a predetermined portion of the costume positioned between the main body 20 and the pole 40, and the pole 40 may support the other surface of the predetermined portion of the costume.
The costume hanger according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may have a shape open upward when viewed from any lateral portion of the costume hanger. The shape open upward is not particularly limited as long as it allows the costume to be introduced to the costume hanger through an open portion of the costume hanger. For example, the lateral portion of the costume hanger may have a ‘⊏’ or ‘c’ shape open upward and surrounded by the main body 20, the connection portion 30 and the pole 40, or a shape open upward similarly thereto. In detail, as shown in
Hereinafter, the costume hanger according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is described with reference to
The costume hanger according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may further include a hand 50 positioned on the upper portion of the main body 20 or on an upper portion of the pole 40 based on the direction defined as the costume hanger is suspended in the air by the head 10 and hanging the shoulder strap 4 attached to the bodice 2 of the costume. The costume hanger may further include the hand 50 positioned on the upper portion of the main body 20 or on the upper portion of the pole 40 and hanging the shoulder strap 4 attached to the bodice 2 of the costume, thereby storing the costume so that the bodice 2 of the costume does not slip off therefrom.
The hand 50 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may have a known shape of the hand 50 without particular limitation as long as the hand 50 can hang a general shoulder strap 4. For example, the hand 50 may have a shape as shown in
If necessary, the hand 50 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may change its position along a guide means provided in advance on the main body 20 or on the pole 40. In this manner, the costume hanger according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may hang the shoulder strap 4 included in each of costumes of various sizes. The guide means according to the embodiment may be the hand 50 having a shape corresponding to the groove so as not to be deviated from the groove provided in advance, or may have a structure in which the hand 50 may be attached to and detached from the guide means.
If necessary, the hand 50 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may be connected to and included in the upper portion of the pole 40 based on the direction defined as the costume hanger is suspended in the air by the head 10.
In case that the skirt 1 is hung on the costume hanger by allowing the costume hanger to be first inserted into the skirt 1 before the bodice 2, the shoulder strap 4 of the costume may be hung on the hand 50 connected to the upper portion of the pole 40.
If necessary, the hand 50 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may be included in the pole 40 to slide up and down along the pole 40, thereby appropriately hanging the shoulder strap 4 based on a size of the costume.
A costume hanger according to another embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a head 10; a main body 20 extended from one end of the head 10; a pole 40 positioned to be spaced apart from and face the main body 20 by a predetermined distance; and a connection portion 30 connecting the main body 20 and the pole 40 to each other, wherein the main body 20 and the pole 40 may be extended upward from the connection portion 30, respectively, based on a direction defined as the costume hanger is suspended in the air by the head 10, a lower portion of the main body 20 may be inserted into a bodice 2 of a costume, the main body 20 may support at least a partial inner portion of the bodice 2 of the costume or at least a portion of a skirt 1 of the costume, the connection portion 30 and the pole 40 may pass through a hole formed in the costume, and the pole 40 may support at least the portion of the skirt 1 of the costume or at least the partial inner portion of the bodice 2 of the costume.
A costume hanger including a head 10, a main body 20, a connection portion 30, a pole 40, and a hand 50 is made of synthetic fibers, and a ballet tutu is hung thereon.
It is confirmed that the ballet tutu costume having a ‘storage shape’ may be stored by being suspended vertically and stably in the air. In detail, it is confirmed that the bodice 2 is supported by the main body in such a manner that a lower portion of the main body 20 is inserted into the bodice 2 of the costume so that the bodice 2 stands vertically. It is also confirmed that at least a partial upper portion of the skirt 1 of the costume is positioned between the pole 40, the connection portion 30 and the main body 20.
Accordingly, the embodiments of the present disclosure may maximize the efficiency of space utilization when storing the costume, and also reduce the damage to the costume by maintaining the shape of the costume when storing the costume.
