Abstract
The present disclosure provides a cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions. The cotton knitted fabric has identical pattern on both sides thereof, and includes several knitting weaves knitted by cotton yarns prepared from CotSolution cotton, each knitting weave includes eight feeds, each feed includes four loops, and the four loops includes two dial knitting loops and two needle cylinder knitting loops. The present disclosure adopts a structure with identical patterns on both sides, the limitation caused by different face and the back sides can be removed, the use is more flexible, and the cotton yarns made of CotSolution cotton are knitted according to the structure of eight feeds and four loops, thus better playing the antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions.
Description
CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

This patent application claims the benefit and priority of Chinese Patent Application No. 202122472958.9 filed on Oct. 14, 2021, the disclosure of which is incorporated by reference herein in its entirety as part of the present application.


TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of fabrics, and in particular relates to a cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions.


BACKGROUND ART

With the development of economy and society and the improvement of people's living standards, the comfort and functionality of clothing fabric are attracting more and more attention.


Cotton fabric is favored by consumers due to good warmth retention property and breathability. However, under a condition of proper temperature and humidity, cotton fabric is prone to breeding bacteria and fungi after moisture absorption, so as to become a good parasite for microorganisms to survive and reproduce. The bred bacteria and fungi are harmful to the human body, causing the human to be infected with skin diseases and making the fabric stained with sweat and human body secretions to generate odor; and also, the skin diseases and the odor may in turn pollute the cotton fabric to cause damage, thus adversely affecting the life and quality of the cotton fabric.


In the prior art, in order to avoid above issues of the cotton fabric, non-cotton fabrics are usually used instead. For example, Chinese Patent Publication CN208121303U discloses an antibacterial knitted fabric. A face side of the antibacterial knitted fabric is woven from hydrophilic yarns, the hydrophilic yarns are polyester filament yarns subjected to hydrophilic treatment. A back side of the antibacterial knitted fabric is woven from antibacterial yarns, and the antibacterial yarns are blended yarns of antibacterial fibers and profiled polyester fibers. Moreover, according to this scheme, the antibacterial knitted fabric forms a dual-sided structure through tuck stitch, the face side of the antibacterial knitted fabric is flat and smooth, and the back side of the antibacterial knitted fabric is provided with rhombus-shaped abbatre. The minimum patterns on the back side each contains six courses and three wales, and the minimum patterns of the back side of the antibacterial knitted fabric each are six feeds as a cycle. Therefore, on one hand, as the scheme does not employ the cotton fabric, the advantages of good warmth retention property and breathability of the cotton fabric are lost although some issues caused by the moisture absorption of the cotton fabric are avoided, on the other hand, the two sides in the scheme are different in material and structure, resulting in complex process and limited use.


In addition, Chinese Patent Publication CN208362605U discloses a rib fabric. A face side of the rib fabric is formed by face pattern repeats, and a back side of the rib fabric is formed by back patter repeats. The face pattern repeat and the back pattern repeat are both composed of four wales and four courses. And in a cam arrangement diagram, a draw-down cam, a tuck cam and a non-knitting cam in the face pattern repeats and a draw-down cam, a tuck cam and a non-knitting cam in the back pattern repeats are symmetrically arranged, that is, a structure with the face side and the back side being symmetrical is adopted in this scheme. Thus the face side and the back side need to be distinguished during the application, leading to a certain limitation. And moreover, materials with the antibacterial and deodorizing functions are not adopted in this scheme, and it is unclear whether the antibacterial and deodorizing functions can be achieved or not.


SUMMARY

An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions to address the above problems existing in the prior art. The present disclosure adopts a structure with identical patterns on both sides, so that the limitation caused by different face and back sides can be removed, the use is more flexible, and cotton yarns made of CotSolution cotton are knitted according to a structure of eight feeds and four loops, thus better playing the antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions.


To achieve the above objective, the present disclosure provides the following schemes.


The present disclosure provides a cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions. The cotton knitted fabric has identical pattern on both sides thereof, including several knitting weaves knitted by cotton yarns prepared from CotSolution cotton, each knitting weave includes eight feeds, each feed includes four loops, and the four loops includes two dial knitting loops and two needle cylinder knitting loops.


Preferably, the yarns used in each of the first feed to the eighth feed are all 40 s CotSolution cotton antibacterial yarns.


Preferably, an ocean cotton all-cotton knitted fabric developed with the 40 s CotSolution cotton antibacterial yarn as raw material is made of 100% all-cotton.


Preferably, former four feeds and latter four feeds on the same side of the knitted fabric are of a symmetric structure.


Preferably, each of the first feed and the eighth feed sequentially comprises a top draw-down cam, a top draw-down cam, a floating cam, and a tuck cam; each of the second feed and the seventh feed sequentially comprises a floating cam, a floating cam, a bottom draw-down cam, and a bottom draw-down cam; each of the third feed and the sixth feed sequentially comprises a top draw-down cam, a top draw-down cam, a tuck cam, and a floating cam; and each of the fourth feed and the fifth feed sequentially comprises a floating cam, a floating cam, a bottom draw-down cam, and a bottom draw-down cam.


Preferably, the loop of each of the first feed, the third feed, the fifth feed and the seventh feed has a length of 16 cm/100 loops.


Preferably, the loop of each of the second feed, the fourth feed, the sixth feed and the eighth feed has a length of 18 cm/100 loops.


The present disclosure can obtain the following technical effects over the prior art:


(1) by adopting a structure with identical patterns on both sides thereof, the limitation caused by different face and the back sides can be removed, the use is more flexible, and the cotton yarns made of CotSolution cotton are knitted according to the structure of eight feeds and four loops, thus better playing the antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions;


(2) the marine cotton all-cotton knitted fabric developed with the 40 s CotSolution cotton antibacterial yarn as raw material is made of 100% all-cotton, which not only meets the requirements of good warmth retention property and breathability, but also has good antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions, and can improve the quality of the prepared fabric;


(3) former four feeds and latter four feeds on the same side of the knitted fabric of the present disclosure are of a symmetric structure, thus increasing diversity of the lines and the types of the patterns;


(4) the all-cotton knitted fabric with the antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions prepared according to the present disclosure has an antibacterial rate of 98.3% against Staphylococcus aureus, an antibacterial rate of 95.8% against Escherichia coli, an antibacterial rate of 96.2% against Klebsiella pneumoniae, an antibacterial rate of 91.4% against Candida albicans (Chinese standard FZ/T 73023-2006: antibacterial knitwear), and gets an ammonia gas reduction rate of ≥85%, an acetic acid reduction rate of ≥87% (GB/T 33610.2-2017: Textiles-Determination of deodorant Property-Part 2: Detector tube method), and reaches an anti-mold grade of more than 1 (Chinese standard FZ/T 60030-2009: Anti-mold activity assessment of home textile), and presents good antibacterial, deodorization and anti-mold functions.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described completely and clearly below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely a part rather than all of the embodiments of the present disclosure. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present disclosure without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.


An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions to alleviate or eliminate the issues in the prior art. By adopting a structure with identical patterns on both sides, the limitation caused by different face and the back sides can be removed, the use is more flexible, and cotton yarns prepared by CotSolution cotton are knitted according to a structure of eight feeds and four loops, thus better playing the antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions. Within the present disclosure, CotSolution cotton is a chitosan-modified cotton fiber, which is prepared by extracting chitin from crustacean marine organisms such as crab shell and shrimp shell, then removing acetyl groups from the chitin to make chitosan, and then using biological macromolecular modification technology to incorporate generated chitosan group into molecular chains of natural fiber to produce biological fiber which can be washed for more than 100 times while maintaining a certain quality or property.


To make the objective, the features and the advantages of the present disclosure understood more easily and apparently, the present disclosure is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the embodiments.


As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the present disclosure provides a cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions, which presents a rib configuration, has identical patterns on both sides, and adopts identical weaving modes, i.e., a weaving structure of one side is completely identical to a weaving structure of the other side. Specifically, the knitting weave of one side is completely identical to the knitting weave of the other side, including several knitting weaves knitted by cotton yarns prepared from CotSolution cotton. Each knitting weave comprises eight feeds, each feed comprises four loops, and the four loops comprise two dial knitted loops and two needle cylinder knitted loops; wherein the dial knitted loop refers to a loop correspondingly formed by a dial knitting needle, and the needle cylinder knitted loop refers to a loop correspondingly formed by a needle cylinder knitting needle. For example, the dial knitting needles are arranged according to a 2/1 arrangement mode, with two knitting needles forming a cycle; the needle cylinder knitting needles are arranged according to a ½ arrangement mode, with two knitting needles forming a cycle. The present disclosure adopts the structure with identical patterns on both sides, so that the limitation caused by different face and back sides can be removed, the use is more flexible, and cotton yarns made of CotSolution cotton are knitted according to a structure of eight feeds and four loops, thus better playing the antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions.


The yarns used in each of the first feed to the eighth feed can all adopt 40 s CotSolution cotton antibacterial yarns, which are prepared from the CotSolution cotton with good antibacterial and disinfection functions. For example, the 40 s CotSolution cotton antibacterial yarns can be prepared from 100% Xinjiang long-staple cotton as raw material.


A marine cotton all-cotton knitted fabric, which is prepared from the 40 s CotSolution cotton antibacterial yarns as raw material, is made of 100% all-cotton, which not only meets the requirements of warmth retention property and breathability, but also has good antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions, and can improve the quality of the prepared fabric. The all-cotton knitted fabric with the antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions prepared according to the present disclosure has an antibacterial rate of 98.3% against Staphylococcus aureus, an antibacterial rate of 95.8% against Escherichia coli, an antibacterial rate of 96.2% against Klebsiella pneumoniae, an antibacterial rate of 91.4% against Candida albicans (Chinese standard FZ/T 73023-2006: antibacterial knitwear), and gets an ammonia gas reduction rate of ≥85%, an acetic acid reduction rate of ≥87% for (Chinese standard GB/T 33610.2-2017: Textiles-Determination of deodorant Property-Part 2: Detector tube method), and reaches an anti-mold grade of more than 1 (Chinese standard FZ/T 60030-2009: Anti-mold activity assessment of home textile), and has good antibacterial, deodorization and anti-mold functions.


In the eight feeds in each knitting weave, the former four feeds and the latter four feeds on the same side of the knitted fabric of the present disclosure are of a symmetric structure, thus increasing diversity of the lines and the types of the patterns.


The ribs are arranged in a sequence from a dial to a needle cylinder. Specifically, the arrangement sequence from the first feed to the eight feed is as follows: the first feed sequentially includes a top draw-down cam, a top draw-down cam, a floating cam, and a tuck cam; the second feed sequentially includes a floating cam, a floating cam, a bottom draw-down cam, and a bottom draw-down cam; the third feed sequentially includes a top draw-down cam, a top draw-down cam, a tuck cam, and a floating cam; the fourth feed sequentially includes a floating cam, a floating cam, a bottom draw-down cam, and a bottom draw-down cam; the fifth feed sequentially includes a floating cam, a floating cam, a bottom draw-down cam, and a bottom draw-down cam; the sixth feed sequentially includes a top draw-down cam, a top draw-down cam, a tuck cam, and a floating cam; the seventh feed sequentially includes a floating cam, a floating cam, a bottom draw-down cam, and a bottom draw-down cam; and the eighth feed sequentially includes a top draw-down cam, a top draw-down cam, a floating cam, and a tuck cam.


The loop of each of the first feed, the third feed, the fifth feed and the seventh feed can have a length of 16 cm/100 loops.


The loop of each of the second feed, the fourth feed, the sixth feed and the eighth feed can have a length of 18 cm/100 loops.


In a specific embodiment, the prepared marine cotton all-cotton knitted fabric is made of 100% all-cotton, which has good antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions. The all-cotton knitted fabric has an antibacterial rate of 98.3% against Staphylococcus aureus, an antibacterial rate of 95.8% against Escherichia coli, an antibacterial rate of 96.2% against Klebsiella pneumoniae, an antibacterial rate of 91.4% against Candida albicans, and gets an ammonia gas reduction rate of 85.1%, an acetic acid reduction rate of 86.5%, and reaches an anti-mold grade of more than 1.


Several examples are described for illustration of the principles and implementation methods of the present disclosure. The description of the embodiments is merely used to help understanding of the method and its core principles of the present disclosure. In addition, a person of ordinary skill in the art can make various modifications in terms of specific embodiments and application in accordance with the teachings of the present disclosure. In conclusion, the content described above shall not be construed as a limitation to the present disclosure.

Claims
  • 1. A cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions, wherein the cotton knitted fabric has identical pattern on both sides thereof, and comprises several knitting weaves knitted by cotton yarns prepared from CotSolution cotton, each of the knitting weaves comprises eight feeds, each feed comprises four loops, and the four loops comprise two dial knitting loops and two needle cylinder knitting loops.
  • 2. The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to claim 1, wherein the yarns used in each of the first feed to the eighth feed are all 40 s CotSolution cotton antibacterial yarns.
  • 3. The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to claim 2, wherein a marine cotton all-cotton knitted fabric developed with the 40 s CotSolution cotton antibacterial yarn as raw material is made of 100% all-cotton.
  • 4. The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to any one of claim 1, wherein former four feeds and latter four feeds on the same side of the knitted fabric are of a symmetric structure.

The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to claim 4, wherein each of the first feed and the eighth feed sequentially comprises a top draw-down cam, a top draw-down cam, a floating cam, and a tuck cam; each of the second feed and the seventh feed sequentially comprises a floating cam, a floating cam, a bottom draw-down cam, and a bottom draw-down cam; each of the third feed and the sixth feed sequentially comprises a top draw-down cam, a top draw-down cam, a tuck cam, and a floating cam; and each of the fourth feed and the fifth feed sequentially comprises a floating cam, a floating cam, a bottom draw-down cam, and a bottom draw-down cam.
  • 6. The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to claim 5, wherein the loop of each of the first feed, the third feed, the fifth feed and the seventh feed has a length of 16 cm/100 loops.
  • 7. The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to claim 6, wherein the loop of each of the second feed, the fourth feed, the sixth feed and the eighth feed has a length of 18 cm/100 loops.
  • 8. The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to any one of claim 2, wherein former four feeds and latter four feeds on the same side of the knitted fabric are of a symmetric structure.

The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to claim 8, wherein each of the first feed and the eighth feed sequentially comprises a top draw-down cam, a top draw-down cam, a floating cam, and a tuck cam; each of the second feed and the seventh feed sequentially comprises a floating cam, a floating cam, a bottom draw-down cam, and a bottom draw-down cam; each of the third feed and the sixth feed sequentially comprises a top draw-down cam, a top draw-down cam, a tuck cam, and a floating cam; and each of the fourth feed and the fifth feed sequentially comprises a floating cam, a floating cam, a bottom draw-down cam, and a bottom draw-down cam.
  • 10. The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to claim 9, wherein the loop of each of the first feed, the third feed, the fifth feed and the seventh feed has a length of 16 cm/100 loops.
  • 11. The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to claim 10, wherein the loop of each of the second feed, the fourth feed, the sixth feed and the eighth feed has a length of 18 cm/100 loops.
  • 12. The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to any one of claim 3, wherein former four feeds and latter four feeds on the same side of the knitted fabric are of a symmetric structure.

The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to claim 12, wherein each of the first feed and the eighth feed sequentially comprises a top draw-down cam, a top draw-down cam, a floating cam, and a tuck cam; each of the second feed and the seventh feed sequentially comprises a floating cam, a floating cam, a bottom draw-down cam, and a bottom draw-down cam; each of the third feed and the sixth feed sequentially comprises a top draw-down cam, a top draw-down cam, a tuck cam, and a floating cam; and each of the fourth feed and the fifth feed sequentially comprises a floating cam, a floating cam, a bottom draw-down cam, and a bottom draw-down cam.
  • 14. The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to claim 13, wherein the loop of each of the first feed, the third feed, the fifth feed and the seventh feed has a length of 16 cm/100 loops.
  • 15. The cotton knitted fabric with antibacterial, deodorizing and anti-mold functions according to claim 14, wherein the loop of each of the second feed, the fourth feed, the sixth feed and the eighth feed has a length of 18 cm/100 loops.
