Abstract
An intimacy game kit designed to improve intimacy between partners. The kit includes a set of pink chips, a set of blue chips, each pink chip having “kiss her on the” on a top surface and a human body part written on a bottom surface thereof, each blue chip having “kiss him on the” on a top surface and human body part written on a bottom surface thereof. The kit also includes a first cup for removably storing pink chips and a second cup for removably storing blue chips. The game is played by drawing chips from the cups, displaying the bottom surface to the partner, and kissing the body part written on the bottom of the chip. The game continues turn by turn until all chips are drawn or the partners want to end the game.
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates generally to the field of couple games. More specifically, the present invention relates to a novel game that enables couples and partners to take turns drawing chips to perform different intimacy actions. The game includes pink chips and blue chips, each chip has a body part written thereon allowing partners to kiss other partners or players on the body part. Accordingly, the present disclosure makes specific reference thereto. Nonetheless, it is to be appreciated that aspects of the present invention are also equally applicable to other like applications, devices, and methods of manufacture.


BACKGROUND

By way of background, in today's busy environment, couples can frequently find themselves trying to keep physically and emotionally engaged together. While couples and partners might desire to improve their relationship's physical and emotional components, it can be difficult for them to come up with exciting and engaging activities to accomplish same. Traditional approaches, like counselling, can be expensive and uncomfortable, which is why many couples are looking for more affordable solutions.


One of the key challenges that couples face today is to identify with one another physically. While they may have a desire to increase intimacy, they do not have the tools or directions. This can lead to boredom and a lack of excitement in the relationship, which can ultimately lead to downfall.


People like to play different types of games but there is currently no game available that leads to intimacy for a couple and between partners. Couples require a fun and engaging way to increase intimacy in an easy and entertaining way.


Therefore, there exists a long felt need in the art for a unique game that improves intimacy between couples and between partners. There is also a long felt need in the art for a unique couple's game that can be played easily for increasing intimacy and love between partners. Additionally, there is a long felt need in the art of a game that enables partners to perform different intimate actions to enhance relationship experiences. Moreover, there is a long felt need in the art for a unique intimacy game that provides directions to partners for engaging physically with one another. Further, there is a long felt need in the art for a novel game that can be played by partners anywhere at any time for engaging physically. Furthermore, there is a long felt need in the art of a game that provides an easy and effective alternate option rather than going for therapy to enhance relationship experiences. Finally, there is a long felt need in the art for a game that can be played by couples and partners to perform different intimate and romantic actions.


The subject matter disclosed and claimed herein, in one embodiment thereof, comprises a method for performing intimate actions by partners using an intimacy game kit. The intimacy game kit enables the partners to receive instructions for performing intimate actions. The kit includes a set of physical pink chips and a set of physical blue chips, a first cup for removably storing pink chips and a second cup for removably storing blue chips, individual pink chips have “kiss her on the” text written on the top surface and a body part written on the bottom surface thereof, individual blue chips have “kiss him on the” text written on the top surface and a body part written on the bottom surface thereof, drawing by a first partner at least one pink chip from the first cup, displaying by the first partner the bottom surface of the drawn chip to the second partner, and giving by the first partner a kiss on the body part of the second partner, wherein the body part is written on the bottom surface of the drawn chip by the first partner, drawing by the second partner at least one blue chip from the second cup, displaying by the second partner the bottom surface of the drawn blue chip to the first partner and giving a kiss on the body part of the first partner, wherein the body part is written on the bottom surface of the drawn blue chip by the second partner and repeating the process turn by turn until all chips in both the cups are drawn or the partners want to end the game.


In this manner, the intimacy game of the present invention accomplishes all of the forgoing objectives and provides users with a unique game where couples and partners take turns drawing chips to perform different intimacy actions. The game enables partners to perform different intimacy actions in public or at home to enhance relationship experiences. The game can be easily played and gives directions to partners to engage physically.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The following presents a simplified summary in order to provide a basic understanding of some aspects of the disclosed innovation. This summary is not an extensive overview, and it is not intended to identify key/critical elements or to delineate the scope thereof. Its sole purpose is to present some general concepts in a simplified form as a prelude to the more detailed description that is presented later.


The subject matter disclosed and claimed herein, in one embodiment thereof, comprises an intimacy game kit enabling partners to play a game for improving intimacy. The game kit further comprising a set of physical pink chips and a set of physical blue chips, individual pink chips having a pink color on both opposing sides and individual blue chips having a blue color on their opposing sides, a first cup designated as “HER” cup for removably storing the set of pink chips, a second cup designated as “HIS” cup for removably storing the set of blue chips, a pink bag and a blue bag for storing the set of pink chips and the set of blue chips respectively, a cover box for storing the bags, cups, and the set of chips for easy storage and transportability, a removable lid for covering the cover box and one or more indicia printed or embossed on the cover box and the lid for branding and marketing purposes, and an instruction booklet having details of the components and game printed thereon.


In yet another embodiment, the first cup has the text “kiss her on the” printed or engraved on the outer surface thereof, and the second cup has the text “kiss him on the” printed or engraved on the outer surface thereof.


In another aspect of the present invention, a method for playing an intimacy game using an intimacy game kit is described. The intimacy game kit includes a set of physical pink chips and a set of physical blue chips, a first cup for removably storing pink chips and a second cup for removably storing blue chips, drawing by a first partner at least one pink chip from the first cup, displaying by the first partner the bottom surface of the drawn chip to the second partner and giving by the first partner a kiss on the body part of the second partner, wherein the body part is written on the bottom surface of the drawn chip by the first partner, drawing by the second partner at least one blue chip from the second cup, displaying by the second partner the bottom surface of the drawn blue chip to the first partner and giving a kiss on the body part of the first partner, wherein the body part is written on the bottom surface of the drawn blue chip by the second partner and repeating the process turn by turn until all chips in both the cups are drawn or the partners want to end the game.


In yet another embodiment, the game is played using a touch responsive board which is configured to display a plurality of digital pink chips and a plurality of digital blue chips, each pink chip displays “kiss her on the” and each blue chip displays “kiss him on the” wherein each pink chip, in response to being touched thereon, flips to display a body part and each blue chip, in response to being touched thereon, flips to display a body part, wherein the partners playing the game kisses each other on the displayed body parts for increasing intimacy.

To the accomplishment of the foregoing and related ends, certain illustrative aspects of the disclosed innovation are described herein in connection with the following description and the annexed drawings. These aspects are indicative, however, of but a few of the various ways in which the principles disclosed herein can be employed and are intended to include all such aspects and their equivalents. Other advantages and novel features will become apparent from the following detailed description when considered in conjunction with the drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

The innovation is now described with reference to the drawings, wherein like reference numerals are used to refer to like elements throughout. In the following description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding thereof. It may be evident, however, that the innovation can be practiced without these specific details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices are shown in block diagram form in order to facilitate a description thereof. Various embodiments are discussed hereinafter. It should be noted that the figures are described only to facilitate the description of the embodiments. They are not intended as an exhaustive description of the invention and do not limit the scope of the invention. Additionally, an illustrated embodiment need not have all the aspects or advantages shown. Thus, in other embodiments, any of the features described herein from different embodiments may be combined.


As noted above, there is a long felt need in the art for a unique game that improves intimacy between couples and between partners. There is also a long felt need in the art for a unique couple's game that can be played easily for increasing intimacy and love between partners. Additionally, there is a long felt need in the art of a game that enables partners to perform different intimate actions to enhance relationship experiences. Moreover, there is a long felt need in the art for a unique intimacy game that provides directions to partners for engaging physically with one another. Further, there is a long felt need in the art for a novel game that can be played by partners anywhere at any time for engaging physically. Furthermore, there is a long felt need in the art for a game that provides an easy and effective alternate option rather than going for therapies to enhance relationship experiences. Finally, there is a long felt need in the art for a game that can be played by couples and partners to perform different intimate and romantic actions.


The present invention, in one exemplary embodiment, is an intimacy game kit enabling partners to play a game for improving intimacy. The game kit features a set of physical pink chips and a set of physical blue chips, individual pink chips having a pink color on both opposing sides and individual blue chips having a blue color on the opposing sides, a first cup designated as “HER” cup for removably storing the set of pink chips, a second cup designated as “HIS” cup for removably storing the set of blue chips, a pink bag and a blue bag for storing the set of pink chips and the set of blue chips respectively, a cover box for storing the bags, cups, and the set of chips for easy storage and transportability, a removable lid for covering the cover box and one or more indicia printed or embossed on the cover box and the lid for branding and marketing purposes, and an instruction booklet having details of the components and game printed thereon.


Referring initially to the drawings, FIG. 1 illustrates a perspective view showing the components of the couple's intimacy game kit of the present invention in accordance with the disclosed architecture. The couple's intimacy game kit 100 of the present invention is designed to be played by couples and/or partners to improve intimacy. Partners are required to take turns drawing chips to perform different actions. More specifically, the game kit 100 includes a set of pink chips 102 and a set of blue chips 104. Each pink chip 102 has a pink color on both the opposing sides 106, 108 and each blue chip has blue color on the opposing sides 110, 112, thereby clearly differentiating the pink chips 102 and the blue chips 104 (illustrated in FIGS. 2A-3B). For playing the intimacy game, the kit 100 includes a first cup 114 designated as a “HER” cup and is configured to removably store the set of pink chips 102. A second cup 116 designated as a “HIS” cup is configured to removably store the set of blue chips 104. During playing the intimacy game, at least one chip is drawn from the cups 114, 116 turn by turn by partners as described in FIG. 3.


The intimacy game kit 100 includes a pink bag 118 and a blue bag 120 for storing the set of pink chips 102 and the set of blue chips 104, respectively when the game is not being played. The pink bag 118 has a drawstring 122 for securing the stored pink chips 102 therein and similarly, the blue bag 120 has a drawstring 124 for securing the stored blue chips 104 therein. The kit 100 includes a cover box 126 for storing the bags 118, 120, cups 114, 116 and the set of chips 102, 104 for easy storage and transportability. Further, a removable lid 128 is used for covering the cover box 126 and the items stored therein like conventional boxes.


One or more indicia 130 can be printed or embossed on the cover box 126 and the lid 128 for branding and marketing purposes. An instruction booklet 132 is also included in the kit 100 that has details of the components and game printed thereon and can be referred for playing the game. The first cup 114 can have the text “kiss her on the” 134 printed or engraved on the outer surface 136 thereof for allowing the partners to easily identify the first cup 114. Similarly, the second cup 116 can have the text “kiss him on the” 138 printed or engraved on the outer surface 140 thereof for allowing the partners to easily identify the second cup 116.



FIG. 2A illustrates a top view of an exemplary pink chip from the set of pink chips 102 used in playing the intimacy game 200 of the present invention in accordance with the disclosed architecture. The exemplary pink chip 202 is preferably circular or oval but can be of any geometric shape or of a shape representing a body part of a human body. The top surface 106 of the pink chip 202 has an instruction thereon, for example, the text “kiss her on the” 204 printed thereon. It is to be appreciated that the instruction can be ‘touch her on the’, or ‘lick her on the’. The top surface of all the pink chips can have the same instruction, or a variety of instructions.



FIG. 2B illustrates a bottom view of the exemplary pink chip of FIG. 2A in accordance with the disclosed architecture. The bottom surface 108 of the pink chip 202 has a human body part 206 printed thereon. The bottom surface 108 of individual pink chips has different body parts printed thereon. During playing of the game 200, when a partner draws a pink chip from the first cup 114, the partner reads the body part printed on the bottom surface thereof and gives a kiss (i.e., follows the instruction) on that body part of the other partner, thereby increasing intimacy.



FIG. 3A illustrates a top view of an exemplary blue chip from the set of blue chips 104 used in playing the intimacy game 200 of the present invention in accordance with the disclosed architecture. The exemplary blue chip 302 is preferably circular or oval but can be of any geometric shape or of a shape representing a body part of a human body. The top surface 110 of the blue chip 302 has an instruction thereon, for example, the text “kiss him on the” 304 printed thereon. It is to be appreciated that the instruction can be ‘touch him on the’, or ‘lick him on the’. The top surface of all the blue chips can have the same instruction, or a variety of instructions.



FIG. 3B illustrates a bottom view of the exemplary blue chip of FIG. 3A in accordance with the disclosed architecture. The bottom surface 112 of the blue chip 302 has a human body part 306 printed thereon. The bottom surface 112 of individual blue chips has different body parts printed thereon. During playing of the game 100, when a partner draws a blue chip from the second cup 116, the partner reads the body part printed on the bottom surface thereof and gives a kiss (i.e., follows the instruction) on that body part of the other partner, thereby increasing intimacy.



FIG. 4 illustrates a flow diagram depicting a process of playing the intimacy game 200 by two partners using the components of the kit 100 of FIG. 1 in accordance with the disclosed architecture. Initially, the set of pink chips 102 is stored in the first cup 114 and the set of the blue chips 104 is stored in the second cup 116 (Step 402). There may be as many as 53 chips or even more if blanks are included for favorites, and also depending on the number of players playing the game. Then, at least one chip from the first cup 114 is drawn by the first partner playing the game (Step 404). Thereafter, the first partner selectively displays the bottom surface of the drawn chip to the second partner playing the game and, for example, gives a kiss (i.e., follows the instruction) on the body part of the second player that is written on the bottom surface of the drawn chip (Step 406). After completion of the kiss, the second partner draws a chip from the second cup 116 and selectively displays the bottom surface of the drawn chip to the first partner (Step 408). Thereafter, the second partner, for example, gives a kiss (i.e., follows the instruction) on the body part of the first player that is written on the bottom surface of the drawn chip (Step 410). The process continues turn by turn, thereby increasing intimacy between partners while playing the game 200. Finally, the game is complete when all chips in both the cups are drawn or the players want to end the game (Step 412).


It should be noted that the game can be played by multiple partners wherein the partners can be of opposite genders or same genders. In some variants of the game 200, the game kit 100 can include a plurality of HIS cups without any HER cups, and vice versa, to meet requirements of different users.



FIG. 5 illustrates a perspective view of a touch responsive board 500 displaying images/icons of a plurality of pink chips and images/icons of a plurality of blue chips enabling users to perform the game 200 without using physical chips in accordance with the disclosed architecture. In the present embodiment, the board 500 displays a plurality of pink chips 502 and a plurality of blue chips 504. Each individual pink chip is in a pink color and each individual blue chip is in a blue color. Each of the chips include an instruction and a body part. For example, the pink chip can display “kiss her on the” 506, and each blue chip can display “kiss him on the” 508. When a partner touches a pink chip, then, the chip is flipped and a body part 510 is displayed as illustrated on the exemplary pink chip 512. Similarly, when another partner touches a blue chip, then, the chip is flipped and another body part 514 (or same body part 510) is displayed as illustrated on the exemplary blue chip 516. A partner performs the listed instruction (i.e., kiss) to the other partner on the displayed body part for increasing intimacy. The game is played until all the chips are flipped or the partners agree to end the game. It is to be appreciated that the touch responsive board can be an app downloaded to a cell phone.


Certain terms are used throughout the following description and claims to refer to particular features or components. As one skilled in the art will appreciate, different persons may refer to the same feature or component by different names. This document does not intend to distinguish between components or features that differ in name but not structure or function. As used herein “couple's intimacy game kit”, “intimacy game kit”, “game kit”, and “kit” are interchangeable and refer to the couple's intimacy game kit 100 of the present invention.


Notwithstanding the forgoing, the couple's intimacy game kit 100 of the present invention can be of any suitable size and configuration as is known in the art without affecting the overall concept of the invention, provided that it accomplishes the above stated objectives. One of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the couple's intimacy game kit 100 as shown in the FIGS. are for illustrative purposes only, and that many other sizes and shapes of the couple's intimacy game kit 100 are well within the scope of the present disclosure. Although the dimensions of the couple's intimacy game kit 100 are important design parameters for user convenience, the couple's intimacy game kit 100 may be of any size that ensures optimal performance during use and/or that suits the user's needs and/or preferences.


Various modifications and additions can be made to the exemplary embodiments discussed without departing from the scope of the present invention. While the embodiments described above refer to particular features, the scope of this invention also includes embodiments having different combinations of features and embodiments that do not include all of the described features. Accordingly, the scope of the present invention is intended to embrace all such alternatives, modifications, and variations as fall within the scope of the claims, together with all equivalents thereof.

It is, of course, not possible to describe every conceivable combination of components or methodologies for purposes of describing the claimed subject matter, but one of ordinary skill in the art may recognize that many further combinations and permutations of the claimed subject matter are possible. Furthermore, to the extent that the term “includes” is used in either the detailed description or the claims, such term is intended to be inclusive in a manner similar to the term “comprising” as “comprising” is interpreted when employed as a transitional word in a claim.

Claims
  • 1. A couple's intimacy game kit comprising: a game kit having a first plurality of chips in a first color, a second plurality of chips in a second color, a first cup, and a second cup;wherein said first cup houses said first plurality of chips;wherein said second cup houses said second plurality of chips;wherein each of said first plurality of chips have an instruction on a first side and a body part description on an opposing second side of said first plurality of chips; andfurther wherein each of said second plurality of chips have an instruction on a first side and a body part description on an opposing second side of said first plurality of chips.
  • 2. The couple's intimacy game kit of claim 1, wherein said first color is pink and said second color is blue.
  • 3. The couple's intimacy game kit of claim 2, wherein said first cup is a HER cup and said second cup is a HIS cup.
  • 4. The couple's intimacy game kit of claim 3, wherein said instruction on said first plurality of chips is an instruction of ‘kiss her on the’.
  • 5. The couple's intimacy game kit of claim 4, wherein said instruction on said second plurality of chips is an instruction of ‘kiss him on the’.
  • 6. A method of playing a game comprising the steps of: providing a plurality of players and a game kit having a first plurality of chips in a first color, a second plurality of chips in a second color, a first cup, and a second cup;housing said first plurality of chips in said first cup;housing said second plurality of chips in said second cup;wherein each of said first plurality of chips have an instruction on a first side and a body part description on an opposing second side of said first plurality of chips;wherein each of said second plurality of chips have an instruction on a first side and a body part description of an opposing second side of said first plurality of chips;playing said game by a first player initially drawing one chip from said first cup or said second cup;reading said instruction on said first side by said first player;wherein said first player displaying said body part on said second side to a second player; andfurther wherein said first player following said instruction to said body part of said second player.
  • 7. The method of playing the game of claim 6 further comprising the steps of: continuing playing said game by said second player drawing another chip from said first cup or said second cup; andreading said instruction on said first side by said second player, wherein said second player displaying said body part on said second side to said first player, and further wherein said second player following said instruction to said body part of said first player.
  • 8. The method of playing the game of claim 7 further comprising the steps of: continuing playing said game by said first player drawing another chip from said first cup or said second cup; andreading said instruction on said first side by said first player, wherein said first player displaying said body part on said second side to said second player, and further wherein said first player following said instruction to said body part of said second player.
  • 9. The method of playing the game of claim 7 further comprising the steps of: continuing playing said game by a third player drawing another chip from said first cup or said second cup; andreading said instruction on said first side by said third player, wherein said third player displaying said body part on said second side to a fourth player, and further wherein said third player following said instruction to said body part of said fourth player.
  • 10. The method of playing the game of claim 9 further comprising the steps of: continuing playing said game by said fourth player drawing another chip from said first cup or said second cup; andreading said instruction on said first side by said fourth player, wherein said fourth player displaying said body part on said second side to said third player, and further wherein said fourth player following said instruction to said body part of said third player.
  • 11. The method of playing the game of claim 10, wherein said first color is pink and said second color is blue.
  • 12. The method of playing the game of claim 11, wherein said first cup is a HER cup and said second cup is a HIS cup.
  • 13. The method of playing the game of claim 12, wherein said instruction on said first plurality of chips is an instruction of ‘kiss her on the’.
  • 14. The method of playing the game of claim 13, wherein said instruction on said second plurality of chips is an instruction of ‘kiss him on the’.
  • 15. A method of playing a game comprising the steps of: providing at least two players and an electronic game having a first plurality of chip icons and a second plurality of chip icons;displaying said first plurality of chip icons on a display screen of said electronic game;displaying said second plurality of chip icons on said display screen of said electronic game, wherein each of said first plurality of chip icons have an instruction and a body part description, and further wherein each of said second plurality of chip icons have an instruction and a body part description;playing said game by a first player initially selecting a first chip icon from said first plurality of chip icons; andreading said body part by said first player, wherein said first player following said instruction to said body part of a second player.
  • 16. The method of playing the game of claim 15 further comprising the steps of: continuing playing said game by a second player selecting a second chip icon from said second plurality of chip icons; andreading said body part by said second player, wherein said second player following said instruction to said body part of said first player.
  • 17. The method of playing the game of claim 16 further comprising the steps of: continuing playing said game by said first player selecting a third chip icon from said first plurality of chip icons; andreading said body part by said first player, wherein said first player following said instruction to said body part of said second player.
  • 18. The method of playing the game of claim 16 further comprising the steps of: continuing playing said game by a third player selecting a third chip icon from said first plurality of chip icons; andreading said body part by said third player, wherein said third player following said instruction to said body part of a fourth player.
  • 19. The method of playing the game of claim 18 further comprising the steps of: continuing playing said game by said fourth player selecting a fourth chip icon from said second plurality of chip icons; andreading said body part by said fourth player, wherein said fourth player following said instruction to said body part of said third player.
  • 20. The method of playing the game of claim 19, wherein said instruction on said first plurality of chip icons is an instruction of ‘kiss her on the’, and further wherein said instruction on said second plurality of chip icons is an instruction of ‘kiss him on the’.
